The employee Cristina Godinez was very helpful as this was my first time at a Carls Jr. She helped me with making a decision last night on what to get as I am a picky eater and her attitude and demeanor was very professional and helpful I will definitely be eating more Carls Jr if the services is like this all the time!

Went to the drive through and encountered Alejando. He was so nice, friendly and overall seemed happy to be at work! I’ve been a couple times and he’s always in a great mood. Love to see someone happy at work:)

Nice clean restaurant. The young gentleman cashier was really nice and friendly to everyone. He brought the food to me even though I forgot to say I was eating in. He even picked up my trash. I didn't get his name but I had to stop and give a deserving review.

I ordered through Grubhub, and my burger was not very good. The lettuce was soggy, because of too much condiments on it; there were just a little onions; and only one pickle! The fries were good though. Another problem was that there was no sticker/tape across my beverage to secure it -- There was a tape on my food bag, but not my drink. Who wants to drink a beverage that's not secured from a complete stranger? Carl's Jr, get it together... Even McDonald's secures all of their items in a bag! You could learn from the. 😏

I went through drive thru and was asked to back up out of the view of the window. The car in front was asked to pull forward to the end of the driveway. I waited at least 10 minutes (no kidding) and found my fried zucchini burned when I got home

Drive-thru. Grabbed a chicken quesadilla, but the cheese was not melted all the way through, and it was lukewarm. Came back, asked for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I offered the drive-thru person the quesadilla. I thought they would like to know what’s wrong and learn from their mistake so they can improve. The drive-thru person said I could keep it and he was going to throw it away. I just find it odd that they do not want to improve. Lastly, my hub was soaked in bbq sauce, to the point where the bottom bun was mushy. So, that probably means they did not toast the bun properly either. I just threw away everything and spent my money elsewhere. This location needs an overhaul because it seems like they do not care about how to run a restaurant.

I'm still sitting here and haven't gotten any type of reply its been more than 10 minutes! Really bad customer service and employees! Bullshit as carls jr!!!!

If i could rate this fast food restaurant a zero i would i came in an hour and half before closing i stayed in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and no response i went to the window they looked at me and walked away. what kind of business are you guys running here?? WILL NOT RETURN.
