Pizza Village is the only classic dine-in pizza place left in town, with a large dining area, a few arcade type games and great staff, it's a nice place for a family night out. Delivery and takeout service are also exceptional, with an expansive menu, moderate pricing, and great tasting food, Pizza Village is a cut above the rest in the Dunkirk/Fredonia area.

I stopped in on Sunday, October 20th at about 12 p.m. I ordered wings and a calzone. The best wings we have had in a long time!!!! I asked the fryer cook to make them extra crispy and he did! The calzone was great as was the service at the front counter! Thank you very much!

Our waiter was really nice & made sure our food was good to our liking, the food is excellent, seating is nice & comfy but there should be blinds on the windows facing Lakeshore drive, that sun is nice to see but also blinding & that's the only reason I gave 4 stars for Atmosphere, My family will definitely go back there 💕

Definitely a GREAT place to eat! We are traveling & stopped in for lunch and it was absolutely AMAZING! The food was so delicious and our server Margret was such a wonderful server, she went above & beyond to make our visit enjoyable! We had the party pack with the HUGE pizza, 36 wings, bread sticks & cinnamon sticks, fried cauliflower & fried mushrooms and EVERYTHING we ate was AMAZING!!! A MUST TRY!!

We were passing through and decided on chicken wings and pizza. This sits in a remodeled old Red Barn. First impression is how clean it is. The large pizza was fresh dough and the size of others x- large. Cooked just right. While I prefer a less sweet sauce, it was good. But the wings! They were really big. Cooked through only once and perfectly done. Slightly higher price but quality food. Great service.

Everything is so delicious and flavorful! Each flavor stands out all at the same time. The awesome sauce the great cheese and the pepperoni all stand out on their own in a bite. I also got a taco and it was so good I didn't want to put it down to grab another slice of pizza, then I didn't want to put the pizza down for a bite of taco! So happy I tried this place!

I visited from out of town recently and tried the mushroom pizza at Pizza Village! It absolutely hit the spot, and I would definitely return the next time I am in town! Also, I thought the aesthetics and atmosphere were perfectly fitting for a pizza shop 🙂🍕

The food was amazing! We ordered a combo meal with pizza, breadsticks and wings and 2 drinks. It cost about $25 for 4 of us to eat and we had leftovers! The staff was very attentive and friendly. We liked it so much that we took our extended family the next night!

Came here on a whim, pleasantly surprised, great service by Shane, good atmosphere + music. And excellent Hawaiian pizza with 2 different kinds of bacon!

My husband and I came out for pizza and were not disappointed! We got the dine-in special with a medium Pizza, 5 tenders, and breadsticks for only $23!! So yummy and PLENTY of food for the two of us! Shane and Abby were super nice and helpful. Shane recommended the honey garlic, medium buffalo, and honey mustard to dip our tenders in and they were all so good!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Just ordered for the first time. I was having a crowd come visit for the weekend. Pizza shop took my order early and had it delivered here exactly on time. Everything was absolutely delicious two large pizzas and 30 wings. I particularly liked the barbecued wings very good!!

The food here was excellent. We purchased a dine in combo that came with pizza, wings and breadsticks. All of it was perfect. The one down side is they do serve blue cheese with their veggies instead of ranch haha.

Gotta love chucky cheese pizza, the American classic. Place isn’t in Buffalo but you wouldn’t know that from the wings. The waiter rightfully scolded my girlfriend when she asked for ranch, and gave her ranch salad dressing. I’m almost disappointed he didn’t kick her out. Fantastic place, will definitely be back.

I’m from southern NY and was surprised to find a lack of NY style pizza in Dunkirk. Although Pizza Village isn’t the type of pizza I was looking for, it is its own thing and BY FAR the only pizza worth getting in Dunkirk/Fredonia. The staff from phones, to pickup windows (yes, a pickup window!), and delivery drivers are always friendly and helpful. They’ve got all the topping a NY pizzeria should have (ricotta, sardines, homemade garlic butter instead of the liquid canola oil crap), and their crust is delicious. Long Islanders leave your preconceptions behind and enjoy this delicious pizza on its own terms. There are some minor consistency issues one out of ten times, but I think it’s a particular cook because the mistakes are always the same. In those days the red sauce is so thick the cheese drowns and slides off and ricotta is spread like thick mayo under the cheese instead of delicious textural dollops. This is easily rectified though and I’ll be calling tomorrow to bring it up. Ingredients are fresh, crust (and I never eat crust) is amazing, and staff is standout. Whenever my picky LI pizza eaters come to town this is where we get pizza and they all enjoy it. Also, the give you no flack about substitutions and special orders, and it’s always perfectly cooked. No doughy mess or overcooked cheese here. I could go on and on, but my only complaints are that it’s different than the pizza of my childhood. That’s not a knock, it’s a plus. They make their own style of pizza to perfection and are proud of it. Oh, one last thing: your Beef on Weck is great, but you need to give ramekins of au jus about twice as big to enjoy the sandwich. Small issues, easily rectifiable, and not enough to keep me from coming back and recommending it to me friends. Dunkirk staple. All the other pizza in this area is junk.

