Arby's

After driving all day from the western slope of Colorado on 1/10/2025 in the ice and snow we had to stop in Dumas to sleep for the night. The weather and road conditions were terrible! We all were exhausted and hungry. We rolled into the icy parking lot at 10:50pm and pulled up to the drive through. We ordered a bunch of French fries and mozzarella sticks. The lady that helped us was warm, friendly and just what we needed that late at night. Given the time of day and weather conditions she could have been ready to check out and head home. The food was hot, fresh and our bag had all the sauces you could need to mix with our order. I don’t leave many reviews but feel compelled to leave one given the circumstances and how that employees entire day had likely gone. Before we got to Arby’s we were ignored at other places down the street. Please commend the lady working this night for giving her all she had given the exterior conditions of the day. This was my first time to ever stop at an Arby’s and so glad we did! Thank you!

Had to eat while on the road trip. Filled the big hole deep inside and sated the hunger. We stopped here traveling both ways. The team was pleasant and professional. The food was served quickly and hot and the restrooms were well maintained. Thank you!

Went tonight and was kinda concerned with how empty the parking lot was. To my surprise, the service and food were both excellent. They accidentally added an extra sandwich to my order, and corrected the issue and explained what was going on. I appreciate the honesty. The food was also great. Definitely appreciate the good service tonight.

I used the drive thru and the fella taking my order was very thorough in telling me my options. I love Arby's food, especially their beef N cheddar And their jalapeno poppers with Bronco berry sauce.

The gentleman taking our order was very friendly, efficient & professional. My husband loves the jalapeño sliders.

Placed order inside for takeout. Asked for condiments when ordering. Looked in bag when I got food. No condiments so had to ask again.. My sandwich and fries were good. However discovered they didn't give me my turnover (I should have looked through my bag better I guess). Needless to say I wasn't going to drive back through all the traffic here after driving 7 hours today. And they probably wouldn't have believed me by the time I got back there. Be sure to check your order carefully before you leave! The girl who rang me up was very friendly but distracted. No recourse for this as I'm just passing through...

Food was great. BUT - the drive-thru service attendant was HORRIBLE. She seemed inconvenienced, rude and bothered.

Stopped through here passing through town. The only reason for two stars is simply because the entire place was very clean, including the restroom. Interaction was minimal and was treated as if we were an inconvenience. All the food tasted as if it had either been sitting out for days or was cooked in oil that hadn't been changed out in weeks. Was not satisfied and will not be stopping here anytime on our travels.

If I could rate this place with -5 stars, I would definitely do it. This was not a good place whatsoever. Got my buffalo crispy chicken wrap went to eat it and I could already tell there was way too much empty tortilla then open it to find a hard leaf of lettuce with only, three small little chicken bites in there extremely upset

The food was cold and slapped together. The buns were old. We waited for 15 minutes for 2 beef and cheddar meals. Everything was cold! It was also my birthday, and I have been craving Arby's.

2nd time eating at the Dumas Arby’s this week. Both times the bread is STALE! Cheese was past the date also. I was excited to get a restaurant here, that was different. I gave it a second chance, unfortunately stale bread and cheese for a second time was enough for me to not eat here again. Do better ARBY’S!

I hate leaving bad reviews but has to be the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Wasn’t even busy. Zero sense of urgency to help customers.
