I have always liked Starbucks when they first came out. Coffee is great oh, nice atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone.

Charlotte, Rachel and the other baristas are all very nice. They welcome you when you come in and always ask how you are doing. Great place to write papers. They serve wonderful hot chocolate.

I personally enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the morning and keep in mind I am normally not a starbucks kinda guy, I prefer local cafes, but staff and atmosphere have gone a long way.

The kind lady who took my order recognized me from the community (although we only met briefly) and thanked me for coming. She also was patient with my phone payment. <3 Fabiano Caruana and Magnus Carlson played an astonishing 100+ move game today while I enjoyed coffee and other refreshments. This epic battle was exhausting to witness and lasted hours. I could scarcely sleep last night I was so excited for the match. Thank-you so much Starbucks for taking care of a sleep deprived fan who did nothing but stare at a chess board for hours and listen to Grandmasters comment via headphone. You made a rare day off for me perfectly splendid.

I had to wait in line, but it was worth it. My drink was prepared quickly once I ordered and it was perfect. Inside was a little noisy with the afternoon high school crowd.

I frequent more Starbucks in more towns than I care to mention...some of them have the customer service thing down and some not so much...THIS ONE DOES! They definitely go above and beyond... OVER-delivering to their patrons is their MO. As a business owner myself I know good employees when I see them and I would be proud if they were mine. They know the names of locals, remember what they ordered, and are more than accommodating & kind to everyone that walks in the door. Starbucks isn't my cup of tea, but when I walked through the doors, those baristas were absolutely fantastic! One of them could have sold me tickets to a deserted island and I still would have been happy. I think I'll start being a Starbucks fan simply for the service those guys gave. Absolutely 5 star.

It's great, there is more drinks than food. About 30 drinks and 10 items of food. Also there was a woman there who was a bit aggressive to me but i thought she just had a bad day so i brushed it off. The next time I went there she was still aggressive but i thought maybe some kids annoyed her. Third time it happened i knew she had a problem with me but i brushed it off again.

Always like family*... very nice asset to the community! *with the exception of the manager who was ignoring a customer whilst training (so I greeted him). She seems intent on making me feel unwelcome; but I guess my spirit irritates her demons. Still waiting for that "post-it" note for the dreamboard! I went in to try the new strawberry short cake Frappuccino, oh my goodness! It was soooo good. They were very busy but still managed to get me out speedy. Thank you. Starbucks I feel this location always has a great team and on top of their cleaning. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.

I was in town for a week helping a friend in the hospital, and drove through for coffee a few times. Every single employee I encountered here was the nicest and perkiest person! They took the time to give a compliment (i.e. nice sunglasses) every time I drove through and it really made my day just that tad bit better.

I was dragged into a road rage incident between a women her daughter and another guy, the women and her daughter assaulted me and my truck before driving to the Starbucks on main ave, I followed them and called the cops, the daughter made a bug scene yelling she would kill me in the parking lot, the manager came out to help and the women and daughter fled in their van while I stayed to wait for the police. The manager was really kind and offered me a coffee and breakfast, and even helped me find my glasses the women had knocked off my face when she smacked me at the first altercation. I am very grateful for this kind women who really made my day a lot better :)

Barista checked the back for the cup I wanted, it was there. I was going to dump my drink into the cup but she washed/sanitized it for me so it would be clean. Great coffee and caring staff! They even walked out and handed me my drink to where I was sitting! Excellent staff!

I could easily copy paste the review that I saw saying they got a bad drink in Pagosa Springs, which usually doesn't happen. This is the exact same thing that happened to me, with TWO drinks....driving all the way to Durango and they so graciously remade my drink for me and made it absolutely delicious. I asked if they could just add the sweetener that Pagosa forgot and and she so sweetly offered to just remake the drink fresh. Thank you, beautiful ladies, for caring so much about our coffee experience!!! 💜❤️🫶🏼

Honestly- I feel this is just over rated. I went there to meet over tea. It was near closing and they were tiding up. Very friendly staff and just your average Starbucks.

Came here for some coffee, juice, and bathroom to change our son. No real acknowledge/greeting as we entered which made us feel not so welcomed. Barista made of for it though as she was helpful, cool, and was making conversation. Bathroom was clean which is always a plus.

Fast, responsive service. When lots of tourists in town, it's a nightmare with the parking exit blocked by incoming drive-thru parking that backs up on to highway. Customers parking trailers on highway. I have literally been blocked in my parking place for 10 minutes before someone would let me out of my space.

