B-Ok yes sure M- So Beatriz what caught your attention from this video? B-Well I definitely like the fact that is FREE! There's no charge for the publications used or the lessons. There's no exams or test. Also that I'm not obligated to become one of Jehovah's Witnesses if I decide to study. M-That's correct Beatriz…you will only be taught bible truth using your own bible..did you notice how long bible lessons can be? B- yes I believe it said from 10 mins.- to an hour M- so you see bible lessons don't have to be long depending on what the person decides according to their schedule and circumstances that's how long it would be… I actually have with me one of the publications we use for the Bible lessons now like the video mentioned you're able to study the book ahead of time and prepare for the lesson. We use the question and answer method.

A good place to grab some good food on the fly, they'r ice creams are nice and the flavors are varied. Quick in quick out !!...There is MUCH improvement in cleaness and environment with an improved menu.

Great place to eat with family n friends. Been going there since I was a kid. What's good about DQ in Texas they have the best Texas meals one can have. I've been to one in Florida it comes nothing close to the one in our state. I love the ice cream sunday and chili dog for 1.99 each what a deal.

Normally our Eagle Pass Dairy Queen is awesome.. today, maybe they were understaffed, I don't know.. but our one blizzard and 2 smoothies topk a long time and seemed not well blended.. anywho, like i said usually they are great! Anyone can have an off day. I love the burgers and like to treat the crew once in a while after a long day to a blizzard... good stuff..

Me and my kiddos love DQ. Their place is always packed & the parking is small. Gotta get there when its least busy, otherwise you're waiting in traffic. But it's so worth the wait.

Felt really warm inside, both days we went..had to wait a little for a cashier to come up to the front to take orders, both days..asked for extra candy in a blizzard and didn't get it..but it was still good on a very hot day

Chicken and gravy made my insides feel delighted, but the wait time was enough to make me a grandpa . I've had three children and I now have six grandchildren, I am currently 84. I came when I was 12, and 72 years of my life have been passed in line. Overall excellent food, would go again. :)

To me, ice cream is ice cream. What makes the difference between the restaurants that offer ice cream? The service. In this Dairy Queen, if you are in a hurry, expect to be late. If you have a hour to kill and wait at the drive-thru for your food/order, then you'll be right at home.

On top of that I had asked for a banana split blizzard and when I tell you they only I only had just the top layer of banana and pineapple I more then half the cup full of ice cream left

Went to have dinner with my parents one day. She ordered bacon cheeseburger. When she got her order, no bacon. She took it back to get it fixed. When she got it back, still no bacon. My dad went to take it for her to get it fixed again. When it was returned, STILL no bacon. We were all almost finished with our meals and my mom still hadn’t even taken a bite. Frustrated, she said to leave it alone. Me, angry because my mom hadn’t eaten all day and can’t get up regularly to return the burger over and over because she is handicapped and the fact that bacon costs extra, got her burger and complained to the cook in the back that it was the third time it was incorrect. Miraculously, they sent it back correctly. And I made sure to stand there to make sure it was done correctly and not spit at. Ridiculous

We went inside because there was a long line at drive through. I ordered the Steak Finger Basket that was delicious but I also ordered an ice cream strawberry sundae 🍨 and they put too much whip and not enough ice cream and it was overflowing. Very disappointed on the ice cream.

Drive through experience was terrible. Don’t post team members on drive through that are super quiet and can’t remember the first thing you just ordered. Sat there longer than I had to. 2nd, food was mid. Fries tasted like they sat there for a while, jalito burger only had 3 jalitos in it. Ordered a regular chili cheese dog and got nothing but a sad cold weiner with no toppings. Manager had a face like she hated her job. Maybe fast food industry isn’t for everyone 👎🏼

I went thru the drive thru , it wasn't to busy . I ordered a shake with no cream and nachos with extra jalapenos. 20 minutes later I got a melted shake with cream , and nachos with about 10 slices of jalapeno. Really guys !

They give you melted ice cream all the time and take forever. Manager is rude and doesn't want to hire new people to help with traffic. Horrible. Don't waste your time, its sad that its the only one in town, they make DQ look really bad.

Our young male probably 17 yrs old cashier was nervous due to manager hovering over him making him think he is doing the order wrong. When he was doing it right. We were ordering with him while the manager was taking care of another guest. when I was looking at the menu she felt like taking over and was being rude and asking me what size I wanted when I was think and she kept repeating what size all rude!!! The male cashier looked so scared when she came over to hover him. That’s when you know that’s bad management! Paty Sanchez was the name on her uniform!!