The first time my husband and I ordered wings from here, they were amazing! We ordered again a few weeks ago, but the wings were incredibly dry and the sauce was wrong. I called the next day to express my frustration, and the manager was very polite and professional! He put enough credit on my account so we could reorder the same wings. We reordered them yesterday and the wings were just as delicious as the first time we got them! Overall, great service and tasty food 😋

Saw this place on our way back from Hamburg, NY and decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Plenty of booth and table seating. Diner style decor. A large variety of food options ranging from sandwiches, pizza, wings and fingers to tacos and salads. They have beer on tap and even have homemade milkshakes. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We ordered the small Veggie pizza, small Supreme pizza, and a small regular order of butter garlic breadsticks. Everything arrived piping hot. Overall, great place for pizza and beer.

Well I use to be a loyal customer at pizza village but know I need to rethink my out of pocket spending on food. The food is very good but not worth the cost. For example a whole sub listed $9.50 extra meat $2.00. I got an appetizer $6.25. This adds up to $17.75. I was. Charged $21 and change. As always I give the driver a tip. This meal by know means was not worth $25.00. My mistake I went for convenience lesson learned. There are a lot of places to buy a sub sandwich. I guess it’s time to explore

So my wife and I always order subs. They always pack the subs with lots of meat. Super friendly and food is always on point. It's worth every penny.

This was the second Saturday evening that I came in to eat with my family that we froze in the dining room at night. When I mentioned to our server that it was freezing in there last night she said I’ll let my manager know. Okay no biggie but by the time we got our food there was no change so I went to the counter asked for the manager and told her it was freezing in the there and was told that no one has control over the temperature besides the owner. I asked her name and she replied you don’t need my name the owner handles the temperature. I saw the thermostat on the wall and it was set to 66 degrees. I’m sorry but I will be taking out for now on and I won’t deal with this manager’s attitude either. When a customer ask for your name you give it to them. The food was great although it got cold fast. I don’t recommend dining in but I do recommend the food.

Very good pizza place! It is a small hometown shop that is super busy. The sauce is more on the sweeter side, and if you enjoy different styles of pizza or a sweet sauce, you will gladly love this.

First time ordering from here. Ordered Pizza, Wings, Cauliflower. Pizza was okay, not wow but not bad either. Mediocre is a good word. I'd order it again. Wings were great! Crispy like we asked for and the sauce had good flavor. Deep fried cauliflower... was crispy and delicious.

For a while now I have ordered a white pizza at least once a week. Lately, the last 2 or 3 have lacked garlic. Don't know why but they're just not right. Generally I love your food, but you have to fix this.

I could gain a lot of weight eating there, and oddly enough during college I did. ordered the pizza and breadsticks, and the quality and quantity has been consistent for over 20 years that I've been going there. breadsticks are light and airy. I could eat that with their pizza dipping sauce all the time, though I wish they could heat up the sauce because it served cold but it's still very tasty. meat lovers pizza was exactly what you expect, namely it's full of meat. Plenty of seating, prices are reasonable, and even though it was very busy at lunch, the service was very fast. if you're looking for a decent pizza and wing joint before you head out onto the lake,. Pizza Village is definitely the place to stop. I know I will again.

I ordered a sub from the counter and was advised it will be 20 minutes. The counter girl was very personnable and pleasant. The sub came out in 8 minutes. I'll let you know how it tasted ! Moderate pricing for a decent looking lunch.

I really enjoy Pizza Village pizza, however, today is the last time I will purchase it. The price is just too high!!! I picked up a large cheese and pepperoni pizza today and was charged $23.50. It will have to be Dominoes for me from now on.

Clean, Neat, ok food. I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sub.....was not what I was expecting. It was a slice of what seemed like formed steak on a grilled hoagie roll with American cheese, green peppers and onion. I may give them another chance in the future. Just may have been a bad choice on my part.

I ordered a bacon and pineapple pizza (don't judge me) and what I received was a soggy bacon, pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza. I'm really disappointed as I had ordered pizzas before and they turned out perfectly fine. Wish it had turned out better as I spent almost $20 on a pizza I can't eat.

