Their pastries are delicious, absolutely word it, the croissants are a most. We also got the salmon club, French toast and both were very good. The smoked salmon with poached eggs has very little salmon so that wasn’t great. Also, server was super busy and trying to do his best, but you can see they need more people, which is the common problem in Miami now, so I’m still giving them 5 stars for the overall good experience.

This is my first time here. When you walk in there it is like a pastry world. Everything so colorful and make you want to eat every thing! We had coffee and couple of croissants. The pistachios croissant is good. But the host and servers need a little bit of smile so we can feel that you are welcome customers and happy to dine in here!

One of the best restaurant in Doral. The menu is limited but I has some creative options and everything is expertly prepared. Desserts are the same as the Bachour bakeries. Service was good. Interior is comfortable and simple. Little drama but light and airy. Will be back again.

excellent pastry shop. i had read about chef bachour's patisserie in miami while in new york and was excited to visit one of his sites while i was in town in miami and it did not disappoint. one of my good friends who is an executive pastry chef for Pierre Herme (at L' avenue) in NYC attended one of chef bachour's classes at the Valronha Academy in Brooklyn and told me about his artistic works. nevertheless I've digressed so back to the review. i did not order any of the food as I was mostly interested in trying one of his pastries and breads. after getting a personal tour of each pastry by the most excellent server (sorry i didn't get her name but she was awesome!), i decided on "cafe brulee" because it seemed quite interesting the idea a coffee take of creme brulee and i also love custard. interestingly, the desert had custard but not in the classic eggy type but more so in chef bachour's way which was enjoyable and custard tasting which i found quite different and good. now if you are expecting the eggy type then you might not want to order this one and go for any of the other great looking pastries. in addition to this desert i ordered a classic butter croissant and a long baguette since i'm a purist for french breads and wanted to taste how chef bachour prepares these french classics therefore ordering the two most basic french breads would be a perfect taste test and for the most part it did not fail. 5 stars for the baguette not only in taste but freshness, smell and looks. i was really impressed with the toothpick ends of the baguette which is attention to detail that many other boulangerie's in the US don't do so that was great. and since i could not finish the baguette in one day, i saved it and prepared a pain perdu (french toast) with the baguette the very next day which was perfect texture due to the baguettes quality. the croissant (3 stars) looked great but did not have as buttery of taste and texture as i normally find in typical french croissants like Maison Kayser or Laduree in the US but it was enjoyable. excellent work chef bachour and excellent team at your restaurant. looking forward to a return visit when i'm in miami next time.

This was our 2nd time at bachour for brunch. Food was excellent both times! Today we had friends in town & came to Bachour! We sat outside today & enjoyed eggs Benedict and other entrees. The ceviche was amazing! Our server Lucy was excellent and provided prompt service. She was a delight! We returned to have coffee and desserts which were beyond amazing! We will definitely return!

I would recommend this place for a great dessert experience, but also the brunch was super good and the portions approved 👌🏻. The service was kinda ok and the place a little bit loud, but not that bad. Great place to go on a Sunday brunch.

Simply beautiful and must add delightful, fresh ingredients is their trick. My wife and I had the jamón serrano croquettes to precede the whole fried snapper (big enough for two), then finished with a coconut cheesecake and a pistachio piece-of-heaven-on-a-plate that blew our minds away. Everything was well prepared and cooked to perfection with a sophisticated presentation typical to the Bachour brand. The service was also outstanding, the staff was eager to proudly do their jobs, thus resulting on a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere. Kudos to Antonio and the team. Definitely coming back to Bachour hungry for more. 🤣🤣🤣😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤 Please hit like 👍

Breakfast was delicious as usual!!! Bachour never disappoints! We usually go to the coral gables location but coming to the doral location is now our way to go. This place is amazing. You can clearly tell they have hired amazing talent in the bakery. Each and every dessert is handcrafted to perfection and taste incredibly delicious without overpowering your palette. I have been here several times and love the service and food. Hands down, one of the best spots in SouthWest FLorida... and for the third time, I went there... I can say it's my favorite restaurant here. incredible service, gorgeous atmosphere and the food....Oh, the food... it must have been blessed by the tears of Jesus because it was out of this world! The presentation and attention to detail were creative, very aesthetically pleasing, and so delicious! We never waited or wanted for anything else. Our server ( I think it was Vicky... I am sorry, I am very bad with names)was absolutely the best.... she explained everything... she gave us a tour of every single pastry....five stars. Don't think, just go!

The service was great and the food was equally up to par. The only issue I had and it’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that my sandwich was a bit more on the saltier side. I’ve had this sandwich at their location in the gables and it wasn’t salty. Perhaps, they cured the ham too much? Otherwise, this is a nice addition for Bachours collection.

I went with my family to Bachour because it was also on my list of places to visit during my winter break and there are a few things I like about my experience: First of all, I love the fact that parking is free and if you read my reviews you know how much I appreciate that! Also, I loved where this location of Bachour is located, it’s in the middle of downtown Doral, such a beautiful, new, and vibrant place to visit. Bachour has seating areas inside and outside which make it perfect especially nowadays. Our waiter was very nice and she tried her best to help us get everything we want it. We order different plates and I order the chocolate croissant and I liked it, it was crispy, but I didn’t like the feeling at all. The feeling was dry and I was not a fan of the taste. I also got a coffee latte, it was made right; strong, hot, and without sugar. Of course, you can add the sugar later if that something that you would like. The decoration of this place inside is very modern and you feel comfortable sitting in here. The display of desserts it’s to die for, I just wish I had more time to spend there and try other of their desserts. But definitely, I will try to go again so I can do so. ********** Then I went back yesterday and I got the ham and cheese croissant... wow it was so good. I asked them to serve it warm and they did which made it taste even better. It was crispy on the outside and warm creamy cheese and a tasty ham flavor was great on the inside. Thank you and until next time!!

Authentic croissant and good food, but received slow service without a full house. Took 17min to receive a cup of water and a cappuccino. After that it took another 18 minutes to receive our food. The croissant was amazing - flaky, crunchy on the outside and very soft and airy on the inside. The egg sandwich was flavorful and the French toast was too sweet for me (it’s pretty thick and very soft and went on the inside). The mascarpone on the French toast was a nice touch. There are plenty of seats inside (regular seats and booths) and just a few seats outside (covered). Prices are what you’d expect from a refined bakery - I think it was $8 for the croissant, $16 for the sandwich, $6.50 for the cappuccino, etc. Would come back just for the croissant and to taste the delicate desserts.

Well this is disappointing. We came here as a family for brunch because my mom loves the chef/owner (Bachour) and well to put it as simple as possible - food was about a 5/10 and service was 0/10. The serve probably took about 20 minutes just to get us water. It was just honestly I can’t put it into words - I’ve had better service at Applebee’s. I mean we ordered steak and fries with an egg and they forgot the egg lol. We ordered a side of sourdough bread with butter and they forgot the butter. My fiancé had ordered a drink before he ordered his food and he got his food, ate it and still hadn’t gotten his drink. The bathrooms were disgusting and didn’t even have toilet paper. We know the water pressure wasn’t good and that’s not their fault but the lack of maintenance to the bathroom in terms of cleanliness and well having toilet paper ... look at the end of the day the prices you pay at a place like this create a certain level of expectation for the service and overall environment and well this place just didn’t cut it. I hope especially in a pandemic that they up their game. The only good service, conversation and execution was the bartender.
