They have been consistent even before they changed the name and the burritos have stayed the same size where other restaurants have downsized their sizes and portions .Their cokes are better than other fast food cokes in my opinion .The rolled tacos are also a winner and so are the super nachos.They have a large selection and the authentic Mexican taste.The workers are friendly and the service is good.

After being in Kaiser Permanente's emergency room all evening on Sunday 5/20 to find a place open around 1am on Monday was a blessing. Everything was fine except like most places the prices were unreal.

Tried the carne asada fries for the first time, definitely earned it's reputation as incredibly delicious. I never give five stars because the employees are not very polite or respectful depending on the customer.

They're always fast, friendly, and popular. The only reason why I knocked a star down was because their regulars burritos only carry meat and Pico de Gallo. That's no fun. They partially make up for it with their delicious carne asada fries. I always come here when I need a quick fix for Mexican food.

Restaurants like this have great steak fries, that will always be by best recommendation. This visit I picked up the steak breakfast burrito and I was not disappointed. If you like spicy Mexican I suggest asking for the hot sauces as well.

I really enjoy their food. I order a burrito with Steak,Rice, Cheese, Sour cream and it is super delicious or the #18 ...yum. It was terrible the one night I stopped for food and they did not post a sign saying : Closed. The man inside just waved us through no words.

The building itself doesn't look real promising but their food will convince you otherwise. Food is usually above average but every once in a while they may get your order wrong. 4 Stars only because, due to past errors in making the right order, I (almost everytime I go now) have to double check to make sure they make what I ordered. Other than that issue, great place to get some good food. Especially if you're looking for a place to eat in the middle of the night. They're open 24 HOURS!

Their drive thru line always has a really long wait, even when no one is there. Sometimes it's so long that you can't help but wonder if they have to go in the back and slaughter the animals themselves to get the meat for their dishes. But it's not always quite so bad. They're open 24 hours though, and the food's pretty good. Not the absolute best, but it's good enough to wait for it.

Food was good as expected and usually is, but not what we ordered. We had a few specifications and some of the employees acted like they were a little bothered. I ordered a chicken entree with lite rice; it came with LOTS of rice & beans, and lite chicken. I like to come here when I come into town so it was a little disappointing. Again, it tasted good so a gave the 4 stars.

Whoever made this list is crazy putting them at number 2. This place should definitely be towards the bottom. You should definitely got to jarrito’s before this place.

Not going to lie, the service at that resturant is spotty. Only thing open late and my assumption is they stop caring about service with a smile. What ever the person is called coming through the speaker is super impatient and rude. Not one visit but multiple. Lived in FF a long time and I haven't caught her in a good mood once.

This morning around 10a, I ordered #24 Bacon Burrito, #19 3 rolled tacos w/ rice & beans, and a Burrito in a bowl. They don't offer Burrito bowls so they put beans, rice, sour cream & quac in a box with carne asada on the side. Ty tried the rice and it was very crunchy. Jon loved his burrito and I loved my rolled tacos. Although my rice was also very crunchy, so I didn't eat it.

Well street food is what your looking for this is the place to get it if you are not familiar with the local food trucks in the area. The menu is big with lots of choices whether you want something big or small. There rolled tacos are my favorite ones to get with cheeses and guacamole. I usually get a regular chicken or steak burrito to finish the meal with enough to have leftovers for lunch at work. If you crave fast fresh Mexican food this is the first place I would go.

Food was ok. Cheese tasted 'off', on my super nachos. That would have been fine as I came by very late and they were one of the few remaining places open. Guy taking orders needs some training in customer service though. At drive thru I asked (in English) which is bigger, the super nachos or super burrito. He says he can't understand. I ask again (in Spanish). Still can't understand. I order the nachos. Get to window and he speaks perfect English. So I ask which is bigger (again). He gives me some roundabout answer that they are two different dishes and how can you compare them. So I ask, which one is the larger dish? He tells me that the burrito has the most food but the nachos is on the largest plate. I respond by saying, "So, I guess then the burrito is bigger because who is going to eat a plate?" Rather than admit he's wrong, he walked off. Like, who does that? He took a simple customer question and turned it into a reason never to go there again. Thanks Adalberto's!

