Best Asian chicken salad and wrap I've ever had. The Asian dressing is a little spicy but has had me coming back for more than 30 years. I go out of my way to get this once a month.
I ordered from a delivery service. I ordered a tuna on wheat and received it on white. I also ordered 2 diet cokes and recieved regular cokes. Since I cannot have sugar my husband got both of them. Never had this problem before. Oh, and it was an hour late.
My husband and I stopped at Togos on Laguna and received the worst service ever! The lady taking our order got the order wrong when we got home two hours later to eat our lunch our order was wrong and I called back and she said she couldn’t do anything about it and would have a Manager called back. The manager never called back. We will not go back to this particular Togos again.
food was yummy. service a little unfriendly. I had walked over there from home so was bundled up. I think the girl thought maybe I was a homeless person. sad

It's been a minute since I've been to a Togos. I was surprised on the prices they are asking for sandwiches nowadays, however, Togo's has always been serving excellent sandwiches and a choice of chips. It's even better when their is a 31 ice cream shop in the same location. This location was a little quiet when I got there, however, that's probably why I got excellent service from the manager while she was making the sandwich. In addition, she provided an excellent conversation and suggested an excellent sandwich. Now i wish i got the larger sandwich.........It's always next time.....

Wife had the bacon ranch chicken. She liked it. I got a #8. It was average. Good service from the staff. Clean store.

I did a group order for work. Everyone seemed to like the sandwiches. I tried to order on the app and it kept giving me an error message (very discouraging) I took my phone with the order to the restaurant and the representative correctly took the information and the order was perfect.
I go here a lot, like the place, and will keep going, but this is the only Togos I've been to that *commonly* runs out of things. Try not to let the owners or their family serve you, they skimp when making sandwiches; regular employees are fine though.
Dutch crunch was actually Dutch soft.. the "avacado spread" was oxidized and slightly black.. Taste was okay, sad they break up the peperchinies, the sandwich on the wall shows them whole... I may be back to try a differnt sub without avacado.
I order hot pastrami all the veggies with cheese and asked for it toasted. I didn't receive it that way. I was to far away to come back. It was still yummy but not what I ordered.
Togos has lost a step. Disappointed. $20+ for a sandwich, chips, and drink. Dayum! If I am going to spend that much, I will go buy a burger. AND to top it all off, the sandwich was bland, bread was bland...Togos used to do something to make their sandwiches like crack. Whatever it was, it is gone now. Subway copy cat, bland food. Also, the service was a little slow...not partially busy, so I don't know why? Focusing on online orders first, maybe???
Loved their sandwiches! My personal favorite is the pastrami melts. But their customer service needs major overhaul. Workers seemed to have difficulty understanding simple English. They seem to have a difficulty understanding my orders and always messed up my orders. My major issues and dislike are their lack of cleanness in their prepping counter where the worker prepares the foods for the customers. Workers needs to CLEAN and sanitize the counter top after each used.

Hey I was visiting from out of town on my way back home I stopped at this Togos. I am a fan of Togos. I have been eating their sandwiches since I was a little girl. My family in the bay area and throughout California love Togo’s sandwiches. However this shop clean however the manager is running around complaining about an order apparently someone had placed one month ago and another order that they actually paid for. She was complaining that she could not get a hold of them and she Was not going to refund their money because they did not call. As a customer standing there watching this go down as she complained to her employees and anyone else that was in the air distance it was quite annoying and sad because someone took the time to patronize the store and to place an order. And that someone may have had a life crisis they may have forgotten or maybe they died or maybe something happen in their family however it’s not a loss to the store because the store then actually put out a product. And I believe she should gracefully go ahead and refund that money because she did not earn it and maybe that family arePerson needs that money right now during the holidays and I don’t know however the scenario is however I do know that the young lady that apparently is a manager I believe her name is Zara needs to find another line of work and work on her customer service and also her humanity. Employees looked stressed they look like they were just stressed out.
It appeared the owner was training the person who would wait on us. They continued their conversation for about 4-5 mins while we waited. The$16.50 large sand had 3 thin slices of turkey and 2 cut in half slices of ham, which makes the bread enough for 2 sandwiches. When I go to my neighborhood togos I get a healthy amount of meat on my sandwich cause I don't get Tom and letting. I just felt like this was not enough meat for the cost! $16.50!! Won't go back.