Sometimes the pizza is excellent! Sometimes it's not. I think they just need to work in being more consistent with how the pizza is made. There have been times where the crust was way too thin and the pizza greasy, yet other times the crust is thick. The sauce is also very bitter sometimes.

Pepperoni pizza was good. Buffalo chicken pizza leaves alot to be desired. Paper thin crust with just chicken and cheese. No hot sauce on it which is weird. How can you call it Buffalo chicken pizza without the hot sauce?

A very nice place to grab a good meal. The atmosphere is calming and the waitress was kind. We ordered the bread sticks and the chicken wing pizza. The bread sticks were a bit over done and looked burnt, the taste wasn't as expected. However the pizza was excellent! Definitely recommend. Things nowadays are a bit pricey and unfortunate. But it is what it is in today's world.

The food was OK but not special in any way. The chicken fingers were thin and seriously overcooked. Ham sub was OK. Fries were excellent.

I wrote a review a while back raving about the beef on weck because it was delicious. Today I ordered one for pick up and it was dry and over cooked and the fries were cold and soggy. The celery that came with my granddaughters fingers tasted like it had been sitting in a cooler for awhile. We had 2 orders and when we pulled into the drive through, we gave the names on our orders. She seemed absolutely lost and asked us what we had ordered. we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes while they found our orders and tried to figure out how to cash us out. It wasn't even busy. Had this been my first experience, I would not have come back

Feb 11 and 12 ,2025 We ate here twice while at the Clarion. They have honey mustard wings which were pretty good. The mild, not so mild, for my liking anyway. Had a salad both times and the lettuce tasted dirty. My husband had a supreme pizza without onion, which they forgot to take onion off. The delivery was pretty fast and the delivery drivers were nice. Would be better if you could order online.

In at least 30 years that I've been going to PV I've never had an issue like I did today. We went for the lunch special, told the waitress that before ordering. 4 of us got 2 sets of 5 wings from the lunch special...not ONCE did the waitress say "that can not be done for the lunch special", while we were eating she approaches with NO mask and informs us on how we were charged...we were a bit confused as ANY time we have gone in there, there has NEVER been an issue getting 2 of the same item as it says "Choose ANY 2 items from below". Get the bill and we are charged an outrageous amount for wings. When I question it the man at the counter says "thats the way we have ALL been trained", 🤔 yet this specific waitress has never charged us that way before today. Told them its time to reword the menu then because NO WHERE does it say you HAVE to choose 2 separate items!

Ok so Pizza Village has been a favorite for some locals and when you visit here you can see why. The atmosphere is nice when dining in. They serve good food at good prices with alcohol on the menu. Its a great place to eat for anyone. Family, friends, on a date etc. Service with a smile and friendly staff. But, there are some concerns with the food. Pizza is good but i noticed the fried stuff takes a hard hit down. Not sure if oil is being cleaned properly but wings, fingers, pizza logs, basically the fried foods are being over cooked and or the oil is not cleaned well. Leaving the fried food to be a let down. I have ordered here several times and really like this place but they need to improve the fried foods for customers and its been several months already i notice this from time to time on the fry side. Get it together PV, customers deserve your best all the time. I will order again later to see if its improving or just another star taken. UPDATE. Its been 5 months and still a huge let down with fried foods. If you ate here and think wings are great, then you dont know how wings are suppose to be cooked. Everything is so greasy it drips from the containers. My wings were very crispy and meat was dry which doesnt surprise me. I'm not gonna be eating here any longer. Seems like the food quality has gone down. Like buying frozen wings from Aldi and serving it to customers and charging them high quality price. But hey judge for yourself.

This place gets stars for selling processed processed pizza off as their own. the 2 star is for the delivery driver who was kind enough to go back and bring me my pop that you all didn’t add to the order and no spoons or napkins to go with my salad either. Really friendly delivery guy and yes I tipped him well.

Food has fallen off lately. Toppings are very light, food does not have the flavor it used to. Price is also through the roof and does not reflect a quality product anymore. May be the result of new management or cheaper ingredients. Will be taking a break from ordering here until quality hopefully improves.

Wish I could give less than a full star. We went in for dine in and it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. It took about 15 minutes to get menus and 2 pops. When we ordered pop we also ordered an appetizer. About 15 minutes later someone waited on husband said our appetizer was done and they'd bring it right over. We waited atleast 10 to 15 more minutes and got nothing. I cancelled the order for the appetizers cuz I figured the dinner should be out any minute. There were no apologies when I explained why we cancelled the appetizer. There were 3 orders ahead of ours and they hadn't gotten there food either. I saw 4 employees working but it was very disorganized. It was my first time there and my last. We ended up just leaving. We will not be back.

