1st time there, drive through guy kept rushing me, my food was good,, i had the chicken wrap they forgot the tomatoes i ordered. Everyone else had the classic chicken sandwich which was very juicy but lacking for the price the chicken sandwich should have had lettuce and tomatoes, i think to make it better, also fries were cold and soggy. Four 5 meals I spent $56.

Plan to wait in the Drive-Through line. It was my first time trying Chick-fil-A. Heard mixed reviews about it. Had to see for myself. Arrived early at Breakfast /opening time. Surprised to see a line already upon arriving at the drive-through. Plan to wait in the Drive-Through line. For a faster order experience, park in the attached parking lot and order inside-in person. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich (entree only) and 2 piece chicken tenders. I also added chick fil A sauce, honey mustard and buffalo sauce to my order. *The chick fil A sauce was delicious and would definitely order again. Honey mustard sauce is too Sweet alone for my liking but it tasted okay mixed with the buffalo sauce. The order was expected to take longer since I ordered lunch at breakfast/opening time. The drive through cashier came out to the waiting area and brought a complimentary cookie to thank me for waiting. She was really sweet/kind. The service here is excellent, 5 stars. Professionals. The Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe (with lettuce, tomato & pepper jack cheese ) is tasty. The tenders are delicious as well.

Drive thru is part of a covered parking garage. Of course a great choice. Near LAX too about 5 mins away with no traffic. Super staff!

It’s chickfila man I’m not sure what to tell ya. I could eat this everyday without any issues. The workers are all very nice and the service is pretty good. Definitely recommend ordering on the app and getting it picked up in the drive thru. This one you have to enter off the side street from the light which tourists always get wrong and block traffic but the real ones don’t brake until they get to the light.

Unusual drive-thru at this location. You enter the parking lot which is behind a gas ⛽️ station. But the good news about that is it's a two story garage, so you're in the shade 😎 on those hot 🔥 summer ☀️ days. Efficient drive-thru, a little snug when driving through and a little busy when exiting on to PCH. Watch the traffic, they are flying! Food is good, there is parking on the top of the garage if you want to dine-in. Always a good sandwich in my opinion and I love their waffle 🧇 fries 🍟, even though they don't seem to give you as many as they did pre-pandemic. Enjoy! Enjoy!

Kale salad , great ! \nNever get the gluten free bread , it just destroys your burger entirely. You'll be more focused trying to find the flavor in that than the chicken & toppings it'self.

The quality of the food is consistently satisfying. It is more pricey than other fast food places. I usually get coleslaw and beans and rice but I also like their mashed potatoes. Most of their restaurants are small and only have a few tables and no restrooms available for customers.

Quickness is their sign, my order was ready before I got to the dispatch window. Sandwiches are as simple as the bread and the piece of chicken, that's all. Waffle fries are average, nothing new. Expected more from the regular sauce but not that bad.

I was disappointed by this Chick-fil-A. The menu board in drive-thru had a lower price displayed than what I was charged. Should change it to refect correct price. I came here last night and the service was awful!! I ordered a medium waffle fry and barely got any fries and then on top of that it took way to long at the drive thru window, fries should be cooked and it should’ve been an easy 1-2 minute wait time if at all any waiting?! The customer service was horrible, whoever the manager is at this location please fire him, he’s a horrible manager who has no training on how to run an efficient line??? And not to mention he called me “Sir” and I’m clearly a woman, nothing about my mannerisms are manly so that ticked me off even further, I will never be coming back!! Workers were too slow and it should’ve taken that long to make French fries!!! Never again!!

I’m honestly so disappointed. The food itself was great— but the workers were unbelievably rude. From the moment I walked up, they acted irritated and dismissive, like I was bothering them just by ordering. It completely ruined the experience. To make it worse, I PAID for a cup of Oreos and they gave me what looked like one sad sprinkle of crumbs. I could literally count them. If I wanted a whiff of Oreos, I would’ve just sniffed the bag. It’s really frustrating when the food is amazing but the service makes you never want to come back.

I have never been to a rude chick fila before until I came to this one. The drive thru girl working messed up our order and when we went inside to fix it they said it was our fault!! Also my bowl was basically empty and they didn’t even put cheese.

A very poor service I ordered a food combo sandwich and it turns out that they charge it as they give you they give you the penchuga cut in a triangle that is more for breakfast. I did not bring bacon or cheese which I paid for and they did not include it, the bread was cold. And I asked for a coffee, they didn't even have sticks to stir my coffee, an abuse.
