Awful customer service at the drive thru starting with the lady with the Dora the Explorer hair not even says thank you when receiving payment. Then the pickup window worse lady with a frowny face just sticks out her hands gives me the order and drink and slams her window!!! Not even a thank you again I mean if you are going to drag to your workplace your problems or issues don’t show up or at least try to be courteous and friendly to us!! Shame on them awful attitudes !!

Ordered some biscuits meals for the fam in drive thru, 26 min waiting,😒😒 not going back ever. No people in lobby or drive thru i was the only one. Makes sense now.

Heard they have a rat problem they haven’t been able to take care of so idk about all that … And they have roaches in their cups… Someone should really call food inspection on them

The service is always trash. The drive through rushes you through your order rudely and acts like they better things to do than be at work with no customer service skills. Then you get to the window not one word from anyone just hand you your food without a word and when you ask for a straw because they forgot it you might as well be a terrorists. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Really hope they get a manager that changes things and teaches the kids that work their some manners and customer service. Your store is a reflection of your leadership.

I usually don't come to this Wendy's anymore they make u look foolish EVERY OTDER WRONG 8 YEARS. + NKT difficult under. Single w tomato n cheese, homefries no drink. Auto charge a frank, large reg fries and #1 all rhe way. Will mot feed that to me or the dog. Workers smile seem so helpful...more like scene in Pasion of the aachrisy when you realize the kids are demons. Gross waste money n time. Do not wtite back I will block. Last time teally eanted breakfast got French toast had raw batter all over. Wendy's still good out o this town

Two days in a row. I went here and ordered 2 large patties with cheese. And I have ordered this exact item at numerous Wendy's. On the third day the manager says she can not sell me the patty by itself she would have to sell it for the cost of the hamburger. Never had any problems until tht day. Called the customer service line and was never able to make a complaint because thy would never answer the phone.

Well, I ordered a dry grilled chicken sandwich and I got a crispy chicken with bacon, cheese, and mayo. Ridiculous

Restaurant is one of the dirtiest fast food places I have been too. Half the tables were dirty and floors were even worse. There was only two other occupied tables besides mine. Food was barely warm and burger had excessive amount of ketchup and mayo.

I ordered a spicy meal medium size with a fruit punch. The fruit punch was out so rather than change it they wanted me to get a different beverage. Everything I ordered is cold, from the spicy to the fries. I would go back and request a refund but, they don’t give you a receipt. I will not be returning!