I ate white pizza at Pizza Village last night with a few of my friends. It tasted great even though it was overly priced for the quality and size compared to other places. At 1AM, I had food poisoning so badly that I had to sleep on the bathroom floor and take a sick day from work today. My stomach is finally feeling back to normal. I will never step foot in Pizza Village again. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be unbearably sick afterwards.

Worst customer service ive had in a restaurant in a long time!! I wish I would've gotten the girls name that answered the phone and began taking my order for two subs and 10 wings. when I asked her what wing sauces they offered she sighed and scoffed aloud and HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and they of course didn't answer. When we walked inside to finish placing the order the girl still had an attitude and said umm were closed. I said you were just taking our order on the phone. There's 5 tables full of people still eating. And it's still open for 20 minutes. And all she would say was. Were closed. Sorry.

Ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza, whole turkey bacon sub and boneless wings for two of us. What an absolute failure. The pizza? The sauce is garbage. Bland and tasteless. The crust? Limp. Just... limp. The cheese was cheap and disgusting. The sub was small with no visible vegetables. The boneless wings were small and soggy. This place is indicative of the food scene in this area: tasteless, bad quality, overpriced. What a shame. What a joke this place has more than 1 star. The atmosphere in the restaurant is perfectly fine, relaxing yet drawers your attention however I ordered three tacos today from the place in Dunkirk and unfortunately the tacos were cold I mean I understand there's a delivery time but when you're literally 3 minutes away from the restaurant you don't expect your food to feel like it almost came out of a refrigerator Edit : this review was left BEFORE I called to complain . Traveling with a large party of 17 to Niagara Falls. Stopped here for lunch after a local recommended the spot. We understood that 17 is a big group and said we did not need to sit together and were more than happy to spread out. The manager and/or owner told us that they could not place our orders, due to their register not being able to process more than 10 transactions. So only go to this restaurant if you know you aren’t customer number 11 for the day. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've ordered from here 3xs this week cause of kitchen problems at home...ordered at 3 different times thinking that was the problem. 1st I ordered a Calzone it was just ok...then I ordered wings...just okay nothing to write home about..mind you I live less than 2 minutes away food always cold. Decided I'm gonna try one more time and ordered boneless wings...got here in 20min...boneless wings were cold n came right outta the microwave. Disgusting. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Waste of money. The drivers were super nice though. Guy who took my order today for boneless wings was far from a delight. I'm done with this place. I had to give one star to write review and it doesn't even deserve that today

This will be the last time I order delivery for quite a while. An hour and 15 for delivery of a large pepperoni and 20 wings, I'm less than 3 miles from them for crying out loud. Pizza was absolutely COLD (I just LOVE reheating freshly delivered pizza NOT), wings were hard and definitely not hot as requested. I had to call after an HOUR to find out where my food was! Almost $50 for the order, 75 minutes to make and drive down the street literally and all I got when I called was "we got backed up"... NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!

I called to ask a simple question, since online there are 2 different prices for their pizzas. The young lady stated that the prices were both updated on the menu and online, but I let her know I was looking right at it, and there was definitely 2 different prices. I was still going to order, but this young lady I was on the phone with hung up on me. Lol I understand pizza places get busy and maybe a customer asking questions can be an annoyance, BUT no need to be rude. SO! I'll go elsewhere...

Just went here to order take out, the prices on their website show $21.75 for 10 wings & a med pizza, when I go to pick up my order the amount is $30.51 I was like what??? The owner Tom says “we’ve been hacked, “those prices are 7 years old” I’ve never seen that”. Seriously What a joke. Normally I would have just refused the pizza and not paid for it instead of argue with a cheap owner who cant honor what his website states. First time here & deff my last time, trash customer service. I’ll make sure to leave a review on yelp also. 0 stars.

Building is clean and the people are nice. 9 out of 10 gas stations have better pizza!

Ordered a pizza the other day and it was the worst pizza we have ever gotten from there. We were told it would be 45-an hour and we received it within 40 minutes. It was undercooked and definitely not enough cheese or sauce on it. The delivery driver in her black Kia was so kind and polite and we loved the skeletons on her car too but when we called to talk to a manager she flipped out on us telling us that she never sends out a pizza that isn’t fully cooked. I tried to explain it to her and I even offered to bring it back in to show her but all she kept doing is interrupting me and saying if you keep swearing at me I’m hanging up but yet I didn’t even swear at her once. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I’ve tried calling a few different times asking for Tom and she says I’m the manager on shift so how can I help you. I asked again for Tom and she hung up on me yet again. This wasn’t the first time with this manager and I’m taking my money and going elsewhere now. I just feel bad for all your other customers and even your employees that have to work with her. Tom I’m truly sorry for having to go online but since I can’t reach you when I tried to call I felt this was the next best thing.
