We tried the tacos on Taco Tuesday, they were delicious and a great deal! The clamatos are also very well prepared and with great flavor. We will definitely come back.

Amazing Clamatos. So flavorful and tasty. The place has a great feel to it. It's a great place to grab snacks and drinks before going out, or just chilling there and drinking clamatos. The jerky is addictive so watch out. All the flavors are so amazing and the meat is so thin and crispy, you won't be able to stop. Definitely a great location to visit for snacks, drinks, and a good time.

The shrimp cocktail was good, my mom is super picky with her shrimp but was thoroughly impressed. , flavor is super good although the shrimps are small. Will come again

Just bought some at the Fox Plaza flea market and what you get for the price it's a great deal. Love that you get hot sauce and what appears to be soy sauce (which i haven't used or opened) but the taste is great. Definitely will be buying more and hope the prices don't change cause that's what's gonna be bringing people back for more.

This is my one and only place ! You won’t regret anything here everything in the menu has a special thing morning, brunch and dinner, the beer your way are the best taste , never doubt this place once ! I love el barril 🤌 since 2020 when I first started coming to this bar, and of course amazing service!

Easily a new favorite of mine. Atmosphere was great, service was friendly and on point. Can honestly say I had an amazing experience and will be coming here again soon. The carne seca was delicious and the clamatos complimented it perfectly. These guys did it right, great job.

They have a new brunch menu that is amazing! Mimosas, chilaquiles, avocado toast, and French toast. They even have cafe de olla! Everything was so good and they have a bunch of different options for each dish. If you’re looking for where to go for breakfast or brunch I highly suggest El Barril!

Hands down a hidden gem here in El Paso, all the food is amazing! And the red beers are the best in el paso in my personal opinion. Prices are really good. I highly recommend you try this place.

Great atmosphere! They offer a variety of beef jerky. Its thin sliced and very crunchy and flavorful. The chips in red salsa were a great treat!

It's a small Non liquor bar but it's way more than just beer. From the different set-ups to the food menu this place is a gem. I visited during the week and on my way home. Had Tacos because it was a Tuesday 😉. Two dollar tacos had 4 and I left in a way better mood than when I walked in. Dr. appointments suck but necessary. I received my food rather quick, had the "El Set-up" before I finished it I had my tacos which combined perfectly with the avocado and a Chile toriado. Plenty of salsa to too the tacos with and napkins to clean up the mess around my face as I enjoyed the great meal. What really takes me to this place is the beef jerky but as soon as I walk in I get reminded of what I've missed. Hope you guys back your way to the little big "El Barril".

Everything Fernando makes at El Barril is packed with flavor and uniquely delicious, but his Cowboy Burger is something extra special. If you can take the heat, order the BBQ sauce spicy and wait for your tastebuds to experience an intense burst of smoky fire. The caramelized onions were cooked perfectly and the bacon…just, wow. Look no further, this is THE spot for burgers.

Their clamatos are great 6 something for one that they leave space so you could add your beer choice as you drink it. 9 something for the cup you see filled all the way to the top. Add ons are extra and reasonably priced, cacahuates japoneses, or Japanese nuts, shrimp, beef jerky spicy or mild really good. Cucumber, and ETC. GOOD selection of beers bottled and they even have alcoholic seltzers for the new generation, White Claws& Topo Chicos. Beers under 5$ WOW. I'm not gonna tell you the special on Saturday because the beer will probably finish us being in El Paso and all.COUGH COUGH Daily Specials!!

I always come here atleast once or twice a week also, and always order a medium shrimp cocktail haven’t tried anything else but I feel like I should. Chill place to eat at, chill music. love watching movies while I’m sitting at the bar also haha. I also just ordered carne seca prepared with it came out good. 😁 I highly recommend this place.😍🤤

Love the corn in the cup, cheese they use is really good. Cacahuates especiales were pretty good too but could have used a little more cucumber.

Hello! Just wanted to say THANK YOU to El Barril owner who came through for us today. After my daughter accidentally cancelled an UBER order we had placed for El Barril we tried to contact UBER for help but not only did they refused to help but they refused to refund the amount we paid for and on top of that they also didn’t even pay El Barril, UBER actually kept the money!! When I called the restaurant for help the girl who answered was really nice and said they’ll call me back to see how they could help and it was actually the owner who PERSONALLY called me back and was very understanding about the situation and even tried to solve the issue by calling UBER himself. Unfortunately after an hour of him arguing and going back and forth with UBER’s horrible horrible customer service, the owner decided he would rather have a happy customer than losing one (his words) and decided to give us our food even though he might not even get paid for it. You can tell he really cares about his customers and not profits. I really can’t thank him enough for saving the day and taking his time to help. We would definitely keep coming back not only because of the delicious food they have (like the carne asada tacos which are our favorite), but because of the awesome customer service!!! I would also like to emphasize how important local restaurants are for our city, especially local restaurants like this that have really delicious food and that really care about their customers. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Shrimp cocktail to wash it all down, and not to shabby lemonade cucumber to quench the thirst, highly recommend this joint!

My 1st time was great the red beer was awesome but my second time wasn't all that great I guess to get the red beer all hooked up you gotta say that you will drink it there. She seem like she didnt care much just threw everything inside of it I was looking forward to it all day just to get it plain hopefully my 3rd time will make it up if not 3strikes your out

Would love to give you 5 stars but I can't..... one bartender is the problem. It takes time to make a clamato, especially if you want the whole refrigerator in your cup. In a packed place with one bartender, this does not work.

Service way too slow. There was only one server on a Saturday afternoon. Drinks took forever, food took forever, tab took forever we spend more time waiting than actually eating.

Here you go. The staff was not rude. The bartender was unfriendly at best. A smile would have been nice. It might offset the gross septum piercing. Then her friend comes in and orders nothing but receives all her time. While the waitress ran like crazy to stock beer and wipe the bar and make drinks.The resturant was very clean. The food was ok. I felt unwelcome. Sorry bro. This is what you wanted! By the way, Indio tasted bitter. So yeah. Thanks for the invite. There are much better bars try one and duplicated it. Good luck.

Bartender took forever, she didn't even bother to clean table or ask for drinks... she looked mad, I love going there but It's the second time I have a bad experience and I'm not going back at all

Poor quality customer service, lazy staff called sunday night around 9pm to ask if it was already close when it clearly says 10pm at the front door but she said she was closing up earlier. Use to come here every weekend.

Tacos Tuesday for 2 and this is how it works I got charged 2 dollars for salsa 2 dollar for toreados 2 dollars for avocado 2 dollar for grill onions and finally the promotion was 2 dollar so I got me 2 tacos and paid 10 bucks for 2 tacos jajaja this is scam big time ..! I was waiting to get charge 2 dollar for the cilantro and onions ..! Jajaa bad place to eat ..!

Won't provide it unless you give them an email or phone number but miraculously with cash they can give you a receipt. Placed an order by door dash and they forgot to give the driver the majority of my order. It was not in the drivers fault because we checked when I saw only one bag. They refused to give me the rest of my order and blamed the driver. These people are nothing but a scam! Now they are blaming door dash! Jerks! I looked in the drivers car when he dropped off one small bag. Then when I called the restaurant to let them know I didn't get my full order when I paid for it regardless if anyone stole it, I paid you should've made it right when I called. I'm stopping my payment and reporting you to the better business bureau
