Grabbed some chow from the drive thru and parked with my woman. Big Macs on the dashboard, eating fries, staring out at route 250 and 31. Some Beach House playing in the background. I've been doing this same thing with the same girl for over 45 years. Five Stars.

Made my sad day better. I got my regular caramel iced coffee. Walking into work dropped it in the parking lot. Called and told them they said come back and we will give you another one. I felt just like a kid that dropped his ice cream cone. Thanks to the girls at the drive through window always have a smile on their faces and brighten up my morning. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely exceptional service every time we come here! I highly recommend this location. Extremely clean inside and wonderful staff. Always 100% on service. Food is always fresh and correct. We specifically drive to this location when there are 3 locations closer to us that we refuse to visit because they suck.

This location we only went through the drive through but the person taking our order was polite in apologizing for the wait and everyone who cashed us out and gave us our order was very polite and nice. Hopefully that service doesn't change for other customers.

First time I asked for extra pickles, and got what seemed like a hand full on each burger. Well done!!

It's a mcdonalds... does not have bad staff and got my picky order right the first time. 4.5 stars. The half of star was because they added an extra hashbrown when asked for it to be combined into a meal. Ordered 2 mcgriddles, an orange juice, and a hashbrown. 1 of the mcgriddles should have been a meal. I was given a second hash brown that I did not order and was charged for it. It was delicious. Still an extra spendature that I didn't request.

So I fail to have the correct location when placing my mobile order for the drive fue. But this McDonald is the best because they decided that because I was a mistake that they were gonna. Correct it and give me my food at this location no matter what. this is the type of service we need everywhere. The customer is always right thank you mcdonald's.

I gave this store five stars because the food today was fresh and hot. Today's service was top-notch despite being slightly slow due to a little volume. While they messed up part of my order, I felt I was pleasant about bringing it to their attention and they seemed happy to fix it. My comment when they apologized was, "Mistakes happen." I used the drive-thru so I'm not giving an atmosphere rating today. Generally, when I do eat-in at this store, the atmosphere rates 5 stars; it's generally clean and well maintained.

This is a great McDonald's... The staff are well trained so the drivethru not only is a double drivethru, but it moves fast because of it. Each time I've eaten there the food comes out hot and good... Usually pretty busy though I do have to say!

I wish the fries were as good as they once were. Consistently not crispy nor have enough salt. Recently had to travel in North Country and stopped at Gouverneur McDonald’s. Fries there were outstanding so it must be preparation, not the fries 🍟

So take the four star thing with a big fat grain of salt. No, McDonalds does not resemble a four star anything even at their very best. The four stars here is a reflection of how this McDonald's compares to other similar fast food places. And it holds up very nicely across the board. The food is as fresh as McDonald's gets. The service is generally very friendly, and the seating areas are usually clean, even during busy times. They could earn that fifth (relative) star by having more comfortable seating (the new renovation was a step backwards in customer comfort), and with *just* a bit more oversight on the way some of their newer staff interact with customers. Overall, though. It's as good as Mickey D's gets!

Clean, quiet and friendly. Just had coffee and my sibling had a Diet Coke which took a good 10 minutes to receive. It was a Tuesday evening after 7:00 PM. Lot was Clean considering the amount of Drive Thru traffic this store accumulated in the 90 minutes we sat and talked. I can't rate it any higher since only the two drinks were purchased. If I visit again and order food, I will change my review accordingly.

The store and bathroom were clean. Service was prompt. The food was served hot and tasted exactly as expected. Note: breakfast ends precisely at 10:30, I arrived at 10:32 and was only able to order lunch.

Excellent customer service and attitude from the employees. This McDonald’s typically has young women working the windows and they are always very kind and charismatic. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry, I can tell that the employees here are trying their best, they just have a staffing shortage. Longer wait times are not something the 16 year old girl working the counter has much control over. The food is always up to typical fast food standards and if a mistake was made it has always been an easy fix.

