Went there last night for dinner, I asked the server to bring out a cheesecake for my parents 50th anniversary. Brian went above and beyond to make it special. You have one of the best severs by far that actually takes the time to explain and answer all questions for my older parents. Big, big thanks to you Brian!

Two of us dined at the Elk Grove location, and it was fantastic. I chose my Ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. The apple pie exceeded our expectations. And, the price was very affordable.

Came here with a group of 5. Got told we had a 1.5 hour wait and got sat in 15 minutes instead!! Food is great. Staff is great. I love coming here often with my friends. GET the sangria margarita. That’s all I’ll say.

Reserve your spot! We waited a few minutes for a table to be cleaned up and we were immediately seated. All the staff are polite and helpful! Didn't have any issues with service at all if anything Id say it's near perfect. Food was fantastic as always except for the ribs they were tender and flavorful but what ruined it for me was the burnt taste to it. Ribs were still enjoyable but I'd rather pick something else.

“I WAS BLOWN AWAY” First Off You Have To Call The Day Of, To Try And Get A Table, Especially If You Have A Large Group. We Were A Party Of 9, Celebrating My Daughter’s 20th Birthday. SHE HAD TO HAVE IT HERE!! Unfortunately, They No Longer Take Reservations And Have The Audacity To Have A Very Busy Phone Line. I Did Not Like That, The Not Knowing The Day Of. Finally Her BDay WISH Was Granted And We All Arrived Promptly @6PM. We Waited About 20 Mins Outside, Received Our Table Ready Text And Was Asked To Line Up In The Walkway Until Our Table Was Ready AGAIN? We Were In Everyone’s Way- Being Poked, Prodded Reached Around And Ran Into. 5 Mins Later We Were Seated In 2 Booths- We Couldn’t Even All Sit Together, As They Assured Us. Happily, My Complaints And Irritation STOPPED HERE. Our Super Awesome Waitress, Got Me 2 Long Islands From The Busy Bar And I Started To Enjoy Myself And Soak Up ALL The Beauty Of Texas Roadhouse. She Fed Our Hungry Toddlers Right Away And Our Appetizers Were Right On Time. We Started With The Best Rolls And Butter I’ve EVER Had, Then Fried Pickles In A Delightful Sauce With Fried Onion Cactus In A Red Sauce That Was Delicious! Then Our Dinner Was Served - I Had The Ribeye Steak With Half A Slab Of Ribs, Loaded Baked Potato With A Cesar Salad. Our Food Was So On Point, Full Of Flavor And Every Expectation Was Met! Therefore, It Is Totally Worth The Fight To Dine! #1 FAN With My BDay Girl! I Give 5 STARS ALL AROUND! I Absolutely, Positively Recommend TEXAS ROADHOUSE!

Great food. We got the most accurate degree of steak doneness we got in the past few years in any Texas Roadhouse franchise. Medium is medium. Medium well is medium well! It was a huge surprise for us as we have been used to the instability of TRH’s steak doneness. Better than the one in Bay Area. The service is also great! The waitress check upon us regularly. There is wait even for Thursday lunch, so be aware of that!

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because my steak was slightly overcooked & the sweet potato I received look like someone stepped on it, crushed it in their hands & then put it on the plate lol but it was still very delicious 😋. I ordered the sirloin med/rare & received it medium/well. It was still very tasty though. The fried pickles & fried onion were also exceptional. Food was a solid 4/5. Service was Fantastic!. Our main server was very kind & welcoming with the exception to the one who brought out our food, which now makes sense why my sweet potato looked the way it did🤣 she must have taken her frustrations out on my poor sweet potato. She was definitely not having a good night & you could tell in her demeanor & overall vibe😬. Otherwise our main server was very attentive to our needs & checked on us several times throughout the night. Service solider 4/5. Atmosphere was also a solid 4/5. Its a bit on the loud side but if that doesn't bother you then you will love it here!

The food is good. The ribs literally fall off the bone. The portion size can improve. I pay for a full slab but never receive a full slab.

