I have never had a bad service with dairy queen until today. Literally the worst service in drive thru I experienced. Those two old lady’s that took my order and charged me just straight up trash especially the one that took my order said to me “ what do you want?” in a rude tone

I usually have a great experience at this location however on today's visit we had a very rude employee with no pride in his craft. All I know is Jaime should not be allowed to work in the drive. My score will change if the service is corrected. Scoffing at a customers request and basically tossing the order into the car and shutting the window immediately is no way to serve a customer.

Went in to order and got ignored while waiting at the counter. However a guy that the employees seemed to know came in and everyone handled him instead. -10/10

Went through the drive-thru to place my order. Started the conversation in English and at some point the young lady at the window decided to speak in Spanish (which I don’t understand). I asked her to repeat it in English, which she did and we moved on. At the window she again proceeded to speak Spanish. At this point my wife was able to tell me what she asked me to do, so I moved forward to the front door like requested. As we were pulling out of the drive-thru, one of the other young ladies that was working made a gesture assuming that I did in fact know what they were saying. The young lady who brought the food out was the one who had gestured. My wife took a brief moment to make her aware of how ignorant it was for her to make an assumption about someone she doesn’t know. Needless to say, the primary language here may be Spanish, and there’s nothing wrong with that… but don’t assume everyone knows it. Seems that bad service is a common theme at this place. I’ll take my business elsewhere going forward.

Horrible service! the employees are so rude & they’re always in a bad mood for no reason. I always consider employees so I always treated them nicely but these employees were not cooperating with me. Their attitude is always rude no matter what or when. Dairy queen needs new employees who are nice & like their job.

The service is terrible. Managers are foolish. I was ordering at the drive-thru, and this lady named Alexia was literally yelling at me. I was being polite, stating my order, and she was yelling it back to me. Like, what? The managers really need to have someone else working the drive-thru.

The manager Ludivina was very rude. She always has a bad attitude. Ask for catchup and only gave me one and ask for another one and dared ask me if I needed two in a rude manner. Definitely NOT coming here rather go somewhere else 🤷‍♀️

Ordering through drive thru is a very hostile experience every time. They don't greet you nor welcome you. They answer with a very rude, "Can I help you." They post products they don't receive ever like the Velvet Cake blizzard for Valentine's. They never got it nor took down the advertisement. They leave the ice cream to melt by the window. There's no friendliness. Customer service is slowly dying.

I’ve been to many restaurants. Some good and some bad…… yet Dairy Queen Eagle Pass made the bad restaurants look like they have 5-star ratings. Dairy Queen Eagle Pass failed to deliver proper customer service. When I went inside, I felt neglected. I was waiting at the front counter to order some ice cream…… 5 minutes it took for an employee to come and take my order. Once I got my ice cream, it was melted. I asked the manager known as Patty Sanchez if I could get another blizzard, and she dared raise her voice and yell at me. All I wanted was a damn blizzard!!!!!!! I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of this place, but there are none. This place is horrendous. -100/10