Only place open after midnight to grab something hot to eat. It's not the greatest food but it's always open. The menu is too big with so many items but the cars behind make you feel rushed so I've never really tried many different items. The rolled tacos I always get are often over cooked and dry and I smother them with the sauce they give, which is gross.

First time here and, well for me the beans were a bit too salty. But hey, when you make fresh food daily sometimes there are mistakes. Rather have fresh food that's not always constant vs re heated old food. So when I have a chance ill give another try. Will say its very popular so I MUST give another try. Will update review after.

I ordered a California burrito the other morning. The taste was good. The cheese wasn't quite melted and overall the burrito was pretty greasy. It was still good but I've had better. I will try them again. In all honesty you are rolling the dice getting a California burrito at 7:30 in the morning. The fry's have probably been sitting for a bit and they usually do more of the breakfast burritos at that time. I have had the same experience at other 24 hour places in ordering a menu option that is usually ordered later in the day.

I've been wanting to eat there for a minute now...the reviews kinda scared me off.. so I get there pretty busy but line moved along just fine.. about noon... Definitely don't go here if you have a food allergy or want anything done to your food other than how they want to make it. They don't care. Also, I've never been here during the day but all of the night crew are incredibly rude. They give attitude and snatch your money from your hand. You're left feeling like inconvenience in their life. Not to mention if you don't speak the lingo they yell at you and correct you. Pretty much if you want something slightly more authentic than taco bell and don't care that you're going to get horrible service. This is you're place to go.

Well, I was reading up on them here on Google before I ventured over there as a newbie to Fairfield, and I was reading about how they always get people's orders wrong. Sure enough, they got mine wrong. Then when I told them about it, the gal behind the counter began arguing with me to the point of nearly yelling. They very begrudgingly corrected my order, but still, this being my first time there, being argued with wasn't very "appetizing," let's say. Neither was the fact that the guy behind the counter making the food, was grabbing everything with his bare hands! Decent food (great chicken taco!), but prices are on high end for a fast-food venue, and for me, not worth going back after this type of first-experience...

Ordered breakfast burritos for my coworkers a few months ago but just getting around to writing a review. The burritos were very good. The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because it was very dirty and as I say to wait for the burritos I was constantly swatting away the numerous flies inside. I will not go back. Not if that's what's crawling and flying all over the place.

Food is average, but what I dislike most is how unsanitary I have seen this place. On multiple occassions there has been some kind of filth, grime, or residue on lids of my sauces or drinks. Another concern is during peek covid seasons I have noticed they haven't been using gloves or sometimes masks (even when they were required), so now I am afraid to go back.

The shredded beef was barely cooked and looked like undercooked corn beef. There was even blood from it on my mom's tostada. We were told that we would have to bring the food back if we wanted a refund and the person on the phone was extremely rude. Won't be going back for a long long time if ever.

--They are not 24/7--. And it doesn't seem the establishment has made any attempt to update their hours to reflect this. The hours are totally hit or miss during the hours of 1-5 AM in terms of serving you. Someday's i would go at 2 am and be served. And other days or on the same exact days a week later and be told they are closed. While the food is good for the price, and definitely comes in clutch during late night munchies. I wish the management team would at least make an attempt to update their hours online. Or turn off the neon "OPEN" sign on their store when they clearly are not open. It just shows the laziness of the management. Although the people working there are good people.

Food is good not the best but good. However they have the worst drive threw speaker system ever. Not only can you barely hear the speaker outside but when you pull up to the window they aren't wearing a headset the have a speaker in there as well which means they are using an intercom system from like the 80's. You cant hear them and they can't hear you. Good luck getting a correct order.