Normally I'd give a five star rating. I dropped to a four today, feeling everybody has an off day. Being a bit diet conscious today I ordered just a sausage biscuit. It's one of favorites. My great granddaughter enjoyed her pancakes, as did my husband. But I was very disappointed. You might want to check your biscuits. Mine was very stale. I pulled off the crust all around it - it was very dry and hard. The sausage was the saving factor. So I shall give it another chance on another day, and hope I can then give a rave review.

I'm bit disappointed how they closed dine in access last Sunday when I tried to avoid drive thru to help with their efficiency because I can't use speaker to communicate (deaf) to show some respect.. So instead I went through drive thru and kinda messed up their work flow - sorry 3 stars for that reason

Food was cold, Even after having to wait some for it. Fries, burgers, chicken sandwich, everything was cold. But my kids ate it and were satisfied. I couldn't eat mine.

Not a fan of the update to the building. Went there 12/14/18 at about 2 pm for lunch. Spent about $10.00. Burger was good. Very disappointed with how many french fries I got. This was much smaller than what I call a McDonald's portion. Decent size container for a medium size fry, but if it was not even 1/8th of the way filed. I guess they made up for the lack of fries they gave me by the amount of salt they put on the few they gave me. I felt cheated by getting such a small portion for how much of my hard earned money I spent.

Went inside to order at the kiosk because I had a large order and it always gets messed up when I go through the drive thru. Kiosk was super sticky... The tables that had little laminated signs that said "this table has been (cleaned or sanitized)" and were covered in someone's meals, one including smears of ketchup.

Good as a treat. Mostly just get milkshakes every once in a while. There are so many more fast and fast casual restaurants that I now enjoy more. I also think McDonald's has become more expensive so the argument that it's cheap isn't as relevant.

Cheap prices for fast food. The food is okay but you can tell how much fat and oil they put into it. I do not like all of the health risks that come with eating their food.

When is good is really good... But it's Very inconsistent. Often the fries are old or the bagel is rock hard... You have to ask for freshly made to make sure it OK.

All McDonald's suck. Unless they pay employees $20 an hour or more. But as a Doordash driver, they do a fairly good job getting orders ready for pickup on time. #antiwork

McDonald's isn't what I remember. The food is edible, and the service is the best part. I used to love McDonald's. Not so much anymore. Not the locations or the staff. But the food is not good. It's tastes like cardboard. Fake food, or no love in the food. But it's not as good as it was.

I really like the cold coffee here. Great taste and no burnt flavor. Wasn't too but seemed to take about 5minutes to get an order. Didn'tnt have the item in wanted on the menu. I also was in a rush to get to my resident on time

Food was good, but the associates working tonight were very loud, screwing around in the back. I almost asked where the manager was. They behaved like there was no manager in the store. The self-serve area where the pop, lids, ketchup, napkins are was filthy. Ketchup was burping when I tried to get some. Tables needed wiping. Had I realized how mismanaged it was tonight, I would have gone somewhere else. It will be a while before I go back. Will wait and go to the Victor store next time.

There was nobody behind me but they demanded I move over to a numbered spot so the sensors under the drive up window didn't show that I was sitting there. They're more focused on the sensors in the drive up lane then the customers. They just handed me my food and there's still nobody in the drive-up line.

Messed up my burger, I asked for no onion extra pickles and they literally only put extra onions on it. Expect mistakes with McDonald's. We went back inside for a replacement and she was nice enough to fix, but Definitely annoyed with the situation.

