Got breakfast for my family was about a $50 online curbside order I guess that was too much food for them and someone didn’t like that as the receipt was stuffed into one of the iced coffees. When we went to complain the cashier just said with a huge smile on his face “sorry we where busy” having worked at a coffee shop for 4 years previously I know that that’s impossible as the coffees are made in one place and the receipts printed at the window. Extremely disappointed.

Had a burst of high quality food and fast service after the renovation to quickly sliding back to terrible. Getting orders wrong, cold fries, sloppy sandwiches blown up in the boxes.

4am, breakfast, but no hashbrowns?? And waited 19 min for 2 egg mcmuffins..??? What did they do to it?? I was afraid to eat it. Very dirty store. Yuck. Slow and dirty. Unbelievable. Won't be back. Ever. Very disappointed. Edit- just bit into my mcmuffin and got a mouthful of shells. Nice. Thanks, McDonald's employees. Thats just great.

If I could give no stars I would!!! This is the second time I've gotten food while goin through and both times after being told 3 times what I didn't want on my burger they still put that on it and took what I wanted off!!! So now what do I do with it???

Worst McDonalds in canada 🇨🇦 or in the US 🇺🇸 that we have ever been to as evidenced and supported by the images attached. The housekeeping cart with mops and solutions left outside the bathroom completely unattended. The bathrooms floor was completely wet. The hand dryers does not work in all washrooms. And on top of that this store doesn't even have a Touch Screen Self-Ordering Kiosks. And it felt like traveling 15 years back lol.

I stopped twice on my way to and from Thunderbay both times were the worst service I've had at a McDonald's. I ordered online and went in to pick it up. It wasnt very busy but the were customers waiting to have their order taken. There were 5 employees standing in the front behind the counter all talking to each other completely ignoring the costumers clearly waiting to have their order taken. It took 15 minutes for them to finally make my order of an ice cream and a apple pie after I had to ask them if it was coming. The entire time the employees stood around talking to each other not working. When they went to make other people's orders they weren't wearing any gloves and didn't wash their hands. When I finally got my order my pie was completely cold. I am extremely unimpressed with the service especially considering it's virtually the only McDonald's between Thunderbay and Winnipeg. The fact that those employees are being paid to stand around and do nothing is atrocious.

This is seriously the filthiest McDonald's I've ever seen. None of the machines look like they've ever been wiped down, nor do the counters and machines. Obviously they're skimping out on paying a cleaning staff. Ugghhh. Cringy. That's the stuff I can see, never mind what we can't see in the back.

Not my first time stop here ( my son loves McDonald) every time has different problems, this time the soft drink just water only and no ice ,I did ask front cashier and waiting , I have to ask second time then someone tell me no more coke ??? it’s only 3pm , not closing time yet, I’m not sure , maybe because they thinking small town only this McDonald that’s why ?! But it’s looks like very busy place

Food was inedible. Got a grilled chicken sandwich, and it was anemic. It was disgusting. My fiancee got a mocha and it tasted watered down. It was down right disgusting. For 27 bucks this was the biggest waste of money and time.

The last two times, I have found items in my beverage. First time was another customer's receipt and second time was a thin piece of white plastic. I also very seldom get what I actually order. I would highly recommend A&W over this place.

This place has significantly gone down hill the staff are barely trained. I wanted to order an Oreo muffin yesterday and they girl said they didn’t have any when it was clearly in the display case and there were multiple. Another day I ordered a sausage mcmuffin no egg (because I’m allergic) and add bacon. They also gave me the wrong sized orange juice. When they fixed my sandwich they only gave me the sandwich without the bacon. Have the seats are broken for years and the bathroom is not up to AODA standards. Seriously this McDonald’s needs to train their staff on what their products look like. They guys in the back actually know what they are doing by the cashiers don’t.

Bought some stuff, didn’t get what was ordered. Happens too often at almost all McDonald’s locations. This was after limiting McDonald’s from this happening way too much. Probably lost out on literally hundreds of extra dollars over the last 10+ years from them not giving me the right orders or not putting the correct toppings on. Crazy. Probably never going back to McDonald’s again. Boycotting for good this time unless this and all previous orders are rectified, which won’t happen. Terrible.
