Upon entering you are being a little bit rushed as the greeting staff will take your order immediately. But you will get compensated... While waiting for your order you can taste different delicious sides from the deli bar. Mendocino Farms is known and advertised for its healthy and high quality sandwiches. But the salads are great as well. They come in generous portions which you can split with a friend if you want to keep it light. I loved the Curry Couscous.

Located at The Spot with plenty of parking spaces around the compound. A nice place to hang out and work out from. Outdoor areas have soft music in the background and non intrusive for conversations or conference calls. Modern food selections with decent portioning. There are interesting fusion drinks options available apart from the usual stuff and some beer options are available as well :)

Yummy and healthier than a lot of other choices out there! Had the not so fried chicken sandwich with the pesto shells side. The drink was a mix of the vanilla creme and Mandarin orange sodas (pop). Delicious from.beginning to end! And, great atmosphere👍

Best resturant in El Segundo location. They have the best food. I had their Sweet Heat Crispy Thai Chicken sandwich. It was one of the greatest sandwich I ever had. Staff were helpful and order was super quick. They also have different drink options. Outside table, as well and inside dine-in available. Overall great environment and good olace to hangout with your friends, as well as work colleagues.

I've been going to this location now for months and it just keeps getting better and better. Get the chiclen pomodoro dip, awesome level of spicy with the aoili and its insane. Shout out to Arlene for the customer service. It's really people like her that make me want to come back. Quality service with attention to detail. This is why this location is good.

My wife and i had visited for the holidays and Kiera was very outgoing , attentive , as we was waiting on our food they had a team huddle and she is amazing at what she do , she interacts with her staff in a professional manner , she’s very sweet and nice . We would go back again .

She handled everything with care and precision, taking the full order and labeling each individual item with names. When I arrived at the meeting, everyone immediately knew which meal was theirs—no confusion, no delays, just seamless service. Her attention to detail made a huge difference, and it elevated the entire experience for my clients. Strongly recommend asking for Jazmine if you want exceptional service and someone who truly takes pride in what they do. --- If you want it tailored for Yelp, Google, or internal feedback, I can shape it to fit that tone too.

Last Friday I went with daughter to grab a sandwich and Becca was the cashier that night. She was sooooooo amazing!! Sweet and helpful!! Definitely had me and my daughter laughing too!! She also recommended a really good sandwich so I am definitely coming back! I hope she's there when I go back! She really deserves a raise!!

They went over and above. Lemonade, cutlery, heavenly food. Now I have fond memories every time I eat there or have it delivered. Thanks for such an uplifting culinary experience, and for helping us in a time of crisis, making it so much more comfortable.

Today was my very first time trying Mendocino Farms and it was AMAZING!!! I ordered the Chicken Parm Sandwich, and it was delicious. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The manager, Arlene, was incredibly sweet and polite, and the rest of the staff matched that same energy. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind, which made my first visit feel even better.

Kiera W. is seriously amazing, I made sure to get her name. She’s the manager and you can instantly tell she cares about both the customers and her team. I didn’t like the meal that I ordered and she made sure that I was good and got a better meal so I wouldn’t leave upset or hungry. You can tell she runs a tight ship ! She was super friendly even when dealing with my attitude, checked in on me && other guests multiple times, and made sure everyone was taken care of. I noticed how she treated every single person with respect and a great attitude, even when it was busy which made me calm down.The service was fast, the vibe was great, and a lot of that is because of her, I’ll definitely be back. Give this woman a raise! 👏🏽

First timer at Mendocino. Food was delightful 😊 Yes I will definitely be going again.💃🏾 Ordered the Peruvian Steak Potatoe Roll Toasted Amarillo Sauce on the side (its spicy) and a Bowl Greek Lemon Chicken & Farro Soup. Yummers yum yum 😋

As it was our first time visiting the sandwich shop, Keira who is the Manager was especially understanding and took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and informed about the menu options. From the very beginning, she was calm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I got a Chicken Pesto Sandwich, and my boyfriend got a Chicken Cesar Salad and Kiera suggested this Chicken Parm Dip Sandwich. When I tell you 1000/10. We paired it with these BBQ Chips and Spicy Chips & Lemonade. Mind blowing!!!!! She listened carefully, answered our questions with clarity, and handled everything with confidence and kindness. Her communication was warm and reassuring, and she maintained such a positive attitude throughout our interaction. It was evident that she takes pride in her role and truly cares about providing excellent customer service. Her leadership and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Because of her outstanding service, I will definitely be coming back. If you haven’t tried it .. TRUST ME .. you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for a job well done Keira. You are appreciated. 🩷

The Baseline: For a sandwich place, the sandwiches must have fresh, quality ingredients, it must efficiently make my sandwich, additional sides must be available, and there should be unique offerings. Food: Mendocino Farms have good, quality sandwiches, salads, and deli sides. I am usually happy with my food from this location with no problems in any order I have ever received. I had the Farm Club today and the “Not So Fried” Chicken sandwich which are respectively good, solid sandwiches. I love their pickled onions on the Farm Club combined with the avacado spread. The deli sides were Spicy Curry Couscous (not really spicy but flavorful), Basil Pesto Shells (family favorite), and the Spicy Dijon Potato Salad (again not really spicy but still flavorful). Overall good food made with great ingredients. One Request to Mendocino Farms, there used to be a vegan shawarma on your menu… please bring it back because that was actually a vegan item I would order over meat… and I love BBQ, but I loved that wrap. Please bring it back. Service: Mobile ordered food and the food was ready by the time frame window. Staff were super friendly. Ambiance: This location is at the Point in El Segundo and it is a fun location. They have several kid friendly games in the patio area and set the mood for a fun time while dining.

Foodies will love this place! Lots to choose from and easy ordering. They replaced my salad free since it was too spicy for me (i asked for to-go box after just a few bites...) no shame! I will be back but I am not an adventurous eater so I will stick to less exotic items.

Mendocino Farms’ quality has really gone downhill. They’re still charging premium prices for their sandwiches, but the amount of meat they put in them doesn’t come close to justifying the cost. At this rate, it’s more affordable to make your own sandwich at home.

Normally I’m a big fan but quality has gone down hill lately… the salad had a chunk of plastic and a random chunk of tofu in it.
