New menu items and also to the consistently delicious ready made combo line. The hot wings are the best! Wait staff was on point and at 3pm there was no line, which there usually is a line out the door because it is that good.

Hands down the best Chinese joint around. I drive from the Pasadena area just to have the delicious chicken wings. The wings are FIRE!!! Also I always gotta say hi to the beautiful Helen.

Portions are large! Food usually tastes great! Customer service is okay. Only problem is I'm using the restroom within an hour after completing my meal. I think it's time for a small break.

Food is decent but looks artificial. Too much red food coloring. Flavor is okay. Biggest issue is they want to charge you for a water cup which is a violation of state law. Legally places have to provide you with free tap water on request. This place you have to pay for that. If you want water, you have to go next door to Chipotle for that. Don’t think I’ll eat here again.

There's a line out the door and they're on the phone or talking off to the side. You walk up and let them know what you want, then wait at least 15 minutes before they make 1 to-go plate for you. Again, food is good, but services sucks.

The food here is really good, how ever the girls who work there have the worst customer service ever. Especially these 2 ladies one with glasses and highlights in her hair and a girl with a loud annoying voice with a black hat on. I came in to eat with my parents and I guess it was rush hour so they started to get busy, they charged us before our order was even ready and after that they kept calling our number and wanted to charge us 3 other times, on the third time i was pretty upset and told them in a really loud voice "we already paid!" The ladies there were aiready got even more upset and mad dogged us. When I was eating I herd one of them saying to another customer "Have a good day, don't come again! At this point I lost my appetite and left.

I don't know if the location in Montclair are linked but theirs taste better than the Claremont location. The orange chicken and chow mein taste horrible and had a weird taste to it. I'll stick to the Montclair location.

Customer Service is terrible with the lady with piercings in her chicks . I was telling the lady what I wanted to order & while I was ordering she was talking to her coworker. It was very RUDE! She made me repeat myself . She gave me attitide for no reason it disgusted me. However , the food is really good but custom service was terrible next time I will ask for different assistance.

I will never go there again. Yesterday I ordered a side of spicy chicken and it was alright. I got a large Coke and I drank maybe half of it until I realized that my cup was filled with ants. I told the lady I wanted a refund she tells me oh just get a new cup. No lady I said I want my refund back and she tells me oh only for the soda. I said no for everything I got and she didn't say sorry about that. How nasty it was. DONT EVER GO THERE.

Normally I go there for the fried chicken wings. And my only complaint was the long wait and the disorganized way that they serve you. But today was different. While eating my husband noticed a very hard peice of chicken attached to a very soft and bitter peice of chicken. After further investigation, it became obvious that it was a chicken head. Eyes and beak attached. Returned to the restaurant for a refund and to let them know what I found in their food. But the only concern was where was the rest of the food. And she said that it's no way they served that. I was given a refund but not an apology. Never will I cross their threshold again. Bad customer service and fried chicken head. YUCK

Ladies are not nice, among themselves they speak their native language and speak to each other while you are ordering, the only time they speak English is when they are charging you, they give you the recipe and say “sign here” they have lost this customer, I ordered a combo A and got only 3 chicken wing as my main dish, the lady serving turn my tray away while they serve my food and rude because when I asked for teriyaki sauce instead of sweet and sour sauce for my egg roll, they commented in their language to each other, there food is not top of my list and use poor quality meats there. Never again, I’m done going there because they don’t treat customers with respect and should speak English around customers and rather save my money then throw it in that garbage of food. I’m taking my money somewhere else. It’s expensive there.

Went and got a combo A fried rice and mushroom chicken 😩 fried rice is great but the one big scoop of mushroom chicken has absolutely no flavor what so ever HORRIBLE ! I don’t know what has happen to this place in the last 6 months but they have totally gone done hill ! I will drive the extra few miles to the Mr. you in Montclair from now on !

Don’t let the line waiting for their order or food deceive you. They put a lot of bread and crumbs over orange chicken and most of their food doesn’t taste good at all and is not real either. Plus you get free attitude. It looks good but its not even close. They miss being accurate over orders as they take multiple orders in rush hour and make it while you wait so a lot of times they put wrong items. The people in line, especially the returning customers are there just because its 1 dollar cheaper than other Chinese restaurants.

I've been coming here for years but today will be my last time. I purchased two combo B's and found a long thread in my teriyaki chicken. A dirty, dingy looking thread. I'm so disgusted. I couldn't even go back since I had to leave to work. Waste of money and loss of appetite.

RISK OF FOOD POISONING HERE! Avoid this place at all costs!!! My husband and I came here on a busy Friday night for two combo B. Food tasted like the usual but shortly after both of were extremely sick. My husband has to miss work and was up all night sick. I was worried I’d have to take him to the hospital because of how bad he got.
