This past Friday, I met a friend , and it was my first time at this location. It was not busy considering that I arrived at 8:30 pm. My server was great. There's really nothing that draws you into this restaurant. The only reason I went is because they had a Bogo for burgers, but what the website or the internet doesn't tell you is you need to become a member to get that Bogo. Call me stupid, but I didn't know that. We waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come up to us and greet us at the table. Our waitress very nice. This food was nothing spectacular, either.

As kind as our server was, my guest waited 30 minutes after I received and finished my whole meal for an appetizer platter that came out ice cold. Luckily for them, my guest was disappointed, but didn’t mind as they don’t plan on returning. The best part of the whole meal was my margarita, sad to say. Do better BWW’s. Definitely won’t be coming back here if you’re serving “hot” food that’s quite literally room temperature.

Does anyone work here still? Went on Friday night, walked in the front door and all you smell is pee. Wife and kids needed to use the restroom, those were a complete disaster and probably the reason the front entrance smells like a porta potty. Furthermore, we waited 25 minutes at the front entrance with 2 other families, waiting to be seated. Not one person came to check on us or ask us to continue waiting. The restaurant was mostly empty, the empty tables were never bussed. We ended up leaving before even one staff member acknowledged we were there. This place is disgusting 🤮. I hope none of you have to experience this.

Dont waste your time. The food is expensive and the customers still have to pay for fries. I bought my food on the doordash app the first night and the screwed up the order. Because I had to work, I picked the replacement order. I received cold complimentary fries i guess and i had to ask for napkins, and ketchup. This was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant. Obviously, they dont take pride in packing food and verifying the order is right.

This was the absolute worse experience that I’ve had in a long time. The utensils were dirty. My waiter had tables inside and outside and refused to service us after we ordered, he manly was tending to the big tables. To checkout I had to fish down a waitress who then had to get his card. I waited so long a manager had to check me out and apologized for the service I received. The food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, the wedges looked like what was left over from a previous batch. Overall, this place was dirty, there was like a film over the utensils that even my kids were able to point out. I would never attend this location again.

I use to love ordering wings from this location, however, recently I've gotten more than just wings. It seems as if the feathers are also included. Dont get me wrong, I understand that sometimes a feather or 2 will get past inspection. But not an entire wing covered in feathers. That's just unacceptable BWW, unacceptable. Every restaurant should implement a presentation inspection prior to anything leaving your kitchen. After paying almost 100$ for a delivery order it's the least you can do.

Highly disappointed. I ordered the new deal 20-piece wings for my Husband and me. We ordered take out. The chicken was very undercooked! The wings were completely white no brown to them at all, googly, and rubbery. Had to throw them in the air fryer for 20 minutes. After it just wasn't appetizing, so we threw them out. Only ate 2 wings out of the 20. Please make sure to drop the wings for a decent time when there is a lot. waste of money and the excitement for the new deal quickly turned into disappointment lol

Was here for dinner on a Friday night. Ordered boneless wings and a beer cheese cheesesteak. We didn’t make up our mind on drinks so waiter said he’ll be back in 2 minutes for drink orders, took about 15-20mns to come back for drink orders. Ordered 2 margaritas. Food took over 30mns to be arrive and our waiter apologized because he had a table of 9 inside, which should not be an excuse for a Friday night at Buffalo Wild Wings. Initially brought out 2 burgers instead of what we ordered, when we said this was the wrong food waiter said that he’s sorry and he remembers seeing our food in the window. When he brought our food out, for one everything was cold and the wings were bone-in. Waiter took the food away and brought out our food around 15-20mns later without utensils, waiter said he’ll get utensils which took another 10mns while he was cashing out other customers. When he came out with the utensils, we got 2 forks and a knife all of which were dirty as shown in the picture below and just placed bare on the table, we decided to eat everything either our hands. Fries and tots were still cold and the cheesesteak and wings were lukewarm. Frustrated with waiting we just ate, but could not finish and decided to box everything up to heat at home and eat it there. No manager/shift leader came to our table to check on us at any moment even after sending the food back. This is my first time sending food back at any establishment.