The California Burritos are great. However, 2/3 times I go, they have no green salsa. I ask before I order now. If they don't have it, I leave. I used to eat here 3-4 times a week. Now it's only once every other week IF they have salsa. The manager should really consider having items available if the goal is to have sales. The service is nothing to look forward to either.

I ordered carnitas tacos they were massive but the meat was unseasoned. Tortilla was very dry. I noticed one of the guys was prepping the food wasn’t wearing gloves and was just grabbing cheese with his bare hands. The rest of the guys at least had gloves. 30 dollars for cold food . Big regret

I just bought a super burrito from here and it was cold and the rice taste very old and and the meat was fatty and hard , I asked for pork and they gave me steak, I use to like there food, but I can see that there’s nothing fresh about there food, I will not be returning, this place use to be really good food but it’s horrible now it taste like it’s 3 days old, like it’s been sitting out , need to call Health inspectors department to make sure that no one gets sick from eating here.

I've only had 1 good experience eating there and that was the first time . I've eaten here at least 9 or 10 times. Never again the staff is rude, and the food is mediocre at best. Last night at around 8:30pm in the Fairfield location, the employee was rushing us when taking our order. When we had gotten to the window the employees were talking about their personal matter and not really focused on us, instead they had their backs toward us. I have to admit I'm giving a poor review because of my last 2 visits. The location in Fairfield has always been a 24hr restaurant. However the last 2 times I've gone to get food in the morning they have had their drive-thru blocked off. And on my last visit the open sign was lit up. When I pulled up to the ordering menu no one answered. So I pulled through and when I got to the window I could see the guy in there just looking at his phone. I tried to ask him for service but he just looked over toward the open sign. So I pointed at it and told him the open sign is on. He then turns it off. No explanation no acknowledgement. Needless to say this has been frustrating.

Live about two hours away and was coming thru to get food. Ordered for my mother in law as well so she can try it. I’ve eaten at adalbertos before just not this location. My wife’s and my orders were correct so we didn’t think about checking my mother in laws. We spent almost 40 bucks for three meals and my mother in law got the complete wrong order. Her order was plate number 6 but she got plate number 2. I’ve tried calling numerous times and they answer but immediately set the phone down or just don’t answer. They finally took their phone off the hook. I have plenty of food service experience as well as 6 years being a manager of restaurants. This is my one pet peeve that I do not tolerate. Treat your customers good because they are the reason you get a paycheck. Messing up the order is one thing but not being able to get ahold of them is another.

The food is decent and I find myself here on late late nights only. The staff is always rude or messes up my order. More often than not they will ring me up for the wrong thing (ie tonight I ordered chips and salsa and got nachos) and I will have to ask why my item costed so much only to find out it was not my item. I have never heard good things about them from people I talk to. Other stores have found cockroaches in the food etc. Terrible service, I'd rather go to molcajetes right down the street. I'd even pull out the cash from the ATM for the food truck they have til 1am. Authentic Mexican food there, and the wait staff is usually very nice.

When I first got food from this place a couple years ago, it was great. I would always order the breakfast burrito with sour cream because it can be dry. I loved it, didn't mind the bacon being a bit crunchy (I like it that way)... The potatoes were delicious and fresh. However, then about a year ago they changed to using frozen, cooked crinkle cut potatoes that make the burrito chalky and unappetizing. I hate it, every once and a while I'll go and order to see if they've improved because I use to love this place and would eat from there at least once a week. Alas, it's not improved nor do I see it improving if they keep trying to cut corners with using frozen fries in their burritos.

I've tried them multiple times trying to give them a chance depending on the time of day I was thinking that the food would be better early morning late night whichever and know there's no difference. The cashiers or the people that are at the drive-thru window are rarely very friendly. The drive-thru experience makes you feel rushed. When you finally do get your food it is slightly warm but never hot the cheese is an indication that you have not received hot food because it's never melted they give you red sauce and don't bother to ask if you want red or green salsa. Their prices in my opinion are a little on the high side for the quality of food and service. For those of you that enjoy this restaurant God bless you for those who want to try it good luck. Disgrace to Mexican food let alone Mexican American food

This place is dirty, there is child labor, and the child cashier had a hard time understanding a simple order. They also serve old food.