Laughably horrible. I ordered a cheeseburg with lettuce only in the drive thru. They gave me a chicken sandwich with cheese and lettuce. I always pull up 10 ft to check my order because usually it’s wrong and sure enough it is. So I pull back into the drive thru for a second time... said you gave me chicken not a burger. So they give me my second bag to go. I pull up 10 ft again to check my order. Now this time it’s a burger with everything on it (onions, ketchup, mustard, tomato). So I pull into the drive thru for a third time and say- For the third time in 2 minutes I would a burger with cheese (a cheeseburger(?) I guess that’s hard to figure out) with lettuce only. Cheese, lettuce, burger and bun. That’s it. And after 3 attempts they were successfully able to put 4 items together to make a cheeseburger with lettuce only. Crazy to think they can’t read 4 ingredients on the screen in front of them.

I go there often having 2 teenage sons. The past few times the French fries have been hard as a rock. We've wasted money since no one could eat them. The only 2 locations we visit us Fairport and Victor. Victo would never serve that to us. Please correct or won't visit again.

Only the drive through is open due to staffing shortages in. The line was slow, the fries were cold and tasted stale, and my spicy crispy chicken sandwich had pickels on it. The staff looked miserable and were short with their replies. My son's happy meal was good and my husband's double bacon cheeseburger was how he wanted it.

Don’t bother asking for a caramel frappe any time after 4pm cuz the machine is conveniently being cleaned or broken. Happens every single time i ask for one. Just take it off the menu after breakfast if u don’t feel like making them.

Requested a 6 piece chicken nugget meal. Got a 4 piece nuggets. Nothing wrong with the food except paying a ridiculous amount of money to NOT get what you pay for. Count me out for another visit.

Food was cold, first the cheese on the burger was not melted felt fresh from cooler( made with little effort) ,who dosent love their hot fries,Nope not only cold but the grease needs to be changed, either the containers are getting smaller or the staff hand peels the potatoes cuz their scared to fill the carton. The best part was my soft drink Now I have to end with a positive, the young lady at the drive thru window was very pleasant, and warming.

- They are ALWAYS very slow. I ordered ahead, waited about 15 minutes to pickup, and still had to wait about 15 minutes when I went in to get the order. + My reward wasn't loading. The gentleman who helped me got that figured out.

Ordered curbside since the drive thru was wrapped around. I was actually the first and only one there at 9:05. At 9:06, I get an alert saying my order is on the way. As 10 plus mins go by, 3 more vehicles show up for curbside. Finally at 9:25, my order arrives curbside. 🙌 🤦‍♂️ Definitely not fast food and not even an apology for the extremely long wait time. Service was garbage today!!!

Ordered curbside. App says my order is on its way. Waited 15 mins and still no order. Went inside to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told by Jessica, Mgr, she could get my order ready real quick, or I have to go through the app for a refund. My question, why does the app say my order is on the way to the curb if it wasn't ever prepared or ready?? Super poor customer service for fast food establishment.

Retrain your lunch staff. This is my large ice coffee... When I complained she offered to dump it in a bigger cup. How do you mess up working at McDonald's for real. Shameful.

They don't appreciate coupons from the mcdonalds mobile app when the deal specifically says for item of equal or lesser value and just feed u the most skimmed out food ever. Need new cooks in the kitchen that follow Mcdonald policy and purcedures. It doesn't make a difference if you get a cheeseburger or an egg mcmuffin your bun or roll will be warm as if it was just cooked. Stop rewarming them. They are gross warm and chewy.

Very dirty in kitchen and dining room beverage station was filthy and needed restocking. Fries were cold as well as big Macs and burgers were thrown together was a big mess and the patties we're so small size of kiddy burger so it was mostly all bread lettuce and sauce. Waited over 20 minutes after paying then Only received half of my order at first and then waited another 27 minutes for the rest of the order. When the manager bought it out I explained that what I had gotten was now cold, she refused to replace it and was very rude..I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN.. As far as I'm concerned corporate should intervene and retrain the entire staff.

The manager is TERRIBLE! I took my students there for s small snack. Only 7 kids. One in a wheelchair. Because of the setup of the handicap accessible ramp, the bus had to park near the drive thru. The manager told us we had to move. WHERE? I will NEVER return and I will share this everywhere!

