Drove here on a whim because I was staying in Yuma for work and wanted to drive to CA for some In N Out (even though I KNOW there's one in Yuma...lol). Always busy, but I was able to order and grab a seat. My food was ready quickly and was absolutely delicious! Love going to In N Out when I can. Looking forward to going to the first one in TN in Murfreesboro.

I can see why this place is very popular, the service was very very good, only issue was lack of pickles on the sode as requested, but the three flyingndutchman fried mustard grill onions is delicious!!!

Their food is not the best in the world, but their service IS! I stop by this store every time I return to Phoenix from San Diego. The staff is always friendly and professional. My food is consistently prepared the same way every time. I order the double-double animal-style, and it comes hot an juicy every time. I know exactly what I'm going to get and I get what I expect, and I get it with a smile. The staff acts professionally and they act like they want me to return, which is why I do. Well done!!

The food was great as usual, super friendly staff, and they knew what was in their food. Didn’t have to go around asking “oh does the bun have eggs?” No they don’t mess around here. They can say with confidence that the bun does not have eggs and be sure about it. Love this place, highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve had lunch at this location coming back from San Diego. Even though it was very busy, the service is fast and very good. Today the young lady taking my order was very cordial, friendly and efficient. I found a table where customers had just finished and grabbed it. A young man named Jaden came right over and cleaned it for us. He must have seen my order number because he brought out food to our table. That was so thoughtful! He was very polite and respectful. Another young man named Dennis I believe took over cleaning and came and asked if we needed anything and also was very polite and respectful. I’ve told my husband we will stop here every time we are passing through El Centro. Food is good, economical, service excellent and it’s clean!

On this occasion, I visited one of my favorite fast-food restaurants: In 'n Out Burger, El Centro. Undoubtedly it is one of the best places to enjoy a delicious hamburger prepared at the time of the order and not those typical where they prefer to "get rid" of people attending fast so that they leave. The place is very clean at any time of the day and the staff (mostly bilingual English-Spanish) are very attentive and always ask if there is anything else that can help us. In 'n Out, El Centro, is a forced visit to satisfy the good appetite and has the "thing" that makes you return. Highly recommend to everyone, and if you have not tried these burgers, what are you waiting for?

Glad we stop at IN n Out. Food was delicious 🤤🤤 didn't eat breakfast so I was super hungry I decided to get me the double double fries and strawberry milkshake 🤤. Service was great as always🙌🥤🍟🍔

Probably best burguers in El Centro, also the only In-N-Out you'll find in the area, service is quick and the have plenty of parking. Staff will be happy to help, most times it has some people but it isn't full. If you are in town go there, you won't regret it. All ingredients feel as fresh as im any other In-N-Out.

Handled our crowd of 50 with ease! Food was Super Fresh and delicious, and they even have the infamous cross palm trees planted outside!

Always eat while still warm. Nothing reheats well at home. Use your oven instead. Cold food loses the flavor. Even though I have a gluten allergy. And they sell gluten free buns. They are very filling. So I go for the lettuce wrap.

The place was pretty busy, the employees were very attentive and efficient. I ordered 12 burgers for my youth group, and they had them ready within a few minutes! The place was clean and organized, the employees were busy stocking the dispensers and the fountain drinks. Shout out to Saul, when my order was ready, very kindly, he helped me take my items to my car.

A staple of the west coast for a reason. In-N-Out is a great place for fresh quality fast food. Everying its made to order and somehow service is still speedy. If you're a food lover, get your burger "Animal Style". It comes with fried mustard, thousand island dressing, and grilled onions - you won't be disappointed. Everything on the menu is great. Try a milkshake too! It is a little more expensive than the average fast food joint. This location is a great standard for In-N-Out.

We don't have one in Texas so stopped at this In- N - Out for a bite. The design is the same in every restaurant so easy to navigate. Like always, the double cheese burger is not as salty as the ones in North Arizona.

This was the second time we visited the Calexico, CA location. The burgers are big and juicy, we like our fries crispy and that's how I ordered them. They could have been cooked a little bit longer.

I haven't been to In-N-Out El Centro in a long time, in many years, and I was glad to see (and taste) that the quality has stayed the same, top notch 👌 You can tell that both, the burgers AND fries were freshly made. My wife got a classic Double-Double and Cheese fries. I went all the way with a 4x4 Animal Style, both types of onions, and Animal fries. Explosion of flavor in my mouth!

