For a casual eating experience, the food was excellent. I had the rainbow bowl and no only was it a pretty plate it was yummy too.

Perfect "last Cali" meal before getting on the plane to go back to parts unknown! We were dropping off a friend at LAX who didn't want to have to eat overpriced airport food: we were able to find this Rubios just south of the airport and the service was nice and quick, the location was clean and had a small outside patio- just what our friend needed as a final dose of CA sunshine. You can't go wrong with the fish taco meal. I did get the taco special that came with a churro for the kid in our party and it did not disappoint- it's a half churro but just the right amount of sugar to tide you over until you're through security and can rest before your boarding call!

Rubio’s for the WIN! We stopped at the one near LAX - so good!! We don’t have Rubio’s where we live and sought it out. I enjoyed the Original fish tacos and ordered a side of Mexican corn (thought it would be a corn cob) and received a fair serving of corn that was absolutely delicious!!

This place is just plain good. I live in Colorado and I was visiting family in California so I knew that I couldn't miss my chance to have Rubio's. It was as good as the last time I had rubio's. The fish tacos🤤🤤 the shrimp burrito and geez the salsas are just freaking delicious. 100% recommend.

I was recommended this establishment many years ago and finally had a chance to try their famous classic shrimp burrito and a fish taco. I must say I was very satisfied and pleased. I like that they have beer or wine to drink. If your ever by Lax and want to grab a bite I would recommend coming here.

Love the shrimp tacos!! Especially on Tuesday you can get the seafood trio tacos on special! Quality is really consistent and they have a good variety of options.They also serve beer so you can have a nice cold beer with your tacos!

This is the original place for Fish Tacos. This is a chain, but a very good quality one. If you love fish and Mexican food, and want to eat well without spending ridiculous amounts of money, this is the right place. Would go back to Rubio’s every time I have the chance when visiting California. This one in particular is a new location in very nice area with easy free parking.

The fish and chips meal was tasty, but the red slaw side was literally two teaspoons. This side was barely enough to feed a toddler, lol... Still, overall, a good meal.

Tasty, semi health-nut Americanized Mexican fusion (quinoa, almonds, etc...) The portion for the veg / vegan bowl option was fairly small... Still almost enough to get full. Pretty reasonable prices and friendly service. The mango drink was delicious, the salsas were good... Although one of them was definitely too spicy for the average person.

Tuesday Lunch time. Pretty busy, lots of aerospace companies in this area. Mostly standing room only unless you luck out on a table. Expect to wait 10 min or so for your food. Employees are working hard here. I ordered the fish taco plate (especial), comes with some beans and tortilla chips. Tacos were delicious, fish was nicely fried to a crisp, and they put eye perfect amount of toppings on the taco.

First time seeing the older Hispanic lady at this location. I ordered online and arrived before the food was prepared. I asked for lime and received cilantro and onions. I received two out of three salsas I selected. Maybe a spoon full of rice for my tortilla soup. I visit this location pretty weekly if not twice per week and have never received such lousy service.

Came here on a Tuesday night and took advantage of taco Tuesday prices. The tacos were pretty good, but the “Mexican” rice had no flavor. My wife enjoyed her bean and cheese burrito. Had to add some salsa to make it taste decent. The cashier looked liked she was checked out as she attended us. Didn’t look like she enjoyed her job. Must of been a long day.

I enjoyed the food here. It was hot and tasty with some great flavor (well at least the chicken was). However, I was not super happy with the young man who took my order. I have food intolerances and was trying to get a simple bowl with chicken and rice. I told him what I’d like and he insisted he could put the order in to be cheaper as a kid’s portion to which I questioned the portion size. He assured me it would be sufficient. Well, it was not and I had to go back up and order more food. When I went back up the line was much longer than when we had arrived. It was supposed to be a quick lunch in between customer appointments but ended up taking a little long than we should have because of having to order more food. The chicken was really good but the steak was just okay (a little tough and not very hot). I also had to order different rice on the second trip because I didn’t realize the rice I received with my first order was going to have tomatoes which aren’t great for me to eat. I was able to order the white rice on the second trip to the counter. Overall the chicken and white rice were pretty good. I almost forgot that they do have homemade lemonade with real sugar which was a real treat. It was probably the highlight of my visit (how could I almost forget that!). The service could have been a little better. I would probably give a second chance when in town again if for nothing else but the lemonade…but I would do so with caution.

I usually have the classic shrimp burrito and it's beee really good but the last time the shrimp was almost raw and I had to throw half of it away cause the flavor of the raw shrimp gross me out. Not sure if I'll go again.
