I love this place so much, Juan is an amazing, and sweet person and helps everyone out. Whenever I come in which I come in once a week, he’s always busy and is doing such an amazing job, he helps everyone and has such an amazing personality. He seriously is a great person.

I feel like I should be the Mexican cleaning lady from Family Guy..."No...no..no." if burning food was the way it is supposed to go they would get 5 stars. Its so bad that it must be some type of front for something else.

Beans tasted from a can and dry, avocado sauce was dark and expensive.

We were in the area and decided to give this spot a try. Worst decision ever! Paid $16.50 for carne asada fries when they were on the list of specials of $13.00. Wait time when beyond bad and presentation of the food was even worse. Meat looked black (from the old meat residue on the grill). My bowl was lacking everything.... flavor, ingredients (missing guac), lettuce left water all over my food. Please do better! Also, what's with the Cotijas signage? False advertising.

You are better off going over to 7-11 and just getting a frozen burrito... it will be of better quality.

And this burrito at any other Mex place would have cost $6 to $8. I paid $11.72 (order numberTS77M53XZKR96 look it up). But how good was the burrito? I gave it to my dog and he wouldn't eat it either.

My latest visit. Sudden extreme price increase while simultaneously lesser quality food. The carne meat cut or marinade is different, the rolled taco mean was gooey and weird to chew on. Two of us spit out the meat from the rolled tacos and tossed the food, which was a waste of money, but it was that inedible. I've given this place many chances, but this will be my last visit.
