Un lugar muy bonito. Solo que las cabañas no las asean encontramos muchos insectos en la cabaña Qué nos tocó. la encargada del aseo pues no lo realiza. Además de que hay chinches en los colchones aparte de que ya se le sienten los resortes a los colchones y no te van a dejar dormir.

The cabin I was assigned is under the stairs and has no windows for ventilation. The bathroom smells terrible because the sink drain pipe isn't properly installed and there's no trap. The toilet doesn't have a seat, and the bathroom door doesn't close from the outside. The cabin concept is good, but the issues mentioned above made it undesirable. The staff are unfriendly.

El lugar es bonito, pero en primer lugar está en un sitio muy lejano de toda civilización, que eso no está mal,el problema es que llegamos después de un recorrido muy largo, cansados,mojados,y sudados y de noche y fué en tiempo de frío y no había agua caliente para bañarse, la limpieza de las cabañas deja mucho que desear, polvo por todos lados, la ropa de cama pareciera que no la lavan televisión que solo está de adorno,que lástima porque el lugar es bonito pero con ciertos detalles que necesitan mejorar.

If you have the opportunity to stay in the cabins, don't take it. The rooms are dirty, the sheets dirty, the blankets smell like silk, the refrigerators are full of spoiled food, the grilling area is super dirty, and the pool is full of beer cans. It's a shame these cabins are poorly managed.

One of them genuinely tries to help the small business economy, but honestly, it was a complete rip-off. You arrive after traveling for 7 or 8 hours straight, wanting to relax, and to find places like this is incredibly disappointing: filthy, far from everything, not even a glass of water to offer you, a green pool, and the bathrooms were beyond words. It definitely wasn't what we were looking for after a long trip.

The television only has one channel and the water is always leaking. The rooms are super small and the beds are in bad condition.

I honestly got a bad impression. The listing made it look like a great place to relax, but upon arrival, it was a different story. The pool was dirty, the patio was a mess (dirty, with life jackets, balls, cameras, etc.). We asked for a room for four people and they gave us one with only two beds, and of course, they didn't return our deposit. A very unpleasant experience.

Before booking, ask if there is an event, you are looking to rest and from 9pm to 2am they were with sound and a northern group, imagine the noise 10 meters from your room, which by the way without toilet paper or towels, if I don't ask for them they won't bring them to me, the old mattresses, the wires or springs felt like a cannon, at 11pm they changed our room, but a terrible night, we didn't rest, I don't recommend it, don't really come! Oh and the road is horrible, holes, mud, stones, what a bad experience...

Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to stay at this place because they didn't honor the cabin we had reserved for 5 people. When we arrived, they changed it to a room with a double bed and another room with a double bed and a bunk bed. They showed us photos of the cabin we had reserved, and it was unoccupied. We didn't accept the change, they refunded our deposit, and we went to Ciudad Valles around 6 pm to look for lodging, which we fortunately did find.
