Señores , centraros un poco , dejad la charlita y atended al cliente como se merece ... Qué para eso paga.

Una auténtica vergüenza, cuando no les queda algo, en vez de llamarte, te ponen lo que ellos consideran, faltan cosas y los repartidores, echan la culpa al cliente y a la aplicación. Vamos una absoluta vergüenza, el trato, el producto y los trabajadores. Por no decir que llamé 9 veces para reclamar y no cogen el teléfono. Nunca más

Burger King is a disgrace these days. At least they used to give you a decent, large burger, but now it's like a toy. The meals are outrageously expensive, and on top of that, you have to pay 50 cents extra for a drink. Some meals come with ice cream, but the pieces of lettuce or onion are almost as big as the burger itself. It's absolute garbage. Three meals, three ice creams, and a t-shirt for my daughter cost €60! Seriously, have we all gone mad? I hadn't been there in a while, but they'll never see my hair again. I'm going to McDonald's. I'm going somewhere else with a burger joint, and you can get a decent, flavorful burger.

I ordered a meal and onion rings from the kiosk. My order was 472, and they brought me 5 onion rings, which were incredibly hard. The hamburger had a takeout order label with the number 450, meaning it wasn't even a hamburger and had probably been made at least 40 minutes earlier. Anyway, for only 4 people in the dining area, it was awful. I don't know what to expect when things get busy.

I ordered a Grand Whiskey BBQ chicken combo meal today at 10 PM, complete with classic fries, Coca-Cola, and King Fusion ice cream. Instead, I received two pork burgers and another ice cream, all cold, although it did arrive within the estimated delivery time. Furthermore, I paid just over €18, even though the price on the receipt was lower. This isn't the delivery driver's fault, to be clear, but rather the fault of whoever took the order and gave me whatever they wanted.

Our order never arrived, after we waited for over two hours. I definitely don't recommend ordering delivery from this Burger King. I don't know how they do it, but they certainly don't know how to organize their deliveries on time.

We placed an order with Glovo and it never arrived. I don't understand how an order can get lost, and on top of that, they don't answer the phone when you try to contact them. They're completely unprofessional. It's a disgrace.

A disappointment. Items are missing. A burger from one of the menus and a promotional bottle are missing. I paid for these items and haven't received a refund. The delivery driver told me that if there's a problem, I have to go to the store. I mean, if I order delivery, there's a reason for it. They also don't answer the phone when you call.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. They never answer the phone (they pretend not to hear me). Every time I order delivery, the wrong order arrives, and when I call, they don't answer or even help me. That's when the wrong order arrives. Or, when you pay, they keep the money and don't deliver the order, and you have to wait more than 15 days for them to check and, miraculously, refund your money. Their attitude towards customers is appalling. The food is terrible when you order delivery; everything is always wrong or squashed.

This should be reported; I'm beyond fed up with this place. It's not the first time I've put up with it, let these mistakes slide, but not again. They can't get anything right. I ordered nine hamburgers—nine!—for delivery, and when they arrived, there were only eight. Unbelievable. I'm flabbergasted. I hope they review things, that they invest in them, otherwise, they should close down, because all these mistakes are ruining the reputation of this establishment.

I placed a delivery order that never arrived. If I don't go there, I'll go without food. And after calling to see what's happening with the order, they don't answer the phone. I go to the store, talk to them, and they tell me they'll reorder it and they don't know what happened. After almost two hours, I'm waiting for the order. That's the solution they give me. Home delivery is embarrassing.

All the tables are dirty, filled with trays of food leftovers. I'm here right now. I've cleaned my table. Besides the food trays, the table has been wiped with hand sanitizer, leaving the black tissues behind. Not to repeat myself.

It seems incredible to me that several times that I have gone to the restaurant to eat something new always happens to me, for months cockroaches running under but to my surprise today, when I am eating and I find a RAT next to the table, it seems terrible to me how a food place can be in such conditions as to find a rat without leaving behind all the flies that there why don't they remove the food from the tables that other customers leave. I will not return, it is a SHAME.

I’m typically not the one who would review well fast food place because let’s face it, as fast food and call so for a reason. But what experienced here was beneath any decency. It was only three people working, a majority of the empty tables were completely covered in trash from previous guests, the burgers were incredibly sloppy prepared, the onion rings were soggy and soft and even the bathrooms were an absolute mess with literally no running cold water which my child actually burned herself on. The floor was completely wet for whatever reason. Just do yourself a favor and walk across the street to McDonald’s Which felt like a five star experiencing comparison.

This place is a total mess. Very very slow service. Waited 1 hour!!! for two meals to be prepared. The place is full of people: all waiting for food, nobody is eating. A shame for Burger King! Not worth of the name.

Ordered a gluten free burger with salad and cheese. Received just a normal bun with meat. Went to complain that few items were missing as it did not corresponded to what I ordered and in addition, the bun was not gluten free (had one bite and had a severe reaction). They looked at me like I was out of space. Did not apologize nor proposed a replacement!
