At Church's Chicken, we're all about serving up finger-lickin' good fried chicken and Southern favorites that'll make your taste buds do a happy dance. Born from humble beginnings in San Antonio, our Texas roots run deep, just like the flavor in every bite of our crispy, hand-breaded chicken. Our El Paso location is where our warm hospitality meets the heart of the community. We take pride in our classic fried chicken, served up with Southern-style sides that are made fresh daily - think creamy coleslaw and crispy onion rings.

We did the drive-thru it was fast and friendly service
Always sooo good but it's gotten a little pricey
Amazing chicken. Great deals. I'll go again
Visited yesterday evening with a large family order and it was all hassle free. Food was done just right order on point and a happy family at home. T y
Thanks for the fresh lunch and thanks for the hard working team that worked on today tuesday 8-19-25 @ 1:13pm. However the owners do need to do something about all these flies the workers already have plenty to do keeping this professional establishment establishment running and can't contribute to cross contamination.
I worked for churches more than 40 years ago. This store is consistently good. The one near my residence has been consistently bad. This store is 10 miles further away from the one near my home but I gladly make the drive.
This is a to go place chicken is big and delicious but greasy.
The chicken was good. 3 piece dark. Done right and fresh. The okra was , only slightly funny , a mixed bag('cuz the small okra comes in a bag, get it?) some bits were fresh and nice others were dry and only remnant inside the shell. The biscuit was ok except for the bottom 1/8th of an inch which was more suitable for air hockey rather than food use. The presentation of my meal boxed in a plastic bag really seemed to be a way to discourage dine in, which I did anyway. That feeling was reinforced by 1. The very tidy array of sauces, and other to go items including napkins and salt way beyond customer reach. 2. The kid in break listening to some Uberviolent movie or podcast in the dining area. 3. Same employee knocking over chairs or something behind me. Like I said the chicken was good. Still a better value than the local Louisiana chicken place which shall remain nameless.
On 09/20 went through the drive we ordered the real big deal. Asked for tenders instead of getting what we wanted we didn't end up getting thigh and a leg I checked on my order as we were driving away from the drive-thru it wasn't able to go back and exchange it because I'm on my way to work already and if I did that I would be late I would suggest for the employees to pay. Extra attention when they are taking the customer's order I want what I paid for not whatever the employees think they heard and if they're not sure of what the customer said than they need to ask the customer once again. What it is they want to get the order right
Upon entering this establishment, there were 3 employees behind the counter, 1 a make was busy cleaning, and the other 2 were having a conversation not related to work! There was also a 4 employee at the dining room that appeared to be hurt and speaking to the supervisor or Manager on her cell phone reference to a fall she just had due to one of the tables breaking on her from the legs of the table!
The workers at the counter for this location are rude. After order my family pack of chicken I ordered the 4 apple pies for $5.99. The worker, said she only had 3 and kept looking at me. So I had to take 3 for $6 and even pay for a lemon one to have 4 pies in total. Another thing, the price for chicken is pretty high now, but they like to be stingy with ranch packets. I was asked for the sauces for the 18 count chicken tenders. I asked for white gravy and ranch. I was given two small containers of ranch, I asked if I could have more ranch they they said I didn't pay for the extra ranch!!! What extra ranch? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked kindly if I could at least get two more for the chicken. One of the worker said only this one time, next time I would have to pay. Seriously?! Also, the macaroni and cheese had a lot of burned cheese. I had to pay $1.00 extra to receive burned macaroni and cheese. On top it doesn't look too bad once we served the burned cheese hidden inside.
Today went to purchase ,sadly I was given Burn Macaroni and raw Bisquits.Took food back.
I got to Church's at 8:30 pm. It was closed. This is the second time this happens. They need to post the correct closing times. I ended up going to the Church's on N. Carolina & Yarbough. Got there right before 9 pm. They don't close early. Due to this being the 2nd time this happens I probably won't go to this Church's again.