I came here with my dad to just hang out and eat for a father - daughter day, and we were incredibly disappointed with our experience here. When we first walked in, we were met with a weird smell, like mold and dampness. There was hardly anyone there, except for one person at the bar and some employees. We were seated pretty quickly, and ordered some drinks and food as any normal person would. Our waitress was a nice lady, and treated us with a lot respect. We ordered mozzarella sticks as a appetizer, and chicken wings with fries & celery on the side. The fries and mozzarella sticks tasted old, and the sauce for the wings tasted funny. I got honey bbq, sweet bbq and mild, while my dad got mango habanero and teriyaki. The honey and sweet bbq did NOT taste like they should, and instead tasted like normal bbq. I would much rather eat monkey hearts roasted on a stick than eat those wings again. After consuming 2-4 wings, i felt a HORRIBLE stomach ache coming on. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy, and me and my dad will not be coming back here. I can see why theres hardly anyone there. If you’re going to own a restaurant, make sure you hire decent cooks.

First off, service was ok, food not so much. We order the ultimate sampler and with it comes onion rings so both our trays had what we can explain as leftover onion rings, basically the last pieces pf the bottom of the package. Not one onion ring was good to eat, I let the server know and she was very nice to take it back and on her way to the kitchen she let her “manager” know about it so he takes it from there, minutes go by and he comes back with a try of burnt onion ring, soaked in oil onion rings and again the leftover onion rings we had before just transferred into a new tray. We proceed to look at it and called the server and asked her to take it back which she was nice to offer fries instead but at this point we just wanted to finish and leave. Not to mention that either manager or server went back to the kitchen to comment what had happened and other servers picking out to look at us and talk. Today was not a good night to eat and I suggest they should train their people to handle and cook food the proper way. Horrible experience and yes at the end they took 10% off the item which was $10 off but the point is they should learn the temperature of food they serve. This picture was the second tray.

On March 12 at 12:14am, a group of us went to Buffalo Wild Wings wanting to watch the game. We ordered a bunch of wings and food. I ordered some water as well and what I discovered in the water left me DISGUSTED. A huge FLY was in the ice of my water. I couldn’t fathom thinking what else could be here. I’ve been a customer for over 10+ years with you guys but the fly in my water killed the whole night. I’ve attached pictures of my bill + THE FLY . BWW you guys need to step it up.

Food -I ordered all flats wings, crispy, with the lemon pepper dry rub. The wings were tasteless, were nice and crispy but absolutely tasteless. The only savior here is the rub. I would be more satisfied if I just poured the rub in my mouth. Service- the bartender was a nice young lady, however, she didn’t spend much time behind the bar. I had no menu for at least 15 -20 minutes after she served the beer. I got up to get a menu that I saw at the end of the bar and as I approached the end of the bar, I see the BARTENDER sitting at the bar like a patron at the last seat!!! The second time I looked for the bartender, I turned around and she was sitting in a BOOTH , texting on her phone. It’s a corny bar to begin with but the first thing you learn in the service industry is to be visible and man your station. I never want to go back there again. It was not the only time that I received the same service and same food experience, but I kept trying. I’m over it! Menu- Their menu is glorified fast food. You pay more for low quality, high calorie foods, that lack creativity. The menu is limited. If don’t mind paying those prices for that kind of food then you probably don’t cook. Nothing wrong with that, if that’s what you like. When i left, i should have just thrown the wings away cuz I couldn’t choke them down anyway. I drove up the road to a different restaurant and ordered the same thing, to satisfy my craving.

My wife and I both agree this was a terrible service. It was not busy with maybe 10 tables at most in use and a few people at the bar. We sat at the bar and never were greeted. The shift manager David was just not worried about us at all. I asked for a menu twice before receiving. I kept having to ask for our drinks to be replenished. I would wait 7 to 10 minutes before I would ask again trying to be polite. I don’t know why we had to feel unwelcome. We never received our drinks in an orderly fashion. My wife and I would see multiple drink orders completed before I would ask again for our drinks. The boneless wings were very dry. My wife said they tasted frozen like the ones at the store. I do agree with this statement. Before leaving we were looking at all the memorabilia on the walls and directly above our seats was moldy displays. I was very disappointed to take my wife out last night. We made the most of it, but definitely our last visit to this location.
