Very hard area to maneuver, high traffic. I didnt have to wait long but staff was low energy and cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked for another sauce because mine had a puncture in it and leaking. Food was ok.

Ordered by App tonight, waited 35 minutes for my food🤬....buns were stale, burgers cold, etc. I can't blame the workers, they're chronically super under-staffed. I won't spend anymore of my 💰 at this location.

I went to grab my mobile order from the counter and the manager argued to me to not grab other mobile orders even though I told him it was mine.

I normally like Wendy's but the food on this visit was not good. The french fries were cold and stale and the hamburgers on my double stack sandwich were burnt and dry. It was mid-afternoon so they were not very busy.

Went to get some food just after work and lo and behold when I find something appetizing, this Wendy's, they are closed. 20 minutes before they are supposed to. No telling how much longer than that they stopped accepting orders. This is not my first bad experience with this specific location but it will be my last. I do not know why they allow these workers to refuse paying customers during their posted hours. I do not recommend anyone dine here and if you do expect a terrible experience.

Ordered thru to mobile app, waited forever for my food. Ordered a baconator and got a Dave’s single. Also didn’t get my ranch for the nuggets.

Ordered a large sprite, recieved a medium because they ran out of large cups. Also ordered a kids meal with apple slices, didn't recieve any kind of apple slices.... waited in line for 20 minutes.

We've been there once a week for the last four weeks.. Every order we received for take out ( going in NOT DRIVE THRU ) has been incorrect..from now on going to open the sack and triple check...

Stood in line for 15 minutes no one even acknowledge me the entire time, the manager walked past me three different times to take a to go order outside and didn’t even acknowledge and say we’ll be with you as quickly as we can. I understand they were very busy and obviously understaffed, but they could not be more rude if they tried. If you can’t handle the business shut down the dining room….

I love Wendys l, but not this one. Dave would roll over in his grave if he saw this. Yikes is all that can be said about this one. The island for ketchup was out of ketchup/ napkins and was filthy. The coke fountain machine was out of almost everything. Toilet in the bathroom had over flowed and they just put a wet floor sign and didnt clean it up. The pecan salad I ordered had spoiled blue cheese and cold chicken. You can see my burger picture and that is absolutely nasty looking with the amount of ketchup and mustard they put on it. We asked for some ketchup pqckets and the worker gave us 6 packets that were all stick together with dried ketchup. Worst experience ever at a Wendys and I love Wendys, but again never this one again. $20 lost on this meal being thrown away.

I ordered on my mobile app to get my free chili from my rewards and another chili for my coworker along w/ a sandwich, got there, had 3 cars in front of me, and once I got to the window I was told they were out of chili. Said I would get refunded the next day, here it is 3 days later and still no refund and my rewards are gone. Called back today and she said to come in and they will fix it. Ok how hard is it to be refunded? I know it's not her fault, the manager whoever that is told her what to do. But I've never had issues before now.

I’ve never seen a drive-thru take this long. The wait time was extremely frustrating. On top of that, one sandwich from our order was missing when we got home, which made the situation even worse. It wasn’t about the cost, but the fact that the sandwich was for one of my kids.
