I'm new to the area, but this place is great. Delicious pizza and a buffet as well. If you've never been here, give it a shot. You may just love it like I do.

$5 buffet Happy Hour every M-Th 2-4pm!! REALLY clean, fresh hot pizza, the dessert is fantastic, ✅♿️ wheelchair accessible, and $10 for the buffet + $2.50 for unlimited drink refills (including sugar free iced tea & Diet Dr Pepper). Salad is okay, and there is plain pasta + a good vegetarian soup. My favorite is the spinach pizza & make your own option (FREE comes with buffet, one 9 inch personal pizza per person, just ask for the form to fill out).

KID FRIENDLY FAMILY RESTAURANT‼️‼️ Amazing Pizza Buffet, has indoor Arcade room for kids, bathrooms are very well maintained, the employees are excellent at communicating with their customers, pizzas are hot and ready to gobble, I love eating here!!

The broth from thier chicken noodle soup was tasty today. I started a weightloss challenge so I couldn't really enjoy thier pizza. But I did order a pizza and enjoyed the toppings. Thank goodness for thier salad bar as well. The staff is friendly. The new look is very nice as well. We'll be back.

Love the great selection of pizza. Nice little salad bar and some pasta. Staff friendly and they keep refilling with freshly made pizza,salad and pasta. Staff constantly maintains the dining area. It's all you can eat and great place to bring the family or friends because it's inexpensive. We had a great time here and they also have brownies and cinnamon rolls for dessert.

I stopped here during my last visit in El Paso. They kept fresh pizzas the whole time I was there and the tables were cleaned up pretty quick. The place is a bit small though.

The pizza was hot and fresh and they were constantly putting new stuff out on the buffet so you needed had to wait for fresh pizza. The guy that was picking up the dirty plates was on top of his game. He was making sure that the place was spotless while also being extremely kind and helpful to patrons. The seating was a little crammed and felt like you were sitting with the people next to you. A more spread out seating would make the experience more pleasant but the most important things were the food quality, quantity and friendliness of the employees and they nailed that so hard!

The only reason I gave four stars is because there was a long wait for the sweets to be set up baked and put out for the guests to eat and the party we were with had children that were patiently waiting for the sweets but we left and they were never done. The pizza took a while to be replenished but it was probably because there was only one person preparing and baking....and one of the girls behind the counter seemed lost. The gracious men cleaning up the dining area were great ...they worked really hard to keep the place clean .....we had not visited this CiCis in awhile....it was nice to see the dining area had been redone. Hopefully the next time we visit these issues would have been addressed and taken care of. Disabled accessible, bathroom was clean, kid friendly, Covid 19 enforced (masks when serving yourself at the buffet). Oh! and before I leave you the buffet is only $3.99+ tax (drink not included)but they do have free refills Mon. - Thurs. until 4 pm so it was nice to take the kids there after-school.

Cicis isn't as I remember. The same pizzas are on the buffet but, it's as if the ingredients have changed. A bit of a downer. They no longer have green olives, on the salad bar or for the pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza isn't the same and their dessert pizzas are so-so. The service was great and the atmosphere has cleaned and brightened up. Would this this be a place to go back to? Yes but, probably once the memory of what this pizza is now, wears away.

Had trouble with the cashier the girl was unaware of what specials deals were being offered showed her the app n she was confused Called the manger Alejandro M..this this kid young supervisor lacks professionalism & common sense...was extremely RUDE..asked him for the supervisors name he pointed at the door and told me it's right there...asked him for a phone number to corporate & asked me what for.... After much arguing he walked away after taking my payment n ignored me when I asked him for my cup for my drink ...he then went to gossip with the crew about the interaction we had... This is the problem with having these little Edgar kids in a supervisory role....

Went with my family today and as we walked in saw the manager i believe whos name on the receipt said alan talking extremely rudely to the girl in the front. she seemed to be crying and i thinks its so unprofessional of the MANAGER. to be talking to an employee the way he was in the very front of the store. will definitely be complaining to hr about this too.