Stopped in to get my first ever In N Out burger, despite the apocalyptic conditions. Very friendly folks were trying hard to serve a LOT of people both for takeout and at drive through. Koch knew that people wanted the same food everywhere they went... He was just wrong about the quality. Driving from SD to PHX we skip all the other places to eat at the best, most consistent burger chain. Love In-N-Out and El Entro doesn't disappoint. We went inside to take a break during the drive. Ordered what we wanted, easily found a seat, and foor was done quickly. Double Double Animal Style's were excellent and extremely satisfying. Stopping here again next trip.

This time, I went with a Double-Single (double meat, single cheese), and it was perfect—juicy, flavorful, and fresh, just the way a great burger should be. Quick easy burgers. I used to order the Number 1 Double Double with cheese fries but I have switched to Protein Style burgers without the fries. Drop the carbs and keep at least most of the flavor. The place is always busy so you'll have to wait usually.

If you want the most authentic American gustatory experience, this is the spot. There's obvious care and passion put into every burger, not to mention the cleanliness that just stands out. This was my first visit ever to an In-N-Out. The menu was definitely simple. The food was hot. The employees were friendly, and all seemed to be working diligently. The restrooms were clean. There was not an empty table in the restaurant. People were hawking for tables as they came in. It would have been nice if one employee was available to wipe the tables as people were leaving. Nonetheless, people seemed happy to clean the tables for themselves with napkins.

Everywhere I go never a disappointment. Well worth waiting in line. Today's my birthday and just got through the boarder after 1 and half hour wait and this was satisfying. One of the crew even offered to take my trash at table away which was excellent service for sure.

Coming from the East coast, it is good to stop off at In-N-Out Burger. Great taste and a very friendly staff during a rapid pace lunch time crowd. It was a refreshing stop in a Southern California desert!

Don't get me wrong, the food was good. I just don't understand the hype. The fries were good, had a different taste. The burger was okay too, nothing special.

This place would get a 5 star if it weren't for the crappy service I'm always getting orders that are screwed up. Food is good if they would just give the correct orders. Slow down and do it right this isn't a marathon.

As usual in and out of service was on point quick to take my order quality food hot and did not take long for me to get it. Nothing special to report nothing above and beyond just steady quality

Roadtripping often requires quick, clean, and inexpensive places to stop and grab some grub. Tough to beat In-N-Out when it comes to those needs. Quick service and accurate order, friendly staff. Ordered via drive thru and was automatically given eat in style instead of take out style but i didn't clock that they didn't ask, nor did i clarify so thats on me. Good amount of ice for soda too (ice<soda). Food still warm when we got home. Prices are accurately portrayed too.

It is the first time that woman has served us. She didn't take the order well to us. She was Latina but she didn't want to speak Spanish. I noticed when other people tried to place her order.

Besides the dining area being about 85 degrees the food was delicious the customer service was outstanding my strawberry shake sure help me cool down come to think about it maybe it was a sales tactic LOL

It's IN and Out Burger!! What can I say, super easy menu but freshly made Burgers with that unique In and Out flavor! Our server Jesse was super friendly and made sure we had all of our needed items to eat comfortably in our car. Nice cold refreshing drinks and of course if you know the not so secret off the menu items they can hook you up!

Was a quick and good dine in! We went at night for a quick late dinner and the place was not crowded. However, it took us more than 5 mins to receive our order. Furthermore, most of the tables were not clean. Food is always good and hot and fries are fresh.

I always like to try to stop at an In-N-Out when on the west coast, as many others do too! It’s slightly overhyped but still pretty decent for a greasy burger and thin fries. This place was popping when we got there, but still didn’t have to wait terribly long for our order. It was excellent what you expect from In-N-Out quality wise, and hit the spot. The restaurant itself was pretty clean and nice, with outdoor seating available when it’s not absolutely scorching temperatures. I’ll always been an In-N-Out fan.

It's my first time trying in n out. I dont know if it's only this location, but fries where really disappointing. We ordered the animal style fries, and cheese was so cold, fries clump together, they where pretty much inedible. Sauce was really good, but didn't do much with the cold fries. But burger was delicious, will definitely come back just for the burger.

Had it before and was good. Today I ordered dine-in. The whole order was cold. Not not-cold; cold. I ask kindly if they could reheat and they just threw it away. Replacement wasn't hit either. Slightly burned on the outside but still cold in the inside. Even the cheese just hardened up before I could even take a bite.

Going to be honest here, been to a lot of In-N-Out's and what I found is if it is located on the outside of a major city then the food is mediocre at best. This is one of those places, the food was just ok not that In-N-Out flavor from a major city location. Service was great but again food was just blah.

