Kimberly did an amazing job tending to our table. Our party had a total of 12 people and she ensured our food, drinks, and everything in between was taken care of. The restaurant was very clean and noise was minimal where we could carry a conversation. Jesus, the manager, checked in on us to make sure everything was good. He asked to make sure there wasn’t anything missing and asked if we needed anything else. Definitely made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed ourselves. The food was perfect, atmosphere was great, service was excellent. Will definitely be coming back!!

We live in the westside and we drive all the way over here because we think it’s be best corralitos in el paso! Best service, the best atmosphere, the best food. I always get the same plate and it always taste the same, increíble. Today we got served by liberty and she was amazing. She in a positive mode which is rare now days to encounter a server that is not miserable and that makes the atmosphere tense with their negativity. She took care of us. I will also like to write a good review about the young man ayden, his alwyas in a positive mood too and last time we came he made sure we were well taken care off. I visualize him today attending other customers and wow he always does a good job. Great customer service team that you have here corralitos. ❤️❤️

She was sweet and attentive and kept removing plates as we finished eating to make room for more plates 😅 the manager kept checking on us also making sure that our experience was pleasant. I had breakfast at Corralito Steak House, and everything was great! The buffet had a really nice variety of options — everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff was super friendly and attentive, constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing morning meal. You can tell they take pride in their service and food quality. Overall, it was an excellent experience — great food, great service, and great attention to detail. I’ll definitely come back for breakfast again!!!!

A yearly tradition that my mom and I share! A must try. Call ahead and verify if they have enough or if they are in season. Chiles en Nogada is a traditional Mexican dish that combines roasted poblano chiles with a savory picadillo filling made of ground meat, spices, and nuts. The chiles are smothered in a rich, creamy walnut sauce (nogada), creating a perfect balance of flavors. Finished with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for a burst of freshness, this dish is as visually stunning as it is delicious. A true Mexican masterpiece, Chiles en Nogada is both comforting and festive, often enjoyed during Mexican Independence celebrations. It’s a beautiful, flavorful dish that encapsulates the essence of Mexican cuisine. This dish is served with a side of rice! Peach tea is good too!

First time coming to this place. The food was good. Our server Kiana was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. She was quick with drinks and anything we asked for she was quick and attentive. Would definitely go back and request her. Overall, I would recommend it

Great bang for the buck if you’re looking for steaks. They have filet mignot and wagyu as well. It’s a steakhouse with a TexMex twist, offering good tacos, enchiladas, and Fajitas. Great drinks too. Worth checking out. There’s also a play place for kids with a camera to watch them from inside over the TV.

It wasn't packed or busy when we arrived and yet we still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated our waiter was a little short and in a rush. He got a few items wrong in our order wrong and forgot others. Overall it was kind of crappy. We normally go to the Westside located but their service and food is also hit or miss. The restaurant itself is going downhill. They really needs to hire people that are motivated to work and they need better training. It's a shame since it's locally owned.

So Corralito's has a buffet. Don't waste your time, in my opinion. The food wasn't bad for such a small selection, served sparingly by employees. Table service was pretty good, and atmosphere is great. We enjoy the lunch special and dinner, but forget the weekend brunch. There was a constant single line, and good luck if you get what you want. They had 1 tray of each thing with no back up. Eggs and ham only, no plain scrambled, hard boiled, or omelets. Definitely better brunch options with much bigger selections! The cost is $17.99 each, I guess you get what you pay for. I'd pay a little more for more options.

Our reservation was at 6pm, got here at 6:07, still had to wait 5 minutes even though no was here at 6pm on a Wednesday night. Got seated but no one asked what we wanted for drinks for another 10 minutes. Keep in mind, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Finally got our food 1hr later. Kids were hungry and I had to feed my steak to them because they burnt the kids chicken meals so their food came 15 minutes later from ours. Not happy with the service at all. Food was good though.

Was not impressed, when we were taken to our seats, the seats weren’t wiped it was full of crumbs and food. We had to go find someone to clean the seats. We ordered a bone in ribeye with steak fries, corn on the cob and mac and cheese. The steak was ok everything else was disappointing. The Mac and cheese looked and tasted like mac and cheese from a box. I was really disappointed, we spent $80 for food that was not worth it. I wish they would sweep the floors more often, they just wipe the dirt off the tables and seat on to the floor and don’t sweep it up. Every step I took in the restaurant, I was crunching and crushing stuff under my shoe. The best part of our visit was our waiter Jose, he was kind and considerate.

Our Experience at Corralito Steak House Location: Corralito Steak House, 1501 Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79936 We were a group of four people. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. and requested a table for four. We were informed that the wait time would be approximately 30 minutes. The restaurant did not appear busy, as several tables were visibly empty. Despite this, we decided to wait because we wanted to dine at this restaurant. We waited close to one hour before being seated. When we were finally taken to our table, it was dirty and had not been properly cleaned. After being seated, it took approximately 20 minutes for the server to approach us to take our drink order. We ordered our beverages and requested a purse rack, which was never provided. After placing our food order, we waited approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes for our meals to arrive. When we expressed our frustration about the excessive wait, the food was finally brought out. Unfortunately, the entire order was incorrect. The steaks were cooked to the wrong temperatures—some were nearly raw, while others were extremely overcooked. The side dishes were also incorrect, and throughout the entire service, we never received drink refills. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. Due to the long delay, we decided to remain and eat since the food had finally arrived. We spoke with the manager, who acknowledged the situation and assured us that we would receive a 50% discount due to all the inconveniences experienced. However, when the check arrived, only a 20% discount had been applied. This was frustrating and felt dishonest, as it did not match what was promised by management. At that point, we paid the bill and left the restaurant, as all we wanted was to leave. Although the restaurant is a beautiful place with a great atmosphere, it clearly needs improvement in service efficiency, order accuracy, staff attentiveness, and—most importantly—management honesty. Due to the incorrect food preparation and excessive delays, we were unable to properly enjoy our meals and unfortunately left the restaurant still hungry 🤣. Based on this experience, I would not recommend returning to this restaurant.
