The place is charming, the owner is very attentive, friendly, and provides some of the best service I've ever received. I love the place, its spaciousness, its strong coffee, and the sweets. Wonderful.

A cozy and quiet place for breakfast. Good coffee and perfect orange juice. They serve a large, so if you want less, just say so. They have delicious doughnuts. Everything looks delicious. The staff is great. A place I'll definitely go again. I went on a weekday, so it was quiet. It's worth a Saturday or Sunday because of the tourist rush that goes to El Escorial.

We're regular customers, we really like the cafeteria, and today we were very disappointed to see the lack of staff. The staff is always busy, but there's too much work for so few employees. We've seen people leave because they're tired of waiting to be served.

We went for breakfast because we were passing by and it looked good, and we were right. You can order half a loaf or a whole one; the bread was delicious, and they give you plenty of crushed tomato to add to your liking. The coffee was also very good, as was the croissant. The place is nice, and they also have a terrace where you can sit. We paid €3 each; I recommend it!

The sweets were tasty but nothing special, and the price was average; there were eight of us and it came to €3.40 per person. As for the service, a girl came to take our order, and we asked for it. There was a slight mix-up in the bill, which happens to everyone (the usual thing, like ordering three coffees instead of two), and she seemed annoyed and treated us very rudely. She wasn't very empathetic. The girl also said that the pastries were only what was on display in the window, and then they brought out new trays overflowing with things like chocolate chip cookies. And the atmosphere... there was an annoying fly, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Pongo una estrella por que no puedo poner ninguna ..he ido a desayunar con mis amigas y al entrar ya las camareras una en especial es rubia nos ha puesto unas caras de asco,por llevar el velo…y muy mal educadas las respuestas que nos han dado y ni nos han preguntado ni nada .

I went to this café with my friends, and from the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. The waitresses greeted us with obvious displeasure, which was completely inappropriate. After we sat down, while we were deciding what to order, one of the blonde employees addressed us in an unprofessional and discourteous tone. Later, they began to talk amongst themselves while looking at us, reinforcing the feeling of inappropriate treatment. Given this situation, we decided to leave. I consider their attitude disrespectful, unprofessional, and clearly discriminatory.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. My friends and I went in for breakfast and saw how the waitresses looked at us with disgust and gave us very unprofessional responses. We witnessed racism because we were wearing a headscarf.
