I especially enjoyed the CAR-ROOT—a delicious blend of carrot, pineapple, celery, ginger, and lemon. It was perfectly balanced with a nice mix of sweetness and a refreshing zing. Great service, pricey drinks. I stopped by to take a look and the person there offered me a bunch of samples. I liked the juices, but they cost $10–12 per bottle, so I ended up buying a bottle of grapefruit kombucha for $6. It tasted like it had higher alcohol content than kombuchas from other places. If you're in the Public Market and specifically want kombucha, juice, or milk alternatives, try the samples and see what you think. If you just want any drink, there are plenty of other places with lower prices there.

Great juices and menu. Except they gave me a juice with rotting fruit in the jar which I know to be poisonous! I'll give them another try and check before I accept moldy juice products
