The food was good when I finished my side I was already full but it was really good. It took forever it took like an hour just to order well I was eating my burger and I asked if I can get a refill and 10 mints later I asked for my refill and they said yes I’ll bring it right now like bro they forgot me and the atmosphere was not bad.

Sat at the bar. Drinks were quick and were good. Waited about 20 minutes for our apps to come out after we ordered them. The buffalo chicken dip was luke warm like it had been sitting for a while before it was served to us. The chips were cold and over cooked like they haven’t changed the oil in their fryers in a while. Our meals were ok but my burger was overcooked and too crispy on the edges. Our order of fries we about half of what we usually get and they were almost cold and were stale too. The bartender was fantastic, just the food here was probably the worst I’ve had all over America… good service, horrible food

Diego my server either you did not want to be there or you just had a bad day. Please dont take out on others with poor service. The food sucked as well. The chicken honey ranch salad was drenched is sauce and was very salty. I was tired been on the road for over 10 hrs just need e d something open and quick. Diego was quick but that was it. Just came by asked and left. Not friendly or caring. I still gave a great TIP but I hope he does better. Thanks to the lady who dropped off the food they were sweet and asked if we needed anything else. Fix the food quality and we will be back. I have not been to this place in years because I always have a terrible experience gave it another try and it was the same. They just dont care I guess.

Food was good. Had to make a second trip because they forgot items. The store did fix the issue but driving 20 mins each way 2 times isn't ideal. Ill choose another store before I order here again.

2nd time coming (3/3) Both times food is good and good priced but food takes alittle to long for not being busy. Servers also are ok at checking in on you but not great. Will return if I am invited but not my choice of restaurant.

Experience was not great from the moment we walked in we didn't know where to go as the hostess was not in her position or no clear area where she was ro be located. The tv volume was so loud and the restaurant was not even full or loud. The booth cushions are falling apart. My husband's beer was flat and he was told there was no more. Our server was friendly but service was slow we waited a while to inform him about the drink. I ordered 10 wings and only got 9. It was disappointing overall as this location used to be good but it has been yrs since we've been. Will probably be v visiting a different location next time.

Went Sunday night at 8:30pm to the bar, ordered an ice tea and grilled chicken sandwich with fries. I also asked not to add any mayo nor cheese on the sandwich. After waiting for half hour, I finally received my order with no pickles. The kitchen service speed is terrible. The place was not full. I will not be returning anytime soon.

I enjoyed coming to celebrate my birthday at this location, although wing quality has definitely declined and is no longer good, if management were more involved maybe wait times wouldn’t be so high. Definitely recommend the burgers instead.

This is the second time I have been here first time didn’t have to wait that long and service was great… wings were asked to be sauced and they were delicious…. Music was reasonable and the waitress was very attentive and it was packed. Overall had a great time ….So had to try it again because of the first visit…. Don’t know what happened but this time had to wait for 48 minutes to be seated. Once texted that they were ready for us noticed it wasn’t as busy as the first time I went. I was expecting the same kind of service but nope waitress was slow and was more worried about celebrating her birthday because she had on a corsage where people could put money on her…Music so loud she couldn’t take our order right and of course it came out wrong not sauced and she told us we didn’t ask for it which we did…… took it to the back and I guess they just poured it all over…. Then one of our parties didn’t get their wings until 12 minutes later… Horrible service this time and it wasn’t as packed as the first time…guess different managers run things different on their shift…. I will be back just to see if they were just having an off day but I think every day should be the same especially nowadays when there is a lot of options for wings….09/01/2025 Went in on Labor Day and let me tell you ….. Hanna our server went above and beyond…. She is very professional and attentive always with a smile on her face and very attentive to our table and we were a party of six with different orders and she took very good care of us made this experience a pleasant one that I will definitely be back…… to management Hanna is the example every other employee should follow…. One of the worst places to go. Ordered online at 5:03 and said order would be ready at 5:40 it’s now 6:10 and still waiting. It doesn’t seem like they’re busy so I have no clue what could possibly take this long to make a small order of boneless wings and fries. Walking up to the door it’s disgusting half drank beer bottle sitting on bench. The floor in the entrance looks like it’s never been cleaned. It wouldn’t have been that bad if the service was at least empathetic. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for wings if you’re in the El Paso area. Wingstop is at the next exit and won’t have you waiting an hour for a Togo order. The manager needs to train or be replaced. Incase they actually read this and do something about it order was for Diana on Sunday Feb 1 2026 update it’s 6:15 and they have barely updated me that they do not have salsa that I ordered.