Nice new building. Parking is limited but the space is nice and staff are friendly. We did get the wrong coffee this time and had to wait a bit. Most days it's fast and our order correct.

Went here 2 days in a row. Most everyone working is polite, drinks are quick and mostly made well. The sweet cream cold brew was a little bitter both times. The store itself needs updating and better cleaning practices. There are no hot cup sleeves, sugars, stirrers etc. available, only napkins. The cleaner outdoor sitting area would have been nice to enjoy, but would have better served it's purpose as a skating rink since it had not been salted. As it is the only "real" starbucks in town, was a little disappointing to sit inside, would recommend drive through only.

Friendly staff, welcoming. The atmosphere was nice but pretty loud, a little bit difficult to take a conference call inside. Salted caramel creme cold brew was made how I liked it.

I didn't actually get a cup of coffee here. I came to this location looking for a Utah mug. I noticed the Starbucks in the grocery store New Mexico and Arizona in addition to the Colorado mugs. This one didn't have them either. There are like 3 Starbucks in Utah.....this was disappointing.

Love the staff! Don’t love the new chai tea latte flavor (March 2026). It tastes like a cup of warm milk. Even with extra pumps it doesn’t taste great. Don’t order it 😬

Please train your new staff better. Nobody likes to pay $9 for big fancy coffee that is improperly made.

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I can place a mobile order from my drive way 10 minutes away and when I get to the drive through for pickup they usually haven’t even started on it.

Last night visit and this morning visit was the same, barista very slow and fumbled around like she wasn't sure what to do. Coffee was better last night!

Sometimes the coffee is good , other times it's sloppy and doesn't have the same flavor. 🤷‍♀️

I had to review this Starbucks because of the clientele and slow service because of the clientele, I am guessing. The place had zero adults in it at the time of our visit, mid afternoon. But it was crowded with teenagers! I am guessing they came from the GOAL high school across the street. We had to wait for a lot of drink orders to go by before we got ours, and I could swear we placed our order before some of the other teenagers who arrived after we did. There were not enough staff to handle all the orders, there seemed to be only one woman making the drinks and one person taking orders at the register. But at least we got an education in teen culture that afternoon! Watching how they act and dress and behave in a public place. Most were quiet and pleasant, some absorbed in their phones, some too young to have phones in my opinion. But it's definitely a teen hangout for some reason. Wish I knew why. Just curious, that's all. They seemed like pretty nice kids. Reviewed on 10/5/2019

Very slow. Coffee was good but it took forever to get the banana bread. Only one flavor of scone. Pastry case was pretty bare. This was on Friday morning so I would have thought they would have it filled.

For starbucks this was awful. The floor was filthy which makes you wonder what else isn't being cleaned. Ordered 2 pikes place coffees. He said he would have to brew fresh because they were out. He said we would have to wait a few minutes. This was ok. We were fine waiting. After about 2 minutes he handed us old cold coffee.

Arrived early on a Friday morning at 5:20am. We were at the time the only customers. Loved the fact that they open at 5am on weekdays. Service was fast. I used the restroom... Staff was friendly until I came out of the restroom and mentioned to the employee that the bathrooms could really use some attention. (I was shocked how gross they were, and even questing why they were even out of toilet paper for just opening for the day. ) The girl gave me a very rude look, rolled her eyes and went back to what she was doing. I would have recommended this location up until the way I was treated for trying to help. As far as my order: the Apple crisp Frappuccino & Mango dragon fruit were very good as were our pumpkin loaf and pumpkin muffin. Would recommend any of the 4 items.

Got a bacon, sausage, egg wrap. Mostly tasted like wrap. Mocha tasted like coffee with chocolate, not espresso with chocolate. Disappointing visit. Maybe it's the COVID vaccine I just got....

Usually I have a very positive experience at this Starbucks but today was unfortunately not very positive. Walked in to get a large hot tea and the young lady on the register was having an issue because is rang up as $5.46 vs $2.85. When I told her that she relied that obviously it was $5.46 and I was mistaken. At that poi t she had someone else come to the register who entered my order correctly (or so I thought). I ended up with a medium and no stevia or cream, which I had the barista add. At that point I just needed to get going so I left with what I had. A basic hot tea order is not rocket science. Very disappointed this morning :(

Everything is perfect except one of the worker named Seth he is very rude to younger kids and always has an issue or something to say to one of them. He has kicked multiple of these kids out for nothing and is just trying to find a reason to kick him out. He talks down to them and is horrible to them and tells them to “act like an adult” they are just kids he shouldn’t be as expecting with them. many kids are very upset over this and he should be talked to.