Bruh y’all have 30m with left over chicken on the counter I saw it 👀. I’m just trying to get my protein intake 💪😤
Ordered online pick up . They gave me not even half of my order. Luckily I checked my bags before driving away and realized . They gave me the “rest”of my order . THE ORDER WAS STILL MISSING SO MANY ITEMS.. they didn’t even bother making the big meal combos correctly. They were missing jalapeños , sauces, the biscuits were literally smashed at the bottom of the bags , and entire order of 2pc chicken also missing . To make matters worse , the food was HORRIBLE. Never eating here again yall need new cooks.
The stuff that work here are very rude, including the managers.. They were upset because they couldn’t hear me over the intercom, asked me to pull forward to take my order. When approached at the window “what did you want” she still had a problem hearing me and didn’t lean forward to help her hear me! Asked her to repeat my order she was upset and repeated it fast, didn’t make her repeat it again. Even tho I did t hear. Left it, waited she shut the window waited… she brought my food and didn’t thank me waited at the window again for ketch up! And Issac!!! Walks up and I ask to speak to a manger he said he was the manager and o told him what happened and I felt very as I was treated unfair and wanted an apology from Priscilla Priscilla was taking an order from somebody inside and I could hear her say she was the one being rude not me! How can I be rude if she couldn’t even hear me lol.. 😂 Ooookay! Isaac came back and said I can’t make her apologize and she says she doesn’t owe you an apology that it was you that we’re being rude! This is what wrong with the world hiring rude behavioral kids! Ridiculously!
If I could give this place a zero I would, I ordered my food to be picked up at 6 it’s 7 didn’t get my food or a refund, and didn’t offer any help, how upsetting.
To start they got my order wrong, I called and no one answered. When I finally got a hold of the assistant manager (Isabel) was rude and unwilling to correct their mistake. I will never go there again!!!
Idk if there intercom doesn’t work or what, however they took my order there finely but rudely, than when I drove up they retook the order. …the lady at the window was more friendly and professional than the lady on the intercom. …the food was trash and biscuits had zero honey. Also the piece were definitely under the 8 count lol Trash!
Not the greatest experience. I went and made an order. I asked what was in a wrap and she said Cole slaw and one chicken strip. I got the order. There was so much mayonnaise I couldn’t eat another bite. I decided to go inside and order two tortillas and a coleslaw. The woman in lipstick told me I can’t and she made it by how it was suppose too. She got very mad and argued. I told her I was ok with buying two more, but just give me the tortillas and a small thing of coleslaw for me to make it myself. She then said “this is what I’m trying to tell you. I made it how it’s suppose to be made” while raising her voice. Someone in the back came up and charged me for a small coleslaw and said they will remake it for me. I really didn’t want to add such a confrontation. I got the remake, the one with red lipstick remade my order. The tortillas were wrapped so tightly that they broke, they were also not tucked in on the sides and the juice from the coleslaw ran out. This is why I didn’t want her to remake it. She is so rude.
Made is wait 10 min for a grande meal with 8 pieces of chicken and 8 piece tenders. Well the tenders and mac n cheese were cold. Not even room temp but cold. How does that happen? They keep mac in a warmer and chicken underneath warming lights? Did someone bring back this food then they served it to us? We literally live down the street and we drive to a different churches because of things like this here.
I got the 5 piece & the experience was HORRIBLE. Unfortunately my chicken was dry, they forgot my sauce. I ordered a side of mac & cheese (which they did charged me extra). And on top of that the guy through the drive thru was rude! Yes I understand we have bad days but don’t take it out on someone who didn’t do anything. I loved Church’s growing up but I think this was the last time I would eat here. I tried talking to management to fix this & I was on hold for 10 minutes & felt like they forgot I was on the phone. Lastly my coleslaw had a hole in it so most of it fell in the bag. Once again HORRIBLE experience.
