We had burgers and fries..... But they have many dishes to choose from! Sorry everyone, but I forgot to take my camera for food pics. I definitely do it next time. I not only checked out my order, but talked to other people for their input and came to the conclusion that their ingredients used for ALL of the dishes is as FRESH AS CAN BE GOTTEN, short of growing and producing it all at the restaurant. Very friendly 😊 staff, very fresh ingredients and dishes that are prepared professionally ALL make for a fantastic meal. We will certainly be up for a return visit!🤗. Oh ya,. Almost forgot to mention that at most restaurants I always order a "large fries", but at Five Guys if you get the Large..., that will usually feed 3-4 people. The small was just right to go along side my "Double bacon cheeseburger". Mm-m Good! I must say that the place is a tad expensive, but the food is really fresh and very good. I could say more but I think that you got the message. 🎼🎸😎

Great space and lots of staff. Clean. Attentive. Fries were super hot and fresh. The burgers were good, but not the best we have had from Five Guys...we are die-hard fans so this doesn't diminish their reputation, we will be back for sure!!

Great tasting burger and fries. Still warm when I picked my order up. Much better experience than my February visit. In February I waited 40 minutes for my food and they forgot my mushrooms. Today only 15 minutes!!

The burgers at Five Guys are *tasty*-easily some of the best around. I love that they are fully customizable, and they're usually really good about getting the order right. The burgers are always cooked well, seasoned right, and paired with fresh toppings and produce, which makes for a consistently great meal. The fries are another highlight, especially the Cajun fries. They're flavorful, always hot and fresh, and they give you a ton, which is awesome. The service is also pretty quick, so it's a great spot when you want something fast but also really good. That said, I gave them four stars because the atmosphere can feel a little chaotic during busy times, and customer service could use some improvement.

First time at this burger shop. Ordered the grilled cheese with a single patty added mushrooms, jalapeños, grilled onion and peppers along with Cajun fries. It’s a bit pricey for a burger but it tasted good enough to have once in awhile. The fries are made fresh so I had to wait like 10 minutes for it. The inside was clean enough but the staff seemed to be working slower than usual as there was like 5 of us waiting for our orders even though I ordered online 30 min ago.

First time here. Food was great. I feel that if you're a person who loves fresh hot crispy fries then you need to come here. The grilled mushrooms is a great topping choice and the peanuts are an interesting appetizer. I hope more restaurants pop up in the West.

People that come on here to complain about the price are being unfair, rate the quality of product and the quality of the service you were provided. The people who prepare your food don’t set the prices. My experience here was great. I ordered a hamburger and they made it a double patty burger without me having to ask. Fries were also great. I will definitely go back to this location

Great burgers with the ability to customize size and all toppings. Fries are also good with regular and seasoned options. The only complaint I have is the price, which is comparable to most sit down restaurants when this is a fast food type place.

Thank you for having a veggie option for your non meat eating customers. Basically they provide grilled veggies on a bun with an added cheese option if one prefers it. They were grilled well and tasted good. Hope they come up with an actual veggie burger in the future. The staff are very polite and kept the place clean the whole time we dined in.

I went here today because I learned they have hotdogs as well as burgers, I love hotdogs. I ordered a hotdog a small french fry and a small ice tea, $18. I don't have a cost issue as long as it looks like its worth the money, look at the picture that should answer your question. Hot dog was tiny but you get a butt load of fries. Hot dog tastes the same as the ones I make at home. Don't waste your time and money here, this restaurant is a joke.

Sorry for the not too good review here. The reason why I ordered a burger via mobile app on this location is that according to the website, it offers a curbside pickup. And just call them once I arrive. I did call them and let them know that I am already outside and have them do the curbside pickup. The one who answered the phone told me that they don't offer curbside pickup. I explained to him my situation and that I am a person with physical challenges. He was not considerate enough to help me. So I have no choice but to get out of my car, and I am really struggling due to my limited mobility. Upon approaching the store, I was waiting to see if an attendant would open the door for me. Unfortunately, nobody helped me. One of the customers was kind enough to open the door. Cut the long story short. Once I'm inside to pick up my mobile order, the service attendant told me that I would have called and had them deliver my food in my car. He sounded like he was the one who answered the call when I called earlier. I just decided not to argue with him. I just left the store. Another customer helped me open the door again. I'm not sure if I'm going back to this location due to very poor customer service.

Worst Five Guys location ever. Counter service can't even look you in the eye (not just us other customers too). Old hard buns on a COLD cheese veggie sandwich and bacon cheese burger. Both had HUGE chunks of toppings not appropriate for a sandwich/burger. Even the ice from their machine had dirt in it. So gross! Don't come here if you want decent customer service or any thing close to a good meal. We will stick to West Sac and Natomas in the future.
