Delicious!! I live 20 min away from the valley, used togive tours in the wine country, and so I've been (almost) everywhere... and yet, Ancestros managed to blow my mind! The food is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendy, the drinks are super yummy! We had an amazing meal while enjoying their chill, relaxing vibe, and the beautiful weather we got that day. Definitey a new MUST in the Valley!

A new place to discover in Valle de Guadalupe… The ceviche, sashimi, and beef cheek were delicious, and the mixology surprised us. We tried the drinks under the tree and the Origens cocktail; we loved the latter! 👍🏼 The weather that day was perfect, and it reminded me a bit of Animalón, since the experience is also under a large tree. As a suggestion, they need more signs to make it easier to get there, but we easily found it on Google. 👍🏼

Being there was a wonderful experience for me. The food was delicious; I loved every bite. And that tree felt like it was hugging me while I ate. I really thought of my mother while I was eating. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The food was 11/10!! The vibe of the restaurant was so romantic, and the staff were so nice!!! The chef even came by to chat with us! I would highly recommend going here as the food is just as good as other restaurants in the area that charge 10x as much. They have blankets if you’re cold and accept cash or stripe.

It's a new place that just opened. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and romantic, its decor is very pretty, and it exudes a tranquil atmosphere. The music is appropriate for the place, soft and modern, and doesn't interfere with the ambiance. The food is excellent. I recommend the pork cowboy. I tried a bottle of red wine called Nivel, a Cabernet Sauvignon with Neviolo, truly exquisite. The service is unbeatable, very friendly and attentive. The country decor is very relaxing, making it ideal for taking lots of photos and walking around, especially at night. The photo spots are very attractive. It's a special place to enjoy good food, good drinks, and a moment of total relaxation. Congratulations! I wish you great success.

I had a reservation at Primitivo, and when I told the restaurant my name, they didn't correct me or tell me they didn't have it on file. Therefore, they acted in bad faith by deceiving their customers. They only charged us cash, probably for that reason.
