The food is pretty good for what it is. The place isn't very well kept inside, but the service is pretty poor. I've experienced them ignoring a customer (me) st the front inside waiting to order so they can talk to friends. And they've repeatedly blocked the drive-through with a dumpster and locked the doors despite being open 24/7.

The food is decent and lots of it, very heavy on the rice and beans, but repeatedly the takeout food is served lukewarm. I worry about their food safety when they clearly don't have their table set at the required temperature. I used to be a regular and then I started getting food that was not hot so I stopped going for months. Tried them again, same problem.

I’ve held back on writing a review, numerous times… but today is the day. It’s unfortunate, I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 20 yrs… The prices have gotten steep over the years which makes sense… and service has always been great. My issue is their ability to understand an order… I can’t for the life of me understand why it’s so complicated, it does not matter if I speak in Spanish or English, I still get the same results. I ask for NO potatoes most of the time, but on occasion I like some starchy carbs so I’ll ask for lite potatoes… I always end up with a 5lb bag of potatoes, that I have to now dig through and pull out… by the time I’m finished I’m left with a pinner of a burrito and I can’t help but be upset with the price it’s cost me to do someone else’s job, because they were not competent enough to read an order right… I really hope they can get it together. Loyalty can only go so far.

Been going here for a very long time and honestly the quality of their food is terrible now it used to be so much better. I ordered a carne asada burrito with just meat and cheese which normally is very very tasty but today it was so bland and flavorless You would think since there's just me very tasty. I couldn't believe it the salsa Had no flavor at all it was bland and tasteless.The crispy chicken taco was excellent.

Ordered a two taco plate after patiently waiting 45 minutes and seeing other customers received ashes for a refund. The lady at the counter offered no apologies or anything. Never again.

The food came out fast, but my rice and beans were cold. This was a really disappointing experience. Didn't expect to pay close to 20 bucks for cold food.

this is not something I do normally, but I hope this gets attended to. I picked up my food through the drive thru and as soon as I took a sip of my horchata I noticed a sour taste to the drink. As most people know, horchata is not supposed to be sour. so I’m assuming the rice milk ran bad or was left out. something. Unfortunately, I ended up having to throwing it away because I feared I’d get sick. I’m not interested in anything free, just hope it gets taken care of before someone actually does get ill.

Old ass salsa had bubbles in it I should take y’all to court for that 😂 yall ain’t even right for that. No love in the food and it shows. Very unsatisfied. I hope you guys do better.

My daughter ordered me a California burrito from the drive thru and we get it back to the house and they gave me a breakfast burrito, we go back and show them and they make another burrito and they leave the Guacamole and sour cream off the burrito, so 2 trips and still don't have what I ordered this place has really gone down hill, I think for now on I will make the drive to California Burrito.

I ordered the asada quesadilla and was disappointed when I saw cheddar cheese instead of the classic Monterey Jack cheese that every Mexican joint serves. The only place worst than this place is jimboy’s, where they put cheese Whiz on their super nachos & it was a small child-sized snack instead of a dinner item. To their credit, Aldalberto’s is open 24/7 so it is what it is.

I spent over $20 to get shredded cheese thrown into a cold, small tortilla. It is so cold that the cheese doesn't even melt. This is certainly not an enchilada. It is also not the first time this restaurant has totally ripped me off. But hey, at least the service is consistently bad!