Just another global chain competing with local businesses who are far more invested in the community. Sure, you can get the same cup of coffee as any of the other 23,000+ Starbucks locations worldwide, but why not keep your dollars local? There are far better options in town, and several of them.

Are we spending lots of money every day at Starbucks? Seems like when they’re in a hurry they just make the drinks, however, feel like they come out different every day. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, and they gave me an apple, shaken espresso or something with Apple. It was horrible. I was already too far to turn around. I was very disappointed.

I go to more Starbucks than I care to admit. This Starbucks was very nice, very courteous but stuggled to get my order correct. Also, it seems to run out of items quickly and it a common occurrence. Now I went on a Saturday afternoon, so maybe this a very popular location.

They are consistent here with filling your cup entirely with ice. I asked for less ice and they dump the ice and filled the rest with milk before asking me if that was okay.

STARBUCKS STRIKES AGAIN!!! I think every time I go I will adjust my review accordingly. Today you lose another star….soon it will be NoStarsBucks. Staff on the first day of our visit was pleasant and inviting. Order was correct. Yesterday was 5 stars. Staff today at the window seemed inconvenienced by our app reload and didn’t make one of the drinks correctly. It was a mocha frap with an add affogatto shot and no whip. See photo - it had whip. UPDATE for December 2021 we reviewed our order 3 times making corrections based on what was on the screen at the drive through. Get to the window and staff was more concerned with chatting with each other than paying attention to the customers at the window. Drink is not the right size and the sticker literally says No Whip. Oh look. WHIP. Not a huge deal by comparison but the drink doesn’t taste the same when the shot is poured over whip rather than directly on the iced drink.

Every barista that I've encountered have been beyond rude and unfriendly. I expect these type of personalities at maybe McDonalds. Not Starbucks.

I went into this Starbucks to study, I clearly had textbooks in my hands. I ordered a $5 drink and was the only person inside sitting at a table. I was there for less than 5 minutes before the staff started BLASTING music and yelling at each other so loud I could hear it through my headphones. It was obvious that they had no consideration for who was in there at 2 in the afternoon and just wanted to get their shift over with. The music was so loud that I had to leave to get any kind of work done. Super frustrating how inconsiderate the staff was here.

I attempted to order a dark roast coffee. It was past the normal time that they brew it. I was offered a Pike. I asked for a pour over and was given the I hate you look by the girl taking the order. I wait at least 10 minutes because I know it takes time. I asked how it was coming along and they told me that they were just about to get started on it. The hippie male batista with long hair gave me attitude for asking why they hadn't even started my order when they had completed many orders made after mine. He's a mouthy little punk that needs an attitude adjustment. If you don't like making pour overs, find another job. Making coffee isn't that hard. Kids these days have zero work ethic. In the end I was handed a pike coffee which I can't stand.

I don’t normally write reviews unless a place is really bad. I walked in with my son and husband and the baristas just looked at me. Took a while for someone to say we will be right with you. The two girl baristas continues to give me rude looks. I finally was able to order. Got one drink and waited to get the other while three other girls got their coffee before mine when they ordered after me. Then one barista tried to give my drink to someone else, when they said it wasn’t hers she didn’t even try to ask if it was mine. Which I didn’t know it was mine. Then after another ten minutes she finally realized it was mine after she made another one of another woman. She then said my name wrong and when I corrected her she gave me a mean look. There was a woman waiting to order while two baristas where just standing there chatting. I have been to so many Starbucks. And this is by far the worst one I have been to. I had beefed service and ones with only one barista working. The baristas working at this one were snobby and slow and didn’t really seem to care. I will never go back to this one. Ever. You should never treat people so rudely for no reason. I’m sorry baristas that you are having such a bad day that you have to take it out on your customers.

The funny thing is I go here every other day to buy coffee to this location. Real nice workers that work in the morning and afternoon, but I just came to this location at 630 pm and they were closed some blonde hair chick with side braids going down was really rude saying that they were closed and didn't give any explanation what so ever. Don't hire people that don't wanna work. Poor customer service

Ordered 2 coffees at drive through. 1 black with a shot, received no problem. Second was with cream and a shot of vanilla. No cream and no vanilla even though that’s what I paid for. Seriously service workers want $15 or $20 per hour?? Can’t even get two coffees correct in a drive through that we were the only car in line.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I keep trying to give this location a chance and every single time they mess up my order and then turn around and tell me it's my fault. The last time my friend and I went in there we were told we are hostile and cannot order from them anymore. Theresa, rylin, and dee were very unprofessional and I contacted the district manager about them. Really sucks cause I love starbucks!!!!!
