Am excellent menu of drink offerings! I am always impressed when coffee shops offer a winder variety of tea latte specials, as well as coffee specials. This shop completes for number 1 as the best I've seen in variety of offerings! We had a tea latte similar to a London Fog that was excellent. Their roasted coffee is also exceptional! I also had a latte with the rose cardimom syrup that was perfect! Not to overpowering or too sweet, it was just right. I would highly recommend a stop here!

Solid spot with excellent coffee and vegan pastries/food. The coffee was strong and full of flavor and the pastry I got was so good - one of the best I’ve had recently. I also really liked the wrap - the chipotle sauce and hummus were a great mix. I think it would be awesome if the wrap had a bit more veggies but it was quite good nonetheless. The staff member working the counter was also very kind and friendly! Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Visiting from out of town to see the Redwoods, stopped by on a whim, loved it, came back multiple times. I enjoyed a pour over, they do single origin beans from all over the world, I chose one from Ethiopia, very enjoyable and perfectly crafted. Also tried out their matcha latte the next time around, they are a vegan coffee shop, so opted for oat milk instead of my usual whole milk, and still enjoyed it. if you want a great hand crafted caffeine fix made to order with care, stop here.

Absolutely loved Witness Coffee Roasters! We tried the matcha latte, cortado, and coffee cake all were exceptional. Everything here is plant based, and you can really taste the care and quality in each sip and bite. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and fantastic flavors. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised when I dined here. A very cozy space, my decaf mocha latte was top notch, and my plant-based Breakfast Burrito was so good! It hit all the right notes, eggy, cheesy, and meaty. I think this is the only 100% vegan place in Humboldt at the moment, which is a good thing considering it's easy to recommend.

We are East Bay locals and traveling to Mendocino / Eureka. I think they are new and only had 25 reviews 5.0 but the pictures looked amazing! We definitely dont regret going in there. Hands down the best vegan food & coffee we have had. My husband got vanilla latte and I got mocha, they were so delicious. For breakfast, we ordered breakfast sando and breakfast tacos, delicious!!!!!!! Staff there was so friendly and welcoming. 1000/10 recommend this place if you are in the area and dont mind vegan food.

Fantastic coffee here. They offer a nice selection of single origin and specialty roasts, prepared with care. The food I’ve had was good, and the ambience is warm and laid back. But this is now one of the best places to get coffee in Humboldt.

Coffee was good. But the vegan breakfast sandwich with the busicuit was 🔥 highly reccomend. Don't let the picture fool you. Its large so you have to make it work, but you wont regret it. Atmosphere was nice, busy, lots of greenery and cool books.

I wish I lived closer! This newish cafe is all plant-based (including all the milks for drinks) and has an alt feel. Their playlist was so good, I decided to stay and have my caffe meow (cinnamon agave latte) and breakfast burrito there. Both were fantastic. Will definitely be back any time I’m in town!

As vegans and music lovers, we honestly could not have stumbled upon a more perfect match. The shop makes us feel welcomed and at home. The staff we’ve regularly interacted with, Bo and Ollie, are consistently kind, down-to-earth and helpful in selecting roasted coffee beans to go, overall it’s the perfect way to start your day. All this aside, the interior design with the wood and plants provides a lovely atmosphere to sit. Could not recommend more 🖤

If you haven't yet tried out this new, cozy, classy and quality spot - do! Locally owned, with a comfy and cute vibe, and absolutely amazing coffee - five stars all around. The food is rave-worthy. This is a plant based spot, so no meat, but their breakfast is so delicious everyone will love it in my book. And, as a coffee snob, I can testify this is some of the best in Humboldt. Central in Eureka, right across from the post office, this is a place worth checking out - you will probably become a regular. I did!

Popped into Witness Coffee Roasters and WOW totally worth it. The coffee tastes like they actually care (house-roasted beans and all) and everything on the menu is 100% plant-based, which was a nice surprise. The avocado toast and pastries were fresh and flavorful, staff were warm and chatty, and the vibe inside is cozy-but-energized. Heads up: it can get reallyyyy busy, but it felt worth it. Definitely an amazing experience if you're ever in eureka

Now for the rating of the items I had tried. The Breakfast Sando: 9/10. (Best breakfast sandwich I’ve tried.) Coffee Cake: 9.5/10 (Best I’ve ever tried, very sweet without an overpowering coffee taste) Hot Latte: 9.5/10 (I don’t drink coffee, but my girlfriend says it is one of the best, and near perfect) Organic Golden Rooibos Chai: 6/10 (It’s not bad, and I also don’t like chai that much I’m usually a hot chocolate person. Though I’ve drank a few different chai drinks, and this one is just not the best for me. Although, if you love ginger this would probably be a 9/10 for you because I can tell it is a very high quality beverage.)

Best coffee in Humboldt!!! The only place I can count on every time to get an amazing cup or fun drink—such a treat! Also a great spot to meet a friend or for an art connection. I’m not even vegan but I also love their food—can’t speak highly enough of Witness!

Witness is exactly what we needed at 5th and I! Delicious espresso drinks and tasty food, and Eurekans are fortunate to have an establishment that almost immediately felt like a part of the community. It's very welcoming for first-time visitors and more frequent patrons too. A real boon for the area!

Bo has the beans! Extremely good coffee options at pretty much the best Portland-chic coffee shop in town. Great stop for a book and wifi work. And good coffee!

I was so happy when this spot opened. I already knew that the owner knows how to make an delicious cup of coffee so i knew that everything would be done with excellence in mind. My family frequents this cafe and between us we've tried almost everything on the menu and its all amazing! Gluten free vegans can come here and have many options! The drinks are carefully brewed with focus and attention. The atmosphere is great for conversion and for study. Its a place where i feel safe and seen. Coffee houses are an integral part of the social fabric. They are a place where people can come together and have thoughtful discourse. Finally Humboldt has one.
