That poor girl caught me on a bad day ,🥹but she handled herself so good. We're traveling on Interstate 20 heading west and stopped in for a late lunch. Eat in was available so that's what we did. Pizza was great, as were the cinnamon twists. The folks were nice. Would definitely eat here again.

Dinner with Dominoes was excellent. The food was amazing, and I appreciated the friendliness of the cashier (on my birthday ) as I was a first time user of an e-gift card. We LOVE this Domino's location in Eastland. It's quick, easy and always tasty. I'm a little confused about when we should leave a tip. If it's carryout I don't typically leave a tip. If it's delivered I always tip. Should I be tipping for carry-out orders? I'm honestly not sure so can someone let me know?? Thanks

I have been a customer with dominoes for a couple years now here in eastland if had a few mistakes, but who doesnt make mistakes just sayin. And just a few in the years iv been a customer thats not bad. Compared to the many mistakes if had with McDonald's. That says alot and for me I'm not a big pizza fan but they have plenty for me to choose from and I mostly dont like pizza due to marinara sauce just plain don't like it. Anyway I can change my sauce and that's a great option to have they also have pasta chicken and bread and sandwitches to choose from they don't only have pizza!!! That's awesome! My family can have all something different here with all the coupons they have and how cheap they are and quality of food I dont know why anyone wouldnt use Domino's even online Domino's ordering is easy. This is our third time eating here in the past couple months. Each time we visit seems to be better than the last. Nothing beats a fresh from the oven pizza. The salads are pretty good, according to my wife, and with all the different menu items we can always try something new. Keep the good work.

Quick delivery, great tasting pizza, and the workers are kind and understanding! Only problem is that the local college doesn't tip the workers well, so the workers have to leave and pursue higher-paying/more-stable jobs. Maybe increase the driver delivery by a $1-2 to ensure that the delivery workers get something for their time.

As my car is out of comission I order here quite often and it's always fresh hot and tasty would have been a 5 star but sometimes the delivery drivers make strange comments that have nothing to do with the transaction lol and it can be very pricey if you dont stick to the deals

The food is mostly perfect. I think the tater tots could use two rounds of heating instead of one. The people are great. The indoor atmosphere is nice enough to sit down and not have to make a mess at home.

Never honors free pizza coupon I earn through the app. Some reason app never allows.me.to redeem and when I call store they are no help at all pass the buck to app.

I custom ordered a pizza that ended up being $30. THAT'S what I wanted. It wasn't any different than the $7.99 spe ials. You're better off just getting TWO carry out specials and stripping all the stuff off one and putting it onto ONE.

I attempted to order using domino.com for the specials. But my local Domino's isn't set up to receive such. Sooo, we used the domino's app...with no specials available. $100 later, we received Pizza, Pasta, and wings. All the food was ok, but I felt like paying Full price was too much.

My boyfriend Carter Hernandez ordered a brownie at 6:40. We didn’t get the brownie until 8:05. Very ridiculous and when he called the guy said well I can get you a free drink. Didn’t even remake the brownie so when we got it was already hard because it had sat for over an hour. And the driver was great she wasn’t the problem at all the problem is the manager Trae didn’t try to fix the problem in any way or offer anything for what is his mistake. Very horrible service.

Completely disrespectful and rude! I attempted to place an order online and it popped up an error. I called and got a manager named Austin. I was told that the previous tenants of my new home (we now have the option to buy -yay) had an issue and they were not allowed to deliver to this address anymore. I explained that I just moved back in to this home... They said they didn't care, they couldn't serve me, and didn't need my business! I asked if they could deliver to my neighbor, they said No because it'd be for me! I was hung up on by the manager while trying to explain the situation. I went to the store and tried explaining what I attempted to explain on the phone before I was hung up on (I'm new to the house, well new again and the old tenants moved) they said sorry we can't deliver there anymore. They even looked up my account, saw that I was not the one who placed the order...and hadn't ordered in several months.. It still did not matter!!! The owner; Emily Renfro; was called by the manager; Austin. When we asked if we could speak to her, she told Austin "If they want to talk to me they can call me during MY work hours". When we were told again that they didn't want or need our business and they didn't care that it wasn't us, we left. We will not order from there again!! I have never wrote a review for any place, but I am beyond mad about this!! Our minimum orders are $50... As we have 5 children and 2 adults.. Plus if we have guests, its been way more! We've spent more than $100 on birthday party pizza, etc. Never again!!

First off i played an order for 44.00 would not take cash on orders over 40 bucks then placed my order no ham was on my pizzas. No one called me to let me know and the app still letting me order it. So they bring me a remake but dont bring me my soda for the second time by this point its 10 at night not gonna wait any longer. We ordered a carry-out pizza today. It was ready on time, the employee was curteous, but the pizza had a freezer taste. After tasting each ingredient separately, I think it was the beef. I won't go back. Pizza Hut or Pizza Heaven is by far superior!

The CSR’s were sitting in the dining area. She couldn’t answer why there was no curbside delivery. Keep driving around or wait in line after 10 minutes. Our pizza was sitting on the table at the window and cold when we got to the window. She had no clue what Franchise the store belonged too...

The local dominos we use has decent food. The only concern I have is the process of paying for your order when using a debit card. I generally pick up my order cause I am outside whatever delivery radius they have. Once i got to the store my order was ready and waiting. I pay for my order with my debit card and handed my receipt. Then was asked for my drivers license. I have no problem showing my ID. The problem I had was the meth headed guy that rang me up starts writing my information down in a notebook. I asked why is he copying my information. Was told it was their policy. I asked to speak to a manager,which i guess was the other guy boxing pizzas in the back. He said it's their policy as well. Which my concern was that this place now has my drivers license information as well as part of my debt card number. I asked what is their information privacy policy which he looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about. As I was driving home with my order I was thinking what would happen if I decided not to provide them with my information. I think looking at my name on my debit card and looking at my name on my drivers license should have been good enough. Caution anyone who worries about some kinds identity theft to avoid using your credit card here.

Delivered wrong pizza to me. Order pan pizza with onion, ham, black olive. Came as normal pizza not pan, and only cheese!! They refused to correct it and said they made a mistake delivering original order and could not correct it. Said they would give me a credit for another date. Yeah that works.. lol. I'm passing through had to stop because of bad weather. Check your order before you pay for it.. pizza I did receive was good. But over priced since I ended up with cheaper one delivered. Oh well.

The customer service is the poorest I have ever seen.. I was told after placing my order to wait at the front for 10 minutes. I sat and waited for 23 minutes and no one has the common decency to informed me that my order was completed. It was only when I drove back to window and asked, I realized it was done and sat there to be cold. Im highly disappointed and will never spend my hard earned money there again. I’m African American and I saw where the white customer got preferential treatment. That was too blatant!!!

At 658 pm I pulled up to the window to pick up my order , waited for ten minutes for someone to come to the window at which time I paid for my order. Five more minutes goes by and we are asked by a different employee to circle around and we complied . Came back to the window and waited another few minutes when a different employee, James came to the window because the customer behind us got out of his vehicle and walked up to the window to complain . James got a big attitude and told us “ well for future reference when you’re order is not ready you should know to pull back around” and slammed the window shut walking away griping about the customers that were “ complaining at the stupid window about their order” … wow but like I said I understand y’all are busy but the attitude was unnecessary. Two more employees then came separately to the window to AGAIN ask us to pull around and apologized for James. And proceeded to tell us it would be fifteen MORE minutes … I always thought better of dominoes than pizza heaven but looks like I’ll take my weekly business elsewhere