The place is always packed, which is fair, so be patient and be ready to wait in line at both the dine-in and drive-thru. The employees outside helping the drive-thru go by quicker are always friendly, patient, and helpful and I've never had an issue with them with the minor exception of today's visit where they got my order wrong for an XL Pink Lemonade and they gave me a medium. Where I have an issue with is one of the girls at the window handing you the order always has a shitty attitude and has on occasion rolled her eyes when we've asked for condiments or something. Today, she handed us a medium Pink Lemonade and it puzzled us because we ordered an XL, so I told her that they got it wrong and if they had to charge us it was okay. She replied,"well that's what you paid for." This was my fourth time having an issue with her so I just rolled my eyes this time and told her "fine, I guess." We asked for spread and she sighed and when she did that we just took our order and left. If it wasn't for her, we would give a much better review for this place. Possibly a 4 star. I wanted to do 2 stars, but that would've been a disservice to the rest of the staff. If you order food here, just beware of asking the blonde girl at the drive-thru pick up window at evenings/nights for anything or try to correct an issue with her.

So busy at 6pm . At least 20-25 min wait for food. Burger was ok but not much flavor so much cheese and sauce it was goopy at the end. The animal style fries were totally goopy and so much melted cheese that started to harden up pretty fast , the actual fries were undercooked , limp, tasted unsalted .

Ordered three cheeseburgers two animals style fries, all with whole grilled onions. They even repeated it and yet they did not put it on there. Still good though.

Very basic burger shop. Small menu which I think is great. Not a lot of flavour too the burger. I had cheese added to the fries after they forgot. I thought it was great that they brought me a whole new warm fries without asking. I really don’t understand what all the hype is about for this place but either way, good for them.

Burgers and fries just ok, no ketchup or mayo or mustard on the burger. Gather your condiments yourself and make it the way you want it. Homeless walk in and just get fountain drinks and leave which is strange the store employees never charged him? Nothing different from Burger King or McDonald’s except they dress up your burger with condiments.

I ordered sprite with no ice because the last time I ordered with ice it tasted and smelled moldy…the no ice sprite still had horrible taste and smelled moldy. Only took one sip and disposed of it. The first time ever eating at in n out where the cheeseburger caused belching the rest of the day. Something was not right this time for sure.

We have been coming here from mexico for over a period of years. We will hear three weeks ago, and today. Same problem, no ketchup took forever for them to fill it.We were done with our food. In the restroom, both of the women's paper towels were empty. Notified staff. We were there probably thirty 52 forty minutes.Nobody ever filled the ketchup, nor did they fill the paper towels

Awesome service as always. Probably the worst burger I've had anywhere, including other In-N-Out. All four burgers were awful.

Asked for "animal style" cashier starred at me and said she never heard of that.......

Hanna gave our food to the car in front of us and they gave it back. When we came up to the window she actually tried to give us that same order. I then asked her if that was the same food the car ahead had given back and she said yes and rudely asked if we wanted it or not. I told her no because I didn't feel safe after it had been in another car. I can't believe I even had to explain this to her and even then she refused to give a refund. In the end, another employee had to step in and do the refund.

The menu is very small, the fries seem to be like microwave, very dry, there was little space to sit,, very loud.

Fries were definitely not fresh nor hot! They were in fact so hard and crunchy you couldn’t even bite thru them! Totally not worth the money I payed for a 4 burger meal!

March 9 10 pm Hadn't have in n out in a year simply just because.. but coming back around craving some I ordered a double double and some animal style through drive thru and to come home from a 7 min drive... completely disappointed in the quality... Re fried fries crispier than potato chips and a double the size of a single burger anywhere.. smh I guess I'll take another year off ✌🏼

I had a terrible experience at this In-N-Out. I was number 18 and they were already calling number 32, so they completely skipped me. I also noticed two girls who arrived after me, left, and came back about 16 minutes later. They returned their food, and instead of throwing it away, the staff put it aside. When I told them they skipped me, they handed me that same returned food. The box was ripped, and when I said I wasn’t taking something that someone else returned, the girl took the same box to the back. After 15 more minutes, she came back with a different box but I’m sure they just reheated it and put it in a new container. I ended up being there for one full hour, and the food handling looked unsanitary and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

What a huge let down. I used to love in n out burger. Haven't had it in many years and got excited when I saw there was one right next to where I was gonna park for the night. Only good thing was the fries. The shake was like sipping cold cool whip thru a straw and the burger was just gross! Wish I had just eaten Ramen!
