Decent food. Friendly staff, the drive through line moved quick enough. Even during lunch rush. And i got all the horseradish i could safely eat with out blowing out my stomach.

This is a big used car sell at Parkway Plaza Mall Parking Lot on the side of Fletcher Parkway Blvd. Sell is now Feb. 19 the and it's 1130 now. Happy car hunting.

Good visit with good food. Service was good and the cashier even made food suggestions. Food was hot and tasty and looked like the item on the display. Dining room was clean... liked the new remodeled look. Good visit.

The new crispy fish sandwich is larger than the competition's and has a good balance of fish and breading. It tastes just like the McDonald's Filet-o-fish. If you fill out the survey on their website you get a coupon to get the sandwich for just $1. That is a very good deal.,since the special price is two for $6. Update: Got a half pound beef and cheddar sandwich and a jalapeno beef slider. Both were very good.

Are you kidding, it's Arby's. If you can't find something you like there's something wrong with you. Tonight I took a hungry friend there for dinner and he ordered the 2 for $6 beef and cheddar sandwiches and a chocolate shake. He really enjoyed it. The drive up window moved real quick and the service dude was really cool. Good job Arby's on 2nd street El Cajon, California I'll be back soon.

Gyro wasn't that great, but the customer service and the cherry turnovers were great!

The food was good. I had the chicken strips from the two for six menu and a Greek gyro. Unfortunately I did not get any dipping sauce for the chicken, and I asked for extra Horsey sauce and also did not receive it. But I left hand forgot my drink,band the kind lady at the counter brought it out to me before I could pull off.

The ads got me. I caved for the new Waigu burger. 7pm not really dinner rush, ordering was fast and great. After order it took 15 minutes to clear the 1 car in front of me the whole time circled by homeless. After I got to the window the took my payment provided a receipt then was about to hand me some one else's order. I confirmed what I ordered and the worker left. 5 minutes later another kid came up and was about to hand me the same wrong order. I again confirmed the order a few minutes later I got my correct food. That waigu burger was sloppy and rushed for a 20 minute process.

Ordered the regular roast beef combo with curly fries and a Coke, got the beef and cheddar combo with curly fries and a Coke. Had to go all the way back to switch out the sandwiches at this point my fries are cold was not offered fresh fries. Was also not offered the difference that I paid beef and cheddar cost more overall pretty terrible experience although the young lady at the window was kind.

At the drive thru and saw the “three for $5 menu”. I ordered that and wanted a large iced tea since it’s hot today. I got to the window and now it’s $11.00 and change?? I asked the guy why the huge price difference? A woman came up to the window and said if we wanted to cancel the order she had to charge us again on our card, we paid cash?? Basically she said that you cannot upgrade the 3 for $5 dollar to a large drink. This is ridiculous in the fast food industry, they always try to up sell. I took a photo of my small slider, small fries and all of these sauces I didn’t ask for. The slider was not fresh. The meat was stuck to the bun, the mayo looked old and the overall appeal made me wonder if I should even eat it. The small fries tasted pretty good but they were not hot. The customer service was severely lacking here. I had a guy who was hard to understand while ordering and then the female who jumped in at the pick up window telling me I can’t order a large drink off the value meal deals. I won’t be going back to this location for food or poor service. There are many other options on both sides of Second Ave. up and down the street.

They are rude and not compassionate of others especially M. Blanco and O. Martínez. They are prejudice and mean and discriminate towards homeless people. The place smells like a pig sty.