We always enjoy our meal. Our service was awesome. A little confusion about how many people, but it worked out. We did return the 20 oz Ribeye. We asked medium well and it was raw. Blue steak they call it. Otherwise everything was great

The restaurant was crowded. Food was ok. The fried pickles and snake bites were crazily salty, almost inedible. Breads and butter, and house salad, loaded mash, fresh veggies were good. Green beans were overcooked like canned one. Meats were decent. Drinks were good. Highly recommend the mango blended one. Friendly service.

Let me get started the first time I went on friday night. That was a mistake. The wait time was about two hours before being seated. I'm not waiting no 2 hours.The second time we only had to wait ten minutes. The atmosphere is nice.The service was o k , and the food was not that great. And in my opinion , anybody waits two hours is a fool. I asked for a new York steak. And what they gave me was no new new york cut. That steak was not even close to the what they have on display as there, New York cut. Not happy at all with their steaks. I'll give them one more try if I don't like it , I'll just go to cattleman's. Or other restaurant, that serve steak. Or go to costco by my own new york steak and grill at home. Who can't grill a steak and make a baked potato and a fresh salad. And way more cheaper. Just my opinion.

tonight started out great so it wasn't a total flop, but dang the night ended much different than it started. we came later in the evening thinking that it would be super busy, but i guess it's always busy (we love that post 2020)! pro-tip we added our name to the waitlist and that helped shave off some time to our wait. we sat down and they had their infamous hot rolls at our table -- which was amazing for the hungry kiddos at our table. the server greeted us right away and we put our drink order in and ordered our fried pickles (a must truly anywhere i go)! shortly after drinks came out, we put our order in for food. it seemed to go downhill after that *womp womp*. we waited 45 minutes for food, which actually seemed insane for overcooked steaks and fries that looked like they may have been re-used or under someone's plate.. *insert shifty eyes*. our steaks were ordered medium and probably came out medium well, they were extremely dry :( our server kinda went MIA mid meal which was fine, but we did have to wait a bit for boxes. loved the option to pay at the table so we could leave when we were finished. the fried pickles and rolls were the best part of the meal! even the hot dog was overcooked; major bummer. there's tons of parking as it's in a huge lot. everyone working was super kind! and if you're a country fan, the playlist going was a 10/10. however, for my first time to a texas roadhouse and everyone hyping it up, this was a major let down :(

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner and arrived just before the dinner rush—perfect timing because there was barely any wait. We picked our steaks from the display case and were seated quickly. The bone-in steak was excellent—juicy and flavorful—definitely better than the boneless one, which was very thin. We ordered the boneless steak medium rare, but it came out more medium, so it wasn’t quite cooked to the right temperature. Aside from that, the experience was great. The service was friendly and efficient. The fresh bread was amazing, and the sides were delicious. Pro tip: If you’re picking a steak from the case, go with a thick cut. It’s definitely more worth your money!

The waittress we had didnt seem to be eager upon servicing us..she didnt want to comply to my request on adding a seat for the rest of my family notifying her that theyll need extra room..then when they did arrive another server came and helped us by adding anither seat which if the waittress did what I suggested than there wouldnt have been a disturbance during our seating arrangement. This restaurant needs new management new staff and better training the customer service is horrendous and the management have no idea how to accommodate diners, I guess I will just let the gift cards expire at this point. The issue I experienced tonight was very fixable I had trouble getting ahold of someone to place an order either being deliberately hung up on by staff and then never answering the phone again or the online system shutting down. Unfortunately Allison made the matter worse when I said what can we do to solve this instead of blaming staff or being busy taking the order would have sufficed instead I will leave this review and suggest anybody take their business elsewhere there are far more places to spend money and receive excellent service. It was nice Texas Roadhouse but every good thing must end apparently bring back the peanuts and Stellar service. I’ll settle for 1 out of 2

Be very careful, found this piece of wire in my mash potatoes. Waitress said oh sorry, but I know exactly what that is, we asked, she said it was the part of the brush to wash the potatoes. Said she would inform the manager, she did we saw her, he never came to the table. Probably because I complained that we had a party of 10 for a sweat 16 birthday and they sat us at 2 adjoining booths, seriously, how can you have a conversation with the people behind you??? Why did they not say they could not accommodate a party of 10, before when waited over 1 hour???
