Burned food and when asked not to they give you raw and cold, always check your order.

Manager at window this morning at 4 am was very rude they also handed me my ice coffee with ice but it was hot and basically water. Sandwich was cold. Still can't get over the attitude that I received basically it tells me she doesn't care for her job. Other girl that works there has no nails on hands except 1 very loose stick on nail which is gross she also is very rude.

Incredibly *rude*, in both languages. Guau!! Not sure what the entitlement attitude is here. Get over yourselves y arremángalo. Everyone deserves basic respect, especially those of with disabilities who are specifically asking for assistance... mmkay?

I went here with my kids to eat when I received my fries they where dark brown and a bad smell of old grease and the fries where greasy as well. I asked the manager to exchange the fries for me and she replied "the oil needs to be changed and stated in Spanish "this is how they come out.I asked for a refund and she refused to help us out.if management reads this I hope something is done about this location it is very unhealthy to serve food this way she did not have a name tag but the time was 1:00pm on a tuesday.

Please check your food before you eat it. Found this in my chicken today and when I called the manager “Jessica” she tried to say I picked up my order long ago … I picked up the order at 1:20 and called her at 1:35. I walked from my place of work. She then proceeds to say “I will give you a free drink and cookie for the inconvenience” … the chicken was gray.

I visited this location and was completely ignored at the drive-thru window, despite knocking for several minutes. When I called the store for assistance, the female employee who answered was also rude. I would have appreciated a simple explanation or acknowledgment instead of being made to feel like we were an inconvenience. The store still had two hours until closing and there were no other customers present. We ultimately chose not to order, as we did not want to deal with the unprofessional attitude.

Very slow service, they gave me an incomplete order and it took them more than half an hour to give me what was missing.

The fries were horrible. Long wait time just for a simple coffee and they forgot my happy meal and no damn toy. I’m very disappointed, thank you.

Saturday, Aug 9th will officially be my last trip to any McDonald's. (2) Filet-O-Fish and a small fry, $15+ dollars. The filet is now substantially smaller than the bun (nothing like the advertising photo) and it didn't taste fresh. I thought it would be because I waited 15 minutes for my order. You know McDonald's used to be a place where you got value for your money. And the food, though fast-food, wasn't that bad. Usually consistent from location to location. My last 3-trips have been disappointing. Three strike, you're out!

ordered food for my son, paid for it because he is about to work a 12 hour shift and they could not give him the food I ALREADY PAID FOR. This has to be the worst display of bad service and badly trained employees and poor management. Called the restaurant and was hung up twice, in the terms and conditions it does not state that the phone has to be present. TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS AND STAFF TO DO THEIR JOB PLEASE.

They charge for Hot Mustard sauce??? What?!?! 40 years of going to McDonalds all over the world and this is a FIRST. Since when does McDonalds charge for sauce?!?! Like, I’m talking I was given one sauce and asked for a second. I’m shocked. Anahi was the gatekeeper of the sauce. Is she a supervisor? She was moping the floor when I asked and yelled to the cashier the cost of my measly Hot Mustard sauce. I passed. I can go a mile any direction down the street to any other McDonalds and not get charged. Won’t be coming back here. This place is CHEAP!

Poor service from an employee, specifically the cashier. She is rude and handles food with dirty hands. One time, she grabbed my chips after taking money and dumped them on the tray. It was really disgusting but I still ate them because I was hungry. She really makes you wait a long time, and even though she knows how to speak both languages and serves quickly, she is very unhygienic and doesn't know what it means to be clean and friendly. Please change the cashier and everything will be fine.