Literally the worst burrito of my husband’s life at this place. Save yourself and just opt for the Taco Bell across the street.

I don't know what happened -- these guys used to be the go-to place for excellent, well-stuffed burritos, great crispy chicken tacos, with everything well-seasoned and fresh. The last few times were a completely different story. The chicken tacos, in particular are a total fail. Where's the tasty sauce? Where's the lettuce? For that matter, where's the chicken? I say the last few times, because I gave them every chance to be who they used to be. They are not. Never going there again.

If you want your order to be correct when going thru the drive thru don’t come here. Ordered rolled tacos with sour cream instead of guacamole because I can’t eat guacamole. Got home and they gave me guacamole. This happens all the time. I gave up going here for a while because of this issue but decided to try tonight. I should have known better. I should have checked my food. Of course when I got home it was wrong again.

I ordered a torta, when I got home and seen the torta it was just a piece of meat lettuce and mayo. When I ordered I asked the man torta if it was a big sandwich it said yes. If that's what Mexicans called tortas then I'll stick to the taco's

They used to be good but I don't know what happened. I ordered some Super carne asada fries with no Guacamole and I got nasty 🤮 discussing undercooked greasy fried with nothing but cheese and meat. Normally I would have gone back but I was already at my job the fries were greasy where they did not drain them and threw them into the container on top of it they were under cooked where they were still raw in some parts it was go bad I had to throw them away 13.00 down the drain no wonder they don't get slot of business and I should have known because when I ordered and drove up to the window to pay the cashier handed me the bag quickly. Adalbertos will never have to worry about me coming back to their establishment.

A friend of mines told me about this place. We choose to go inside because it was our first time there. It seems like the male cashier was having a bad day. Is this a family owned business? They do not seem to care about good customer service. The food is not bad but we will not be going back..

Adalbertos is not like it use to be. I grew up eating this even ate it as a pregnancy craving but up til the last 2 years of eating the food it's definitely diffrent in a bad way my last 2 orders were so bad I end up throwing my food out. Definitely don't plan on going back anymore. I got a Burrito and asked for no beans and they put extra beans and the cashier was a rude guy who looked mad to be there. I also asked for a coke and he gave me a Pepsi. And this time I ordered cabeza tacos. And they were disgusting. Just nothing like it use to be. Very disappointed.

Don’t eat here unless you want to get robbed. Severely dissapointed by their breakfast burrito, just greasy limp fries, some greasy bacon and a weird glob of cheese. Almost no egg, as if they scraped the egg residue off the pan and just threw the scraps in. Do better, I used to be an avid Adalberto’s fan now I’d rather stay away. My stomach as well.

I ordered. A shrimp burrito with no beans and got carne asada. Wish I checked my to go order before I left. I don’t eat beef! Btw The beef was ground beef not your usual carne asada and loaded with salt. Threw it away! Waste of $15. Don’t bother stopping here. They’ve gone way downhill. It used to be awesome.

Idk if I should be mad or sad!…I DoorDash a torta de asada omfg when this thing showed up to my door I wanted to slam it on the floor they catfished me on DoorDash it’s said with everything on it for ten dollar Pico de gallo crema queso y frijoles when I open this pinche torta más dura que la pared it was a whole slice of streak and just lettuce omg I call them so fast just for them to tell me that’s all they come with lettuce for 10$!!!!don’t come here ever Idk how to post a picture on here but i wish I knew how

They have gone down hill. Used to be great now what is this? Our chicken burrito is two thirds the size the beef 3/4 the size. If this happens again I'm done. We have too many great options to deal with this. Flavor is still good but for more than $12 after tax they can do better.

People in the kitchen are not focus on their servings. They talked a lot. They increase from $8.99 to $10 plus. This is not worth the prize. Check before you leave. My sister was very dissapointed when she bring home a wrong order.