Customer service is awful. Food is gross. They even messed up the cappuccino blast. I was nice trying to get it fixed but they refused. Basically everything went into the garbage and I didnt even get my money back. I hate this location. They are awful!! I said that this normally has more avocado since it's the #24 and she told me that's all I get. Do you see the avocado?!? Nope, and cant taste it either. Also, the tortilla tasted stale and old. Then with my blast i asked for the caramel and they told me they charge extra for caramel or i can get the pralines since they only have the turtle blast. I said i cant eat pralines and they do have a caramel one and she said "ok so the pralines or i charge you extra for caramel"
The worker wasn't friendly and never smiled or looked intetested in taking my order. She didn't greet me and just stood there until I started talking to her. She made the #23 with as little meat as possible and alittle produce on it. I paid for my sandwich and still she was silent. Not even a thank you for my business. This location has rude staff and uses very little meat/produce. Don't waste your time or money at this location. I won't anymore.

This Togo's has terrible customer service. They really need a customer service training. Very rude and slow at making sandwiches and ringing you up. Also, Zara was very unprofessional. She rang me up and says very loudly my card declined. But it wasn't my card, it was their system. Instead of being apologetic she gives me an attitude and dirty look. Will not return this location.
Ordered a simple Pastrami sandwich and they forgot the produce I ordered as well as the peppers that come with it. I called and asked to see what they can do since I’m not able to return and instead of accepting responsibility and moving on, the manager insisted that she couldn’t recall what I ordered just minutes before, adding that none of that comes on it. I said I understood and that even the peppers that should come with it were missing. She just kept repeating my that what I ordered doesn’t come on it. Duh! That’s why I added it. Literally just lettuce, tomato, and onion. Nothing complicated. First and last time I’ll go to this location. Even Wendy’s knows how to listen to people. I respect food workers as I’ve done my time, but this manager has a poor attitude and even worse ability to listen to simple modifications on a $20 meal. LEARN HOW TO LISTEN!
Had a friend visit from out of town who makes sure to order a #9 everytime she visits Cali and I'm so disappointed. The meat portion was ridiculously small, it didn't even reach the sides of my sandwich, only the middle. Most locations weight their pastrami and even still, there is a huge heap of meat so there is meat in every bite. Not today. There was also a man who was watching the ladies make the sandwiches, probably to make sure they didn't add too much meat. Anyways, $19 for a bread sandwich is just a bit excessive. I won't be back and the corporate office should know about this location's unethical practices to save money.
Came into this Togo’s at the end of April and there was no management on site; nobody on staff knew how to properly process a gift card. After the employee Alyssa acknowledged that she didn’t know how to run a gift card she asked if I would be willing to pay with a credit card. She let me know that even though it says it didn’t process on her end if I took the cards to another Togo’s and was told there was no balance to bring them back in here and explain the situation to a manager so they could refund me the original gift card balances. Fast forward a month later I take the gift cards to another Togo’s and get told there is no money on the cards, no problem I had record of the situation so I bring them back here and try to explain to the owner there was money on the cards your employee wasn’t sure how to complete the transaction with them but told me it might have still deducted from the available balance in the background and if I ran into any issue just come back here. I try to explained that to the owner this afternoon and she was rude, acted like she had no clue how that could have possibly happened, and said it wasn’t her problem because Alyssa no longer worked here. Like the length of trouble she went through to imply I was lying over a simple $10 was beyond me; needless to say I frequented this Togo’s quite often as it is close to my house, but they will never get another penny from me. The owner is completely unprofessional and has no concept of good customer service. Having new staff work untrained with no supervision onsite should have been my first indicator of this but this experience solidified it.
This location has always been much too dirty for my taste, but I never reviewed it because I wanted to be able to pick up take out without worry they would spit in my food. Since I will never eat there again, here's my honest review: This is the dirtiest, most unorganized, Togos location with the most irritable untrained staff I have ever visited. It's slightly better during the day when the general manager is there, but it's all downhill after that. If you want to eat at a clean table, you have to clean it. Employees are more concerned with getting paid to complain about being at work than actually working, and customers are just intrusions to them. Today was the last straw. The manager on duty lied to us. My husband has celiac disease and has always eaten gluten free tortilla wraps at any location we visited, but today we were told the COMPANY DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE GLUTEN FREE TORTILLA WRAPS. That was a lie. This specific location (franchise) decided not to carry them because the cost was greater than the customers they would lose by not carrying them. This specific location made that decision, not the company. I have dealt with the other issues at this location because we love Togo's, this one is closest to my home, and I've eaten Togo's sandwiches my whole life. However, I do not appreciate being lied to. Done.
