We had such a wonderful time here! after eating dinner, we walked over to Dairy Queen for an ice cream. The customer care given by the very friendly people at the counter was unmatched in most of California. My wife ordered a hot fudge Sunday, and I got a dipped cone with pecans. Everything was just wonderful, and we will definitely be back!

As there are very few DQs left in San Diego, I felt very lucky to stumble upon this one. Have been craving a malt for so long, and no one else makes malts. I told the lady my saga, and she even added additional malt for me! She was extremely polite and quick. The place was very well maintained and clean. I highly recommend going there if you are craving a malt. Plus, it's in a large strip mall with plenty of parking at 2656 Jamacha Rd., Ste 102 El Cajon, Ca

Great personal service. The owner seems like, acts like, she knows you, which is a nice touch. Sometimes it is very crowded like a Saturday at noon to 3:00 pm or Friday night, like 7 or 8) and then the service is a bit slow (because only one or two workers). But still, if you love Dairy Queen Treats (which I do), it is worth the wait. Dipped cones, shakes and MooLattes are great as well as the Blizzards. However, in reference to the Blizzards, I would suggest staying away from any mint ones (e.g., mint oreo or girl scout thin mint) because they use some kind of green dye (or liquid) and it never mixes well; seems way too artificial.

One of the best DQs I have ever been to between here and New York City. The Peanut Buster Parfait had a perfect nut to fudge to ice cream ratio. The customer service was excellent and the frozen confections were given an attention to detail I haven’t seen in awhile. I highly recommend this fine establishment.

Fun atmosphere and thank the server for playing the "blizzard" prank on my mom who's never been there before.

A good dairy queen. Blizzards are up to expectation, clean establishment, hard on parking due to shared parking spaces, and good staff.

Convenient and clean. Had everything that I wanted. It's more expensive than other DQs though, but the ice cream was delightful!

This location doesn't scan for points with the app. The speed of service was fine, and the staff was friendly. The menu was expensive. I will not make a return visit.

Meh, I'm from MN where we have a lot of dairy queens. This one didnt have an item on their menu, so I asked about it. The worker was very rude to me about my question as if it was a stupid question. It was bad enough that I decided to walk out and not order anything with my family.

First I got a strawberry Julius and it had absolutely no flavor. I went back to the counter and told them that and the girl says “oh well our machine is broken“. I said OK and, and she popped up and said well we could make it another way. I’m like OK make it the other way please. After a period of time she comes back and says well we can switch it for a smoothie if you want and we won’t charge you any extra. I’m like OK, whatever. kind of really bummed out by now.Then I get the strawberry smoothie and it only had a little bit more flavor than the zero flavor Julius. Not happy! And on top of all of that when she handed me the smoothie didn’t say a word set it on the counter, made eye contact and turned around and walked away without saying thank you or goodbye or anything. Not impressed

July 16.2017 No bathroom Unless you want to walk across the parking lot from use the car washes bathroom. Which is inconvenient specially if you're disabled.. I ordered the Funnel cake ice cream for my wife, They microwaved a piece of funnel cake that tasted stale it came out of the package that they put in a plastic container that melted then put ice cream on top of it. I ordered the orange Jules for myself. It was warm and way to much syrup so sweet I couldn't drink it . I took it back to them told them I couldn't drink it she just smiled and threw it away.. no offer replacement or refund. I left and will never go back.. DQ you have lost us as customers forever... McDonald's is in the same parking lot I'll go there next time.

I did visit DQ just off HWY 56 W south of Jamacha Rd. To my disbelief, their service discontinued the full menu, practically old-fashioned everything?

They have a sign explaining to customers they don't flip the cups upside down because customers kept spilling the blizzards. When I got mine, I could practically drink it through a straw..

Went in today at 1245 asked the lady at the counter about the burgers they sell... She said they don't sell them and was rude about it! Like I should have known, and how dare I ask her? Sad. We were looking forward to burgers and bizzards.

I found it very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't go back.