Customer service is very unprofessional, I walked in and out. A waitress was very upset that we walked in at 11:10 pm. The place closed at midnight. It was obvious that she made a disrespectful face, she was serving her friends and they made fun of her because she had to “attend us”. She almost threw a fit because we arrived at that time. We ended up leaving because they did last call at 11pm. Never heard of such a place doing last call one hour before they close. I had placed a to go order yesterday evening. When I had picked up the order the lady working at the front was very kind. I got home to find the order was completely wrong. I had ordered bone in and got boneless and the flavors were not what I ordered. I called the restaurant and the same lady had picked up who helped me originally. I was calm and kind and so was she. She asked me if i wanted a refund or if I wanted them to redo the order. I asked them to redo the order and I asked if i could get the fries and cheese curds done as well. She said yes and sounded happy to do it. When I got to the restaurant the manager did not treat me with the same kindness. Unfortunately I did not get his name. When I went up to the counter, he said they were redoing the order and as he was talking he grabbed the old fries from the original order and started placing them in my bag. I asked if I could get the entire order redone and he gave me a dirty look. I explained that the fries and cheese curds would be cold by the time i got home. He gave me another dirty look and replied with, "I'll have them redo them but only this one time". Excuse me, what?? I hope this is the last time that i have to request that after your guy's mess up! Whatever I brushed it off. What makes this attitude even worse was that the wings were dry and fries were stale. I know he did not get me fresh food and just gave me the food that was just sitting under the warmer, for at that point, had been 40 minutes. I also know it wasn't fresh and was just the original order because it took less than five minutes for me to get the "new" and fresh" food. I could have brushed off this managers attitude if he would have made me a fresh batch of food. Very disappointed that THE MANAGER acted this way. This manager should be trained in customer retention!

I guess every day and every night they’re wanting to recreate. “Soccer stadium” vibe. You can’t talk in there due to the volume of the televisions. They also seem to have this sort of “crowd noise” speaker to elevate this dynamic. It’s seriously deranged. And completely unnecessary. We had to tell the server to pack our meals to go and got the heck outta there. The place is anxiety inducing! Place felt sticky, gross and dirty too. Most patrons seemed to be heavily under the influence of alcohol. Not very family friendly unless you’re an heavily inebriated sports fan with no regards to anyone but yourself.

This time I'm going to talk about the terrible way in which the manager according to her solved a problem today when I was going with my family to dinner. She doesn’t investigate the situation because I didn't see her ask about the situation that was happening to either of the 2 parties, she assumed and incidentally threatened that if we continued with our attitude she would ask us to leave the place. The other couple arrived after us, a couple of young people who pushed me on 3 occasions with the wall of the booth that was broken, we had no balance and both the boy and I said that we were pushing each other and it's uncomfortable to eat like that, I don't leave my house to see who I argue with but I don't like to be bothered either and even less when I’m eating, without more, the manager made it clear that the one with the attitude was her with her threat so I told her that I wanted to eat with my family that she needed to leave our table. I DON'T GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY WITH THAT MANAGER AND WITH THE FURNITURE THAT THIS PLACE HAS, WHICH CAUSES PROBLEMS AMONG CUSTOMERS. When I told her that she needs to fix the furniture for the customers, she ignored me. How horrible!!!!!

We had a large order for a company and upon pick up they told us they did not have any cup holders for our 9 drinks that we had to just take them like that. Only one person was there to pick up, so how do they expect for one person to carry 9 drinks with out cup holders. Manager just said sorry they did not have any other way, so we asked for a refund or credit or something for the drinks and manager said no they cannot do that. We asked then if we can have the other bottled drinks and they refused, manager said it would mess up their inventory. So we did not get any drinks or any money back, this is very bad customer service. We usually order from here, but after this will never be ordering from here again. Very disappointing. They took the order and money right away but no kind of help as far as us not getting our drinks.

Me & my boyfriend went on a Thursday night ( Thursday night football) it was busy, but the service was horrible. The server was ok, but she didn’t know any of the drinks we were ordering. Horrible experience from the start. Placed an order for pick up thru instacart. I go there 5 mins before the estimated pick up time. So I get to the counter and let the hostess know. She asks for my name and if it was a pick up order and goes back to check. She comes back and let's me know they are working on it. Great. I didnt expect it to be ready just wanted them to know I was there when it was. So I sit down and wait. Thru out this time hostess seats diff guest and she is beyond rude. Just her face and her body language alone was very unwelcoming and add that w her tone. No smile. No "hi welcome" to any guest. 5 mins pass and i get a notification from instacart that my order is ready for pick up. So I give it a min or two for the hostess to seat a few parties. She gets back and still nothing yet she sees me every time she passes by that im waiting. I give it another 5 mins after my notification and finally get up and let her know I got the notification. She again asks "for who? Was it a take out?" And just like before its in the most unwelcoming tone. I let her know my name again even tho I had just mentioned it to her a few mins prior. She brings out the food and for some reasons he shouts my name so loud right in front of me as if she didnt know I was there waiting for her to bring me my food... We get home and to top everything off the portions were so ridiculously small!! I ordered 2 - 20 piece boneless meals w 2 large fries. There were maybe 10 decent sized boneless wings for each box and the other 10 pieces were so small they shouldnt even be considered a piece! The "large" fries should be a small fry! And the carrots and celery were a joke! $40 felt like such a waste of $. This was my first experience w buffalo wild wings and it was such a disappointment in each and every way.
