Terrible service, the cashier who served me today, an arrogant attitude, did not give me the receipt, I waited almost 40 minutes, and when I went to ask for my order she went and brought it, cold pizza, I asked for her name to complain and she showed bad faces, ignores when you talk to him, personally, that person should not be in front, there should be a friendly person, who knows how to greet, polite, one is going to consume, leave money, so we do not deserve that from his employees. From the comments I see, it shows that it is always like this, apparently the owner or manager does not care what happens in the place, very unfortunate, I will not return to this establishment again.

3/16/18 - Updating my review based on my recent experience. The crew that worked on this night was slow getting my pizza done. I arrived shortly after my app said my pizza was done, but didn't receive my pizza til about 10 minutes later. Then the guy behind the counter tried to blame the app instead of taking responsibility. I hope they either fix the guys who worked this night, or the app for a more realistic time. 2/29/20 - service is getting worse. Pizza delivery did not come on time. The delivery guy called almost 2 hours late to inform he was here. I told him I ordered 2 hours ago. He cuts me off and says, "do you want the pizza or not?" In which I replied no. Then he hangs up on me.

I did a order today and the delivery man was very nice, but he forgot my soda. He said he was going to go back to the store and bring it. I waited 1 1/2 hour and then I call the store several times as no one was picking up or they will pick up and hang up. Finally after the fifth time someone answered me and told me he was in the way has been one hour later since I call and no one show up. Yes it’s just a soda but if they knew they were so busy they should just give me a refund for what I pay and didn’t get. Last week I did my order they didn’t have the soda that I like instead of calling me to ask me what other soda that I want the driver that it was not this driver brought what ever he feel like it. I think today was my last order from here. They keep messing up and don’t listen to the costumers complains to fix the issues. Very dissatisfied.

Size of pizza’s are entirely too small, for a medium. They’re small portion amount. I guess that’s cause the special running. It’s still not right

Watch out, you won’t get extra toppings, extra sauce, soda etc. they’ll charge you for everything but you won’t get not a thing. I bring a lot of business here and also always tip 5 minimum. There are drug dealers who treat people better than the people who work here. Your dollar here is worth 65 cents

Was charged $20 for an $8 pizza, went back to try to fix the problem and they told me to come back the next day. They will overcharge your credit card here and do nothing about it, beware Update - they told me I would only be charged for the $8 pizza but never took the charges off my card. This particular dominos is run by scammers. They will grossly overcharge you and say sorry.

I never leave reviews. I ordered from here as I had a last minute late night meeting. As I have no front walkway or lights leading to the front door and snow on the ground, I asked that they pull up the driveway and leave by the back door steps as the driveway is next to the door with lights and a walkway. The driver, Mohd, called me yells at me for leaving the instructions to pull up the driveway, and practically threw my pizza at me. I said thank you regardless and he just scoffed and turned around. Not at all a good look on the company. As I said before, I never leave reviews but that was just extremely rude for no reason. I asked for delivery to that location for the drivers safety. Two previous drivers delivered there no issues.

I order from this store few times a month. And usually they are decent, but this one time I had enough points to redeem for a pizza, it seemed they purposely put hair strands in the pizza. If it was just one I would understand, but I and ny wife found 4-5 strands of hair. That's why I feel like it was purposely done.

I ordered a half mushroom half pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread and bread bites. I received a half mushroom pepperoni and half cheese.( I ordered online so I know what I selected) the cheesy bread was burnt and dry and they forgot my breadsticks. When I called to speak to the manager the night of the next day and two days after I got the response of” the manager went on vacation and didn’t tell us” Jennifer said only if I called the night of something would be done.. (which I did) as much as we like dominoes we won’t order from this store again. Unprofessional employees and poor management.

Ordered though the app the man on the phone kept yelling at me, I ordered at 5pm pizza didn’t arrive till 630 and app said it was supposed to be delivered by 530 it was cold and needed to be reheated never will order from here again beware this place is horrible you get what you Pay for I will from now on be ordering from Gia Marie’s and pay the extra couple dollars