Took my mom to get some tenders she had been craving, window cashier was rude, he got our order wrong but we didn’t see until we got home. Called in to let them know and the lady in charge said you can bring the food back or there is nothing we can do, as if it was our fault we got the wrong meal. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible my grandma went to the drive thru she asked for a number one with cheese and no mustard sub with mayo and they gave her mustard and only lettuce on the burger and when they went to go tell the cashier she told them that it was going to be charged extra for everything when I known because I work a Dairy Queen too that the only this that has to be charge is the cheese but she ask for it so that’s the cashier problem but anyways they where trying to charge her for the mayo lettuce, tomato, onion something that a burger come with just bad customer service. Update: I went my self to Dairy Queen and order a number one they didn’t add pickles and I asked for jalitos in my burger I think it only had like 5 pieces and they added cheese when the guy asked me and I answered no I order a medium turtle pecan cluster and only half of it was the flavored I asked and the rest was just vanilla icecream that’s a no go for me again -0/10

Disappointed in their service two days in a row! First day I purchased about 8 blizzards but the drive-thru attendant failed to turn the cup upside down as per their DQ Signature. I shortly found out how close the ice cream was melting. The second day we went in to have blizzards and my gf chose the Royal Peanut Butter. The flavor to it was quite bad, tasted like rotten peanut butter. We brought it to the attention of the Manager on duty at the time but she said we had already taken bites of the ice cream and there was nothing she could do about it. Ummm how else would I find out that it tasted bad? These issues happened a few months ago and I filed a complaint through DQ website yet till this day I have not had an update back from them. All DQ website confirmed was receiving the complaint and getting in touch with this location and after doing so they would get back to me. No response yet.

They had bad customer service manger yelling at the employees and it's not that people came in at 10:40 and they said they are almost closing and the people wanted to eat here bad review so upset

Cashier was smoking at the cash register and was rude. The young lady who came to give us our tray of food tossed it on our table and spilled over the fries on the table. This place is terrible.

Never take gift cards because their machine is always broken, employees look like they don't want to be there and give you a dirty look when you ask a question and sometimes even when you walk in. Tables were all dirty as well. Not a good experience at all.

I usually have a great experience at this location however on today's visit we had a very rude employee with no pride in his craft. All I know is Jaime should not be allowed to work in the drive. My score will change if the service is corrected. Scoffing at a customers request and basically tossing the order into the car and shutting the window immediately is no way to serve a customer.

Went through the drive-thru to place my order. Started the conversation in English and at some point the young lady at the window decided to speak in Spanish (which I don’t understand). I asked her to repeat it in English, which she did and we moved on. At the window she again proceeded to speak Spanish. At this point my wife was able to tell me what she asked me to do, so I moved forward to the front door like requested. As we were pulling out of the drive-thru, one of the other young ladies that was working made a gesture assuming that I did in fact know what they were saying. The young lady who brought the food out was the one who had gestured. My wife took a brief moment to make her aware of how ignorant it was for her to make an assumption about someone she doesn’t know. Needless to say, the primary language here may be Spanish, and there’s nothing wrong with that… but don’t assume everyone knows it. Seems that bad service is a common theme at this place. I’ll take my business elsewhere going forward.

The service is terrible. Managers are foolish. I was ordering at the drive-thru, and this lady named Alexia was literally yelling at me. I was being polite, stating my order, and she was yelling it back to me. Like, what? The managers really need to have someone else working the drive-thru.

Ordering through drive thru is a very hostile experience every time. They don't greet you nor welcome you. They answer with a very rude, "Can I help you." They post products they don't receive ever like the Velvet Cake blizzard for Valentine's. They never got it nor took down the advertisement. They leave the ice cream to melt by the window. There's no friendliness. Customer service is slowly dying.

I’ve been to many restaurants. Some good and some bad…… yet Dairy Queen Eagle Pass made the bad restaurants look like they have 5-star ratings. Dairy Queen Eagle Pass failed to deliver proper customer service. When I went inside, I felt neglected. I was waiting at the front counter to order some ice cream…… 5 minutes it took for an employee to come and take my order. Once I got my ice cream, it was melted. I asked the manager known as Patty Sanchez if I could get another blizzard, and she dared raise her voice and yell at me. All I wanted was a damn blizzard!!!!!!! I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of this place, but there are none. This place is horrendous. -100/10
