Jersey Mike's Subs

Most jersey mikes are the same, no doubt. But there are some good ones working here. I don’t just mean customer service but I mean genuinely good people. If you were one of the folks working here 12/10 around 11:30 am, you know what I’m talking about. I see you and I thank you for the goodness of your hearts.

Very good sandwiches here. The employees are always so friendly. If you order on line, the service is very fast! My go to for a great sandwich.

Everybody seemed to know exactly what they were doing they were nice and friendly I've been there a number of times

The staff was just not very good at their job. I had to correct and redirect them both many times while they assembled my subs. Maybe they were new ?

they close at 9pm according to online hours and hours posted on store but on two separate occasions I have arrived at the door at 8: 40 and they have the doors locked . I would understand if this was a sit down restaurant but it literally takes less than 5 mins to make a sandwich. Perhaps I’m totally wrong but it seems to me that if the place closes at 9 , then it should close to customers at 9 instead of using the last 20 minutes of operational hours to shut down the store. Is this normal ? The employees left at exactly 9.

Food was tasty, but I found a pincher bug in my bowl. Tried calling the number and nobody picked up.

I ordered through the app, which was very easy. The sandwiches were done early and we went home to eat. I have never before had to check my food before leaving the store. My requests were not followed and it seems like double meat isn't very much more than regular. No tomatoes on half of our sandwich and very little lettuce. I will go to a different store next time. The employees were not friendly either.

Came in for two sandwiches- I asked for a gluten free one first, and then ordered a second sandwich non-gluten free. They started making the second order first, and then informed us halfway through making that sandwich that they didn’t have any gluten-free bread thawed out. That is poor planning or just laziness (or both), as Jersey Mike’s is known for its gluten-free sandwiches and the bread should be ready and available just like any other bread there. They were not apologetic although they did offer to make a bowl, which frankly isn’t why I go to a sandwich shop in the first place. We ended up paying for the regular sandwich (although tempted to leave without) and then we drove 10 minutes away the opposite direction of where we were headed, to another Jersey Mike’s to complete our order. [The staff at the other location on Centre City Parkway were great- both helpful and friendly.]

I am not sure what is going on at this location this is now the third time I have come in and there is one person actually working while 2 to 3 others are doing who knows what. Not this last time but the time before the person stood in front of me and said oh I'm on break and I did not get help for over 5 minutes. Honestly if my family did not like the sandwiches so much and the other location is all the way across town i wouldn't return.

Been here three times to pick up mobile orders for the family. Every time I come, it’s like they like to take care of everyone that’s in LYNE before they take care of the online order. I don’t understand what the point of a mobile order is I’m not there to sit down so you can take care of everyone before you get to my order..

Horrible customer service at this location. l Placed an order online. When I arrived I was ignored for about 20 minutes before I decided to leave. I was just trying to pick up my food. The employees never even asked me if I needed anything.
