Hadn't been to. Rally's in years. Found this one in El Cajon. Food was hot, fresh and didn't take long to come out. The wife found that now they offer nuggets and wings. We ordered a few burger combos and some bacon cheese fries. Gotta say they're pretty consistent. Definitely be back. Food was great.

Rally's was a family favorite for years, so we were excited to see one in El Cajon. The cashier was friendly and the service was quick. Thankfully, the French Fries are still delicious! The Wicked Strawberry Swirl ice cream cone was good. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the rest of the food we received. They now offer a Texas Loaded Fries option. The portion was large and they were okay. Sadly, I took one bite of the cheeseburger and spit it out. The meat was terrible, it tasted rotten. There are many good reviews for this location, so maybe we just caught them on a bad evening.

Rallys used to be very high quality and one of the best fast food spots up to about last year. I used to go all the time and the food was amazing. I don't know what happened but the quality has declined so badly. The apple pie I received was fully opened on one end with no filling. My chicken patty in my sandwich was like jerky it was so overcooked. The sizes are so small now and their value meal is a scam. It gives you the option to choose; value, medium, or large. It's only $2 more for large so I got that. He hands me a medium drink and a medium fry. I reminded him it was supposed to be large and he said "that is the large for the meal deal." If I purchased a large on the app I need to receive the cup that says Large. You don't just get to say it's large and scale it down to save money. I've been going for years but this is my last straw. The guy is nice and friendly but there needs to be some serious retraining at this location as someone who works in food service

Thanks god I didn’t get food from this disgusting restaurant I went to get ice cream and the employee has long nails longer than girls nails that’s so disgusting especially when you prepare food and serve it to people if you can’t cut your long nails at least wear gloves I will never do it again

Unless y'all want a work place emergency id bring to your employees attention it's not a great idea to be asking random people for their numbers on the clock!

I got my food like 20 or 40 mins ago and I almost finish my spicy chicken sandwich then stop look at the chicken n realized that the chicken is raw I’m so mad! I try calling but nobody answer

I am extremly pissed off! I bought a big bufford tonight at 9.15 pm, at drive through, I took it out of the bag, by the time I got to the freeway, like 2 to 3 minutes later. It was so freckin cold, that I swear they had to have gotten it out of a refirigerator!!! I couldn't even eat it! the coldness of it, my throat barley swallowed it and I almost freckin choked on it! by this time I was already on the freeway heading for home up in the mountains, and I wasn't going to turn around and go back even though I wanted to so I could throw it at them!!! a waste of over $8.00!!! and of course they didn't give me a receipt!. The thing is, I actually sat at the drive through window for at least 4 to 5 minutes, I thought it was because they were cooking it, but defnitly not!!!! Rally's owes me a freckin decent Big buford sandwhich or I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!...I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could write this review without any stars!!! I'm pissed! I got home (50 minutes later) and tried heating it up in microwave, but that didn't make it taste any better!!!!

food quality isn’t nearly as good as it used to be. ever since they had ai take our order, they constantly mess up the order. and when it messed up our order the workers refused to take back our food because it’s not what it said on the receipt. costumer service was terrible and so was the food.

The cashier was very sweet soft spoken I asked fior my burgers to be well done when I got home both my burger and my husband's burgers were pink and cold we threw them away and my husband just ate the fries and two apple pies I spent close to 25.00 never again

Please tell me why it would take 15 whole minutes to go thru the drive thru at 10 o clock o. A Thursday night with only 1 car ahead of you and 2 behind you. Because they literally had us pay the drive around to the pick up lane to wait 15 minutes before we actually got our order. And even the. If we hadn't started honking the horn they probably would have taken longer. And then as we were homking the horn and waiting for someone to bring our order to the windows only to be told that they had to wait on the apple pies but we had just watched the girls take the pies toward the back about 2 or 3 minutes prior. As it was when we got the apple pies they were so hot it burned my tongue badly. If I could have given them no stars I would have

Do not eat here! I found a pubic hair in my sandwich!! Disgusting!! I wanted to vomit. The odor that comes from the drive thru is horrendous. Never again and I suggest you don't either. The people that work there are so dirty and unclean. Extremely rude service and unfriendly service. Close it down!!!

I am a longtime customer of this restaurant, but unfortunately, the evening shift staff are very slow and lack proper manners. The food quality has also become very poor. I really don’t want to stop coming here because I’ve grown used to this place, but sadly, I’m starting to think I may not return again.