Only two competent employees in the entire building. They will get your order wrong. They will give you the wrong sauce. The worst Mcdonalds' in a 15 mile radius. Biggest complaint is that they can't even secure a lid onto a cup so as they hand you the drink it spills immediately all over your hand. Absolute idiots. Go to the Wendy's across the street instead.

i just moved out here 3 months ago and I've been to this McDonald ALOT and every time the mangers and employees are very rude to me, there's always stuff on my burger when i ask for it to be taken off.. and they're fry's are very salty and soggy. the garbage's have always been full, the tables are always dirty. the people in the back just stand around and do nothing and when i ask for new food they just take off the pickles or whatever and give it back to me like i wont notice the difference... Just a down right nasty place to be!

Don't buy a large lemonade they rip you off and give u a medium which all the other McDonald's give u a large there ripping people off on drinks saying we're franchise take it off the menu then if you can't contribute like all other McDonald's

Today, on Sunday, April 2nd, 2023, I experienced a substandard level of service while ordering 3 sets of $5 bundles. Without my agreement, I was charged for 4 bundles and it took them an excessive amount of time to prepare my food. Every time I received my order, it was incorrect, there were 4workers workers working that time, they are rude and never say sorry while they keep back and forth bringing wrong order and taking it not seriously, first come only with 2 set but in the bundle and without drink that I ordered, resulting in me having to wait for hours to receive in correct order. This egregious service has been the worst I have ever encountered and I will never return to this McDonald! The workers was so rude!

My son loves McDonald's and since this is the closest location we've gone here a lot over the years. This used to be a better than average franchise (quick service, very few mistakes) but in recent months the service has gone drastically downhill. The drive-thru used to almost always move customers through quickly. Now it is extremely slow more often than not. Tonight I waited almost 30 minutes in a line that would have taken less than 5 minutes a few months ago. The wait would have been even longer if several customers didn't drive away in frustration. On top of this, mistakes (not getting what you ordered) have become commonplace.

Sat in the 2nd lane of the drive through for more than 5 minutes with no answer of any kind while they continued to take lane 1s orders. Very unprofessional, even said hello numerous times, could hear people talking over mic but wouldn't take order

Possibly the worst run Macdonalds I have ever been too and that is saying a lot as I buy ice tea everyday of my life. Who ever owns this place should be reported . Terrible service - dirty - never get orders correct . How hard is I sweat ice tea with Lemon . Some of the people working there are great but most don't care . The good people leave because it is so poorly run . Head quarters should know they are giving macdonalds a bad rep .

So me and my buddy ordered 10 piece nuggets and we got 9 in the box so we ask for them to give us the 10 we deserve and they give us another 9 nugget box that’s supposed to have 10.

Went there expecting to have a nice dinner but I was very much mistaken! They were out of chicken tenders, out of Dr Pepper, and the coke had not nearly enough syrup in it. When I got my food the fries were ice cold. Right when you think it couldn’t get worse the employees were extremely loud and were very abnoxtious! They were yelling and laughing and talking about inappropriate topics. I will never dine in at this McDonald’s again.... ever!

Very unpleasant experience today. Got rushed through the drive thru by the woman taking orders with no line behind me ? wouldn’t even let me speak so I could alter the order or add a new order, every time I tried to open my mouth she just said “pull up” with an annnoyed tone, very rude & unprofessional, I would never go back if I knew I had to deal with that woman every time. Also tip, you should probably tell the customers when you wrap their “cheeseburger” in a hamburger paper that it still has cheese on it. It would have saved me 5 mins from coming back in to tell you the order was wrong.

The idea that a customer that comes in has to wait twenty five minutes for their food, while people who drive through the drive through can actually come and go in two minutes is unreal. Very poor customer service.

This particular McDonald's has the worst service I have ever encountered. 45 minutes for a McMuffin and a hash brown and another 30 minute wait for a coffee that never came. I had to get a refund. They didn't even refund the correct amount of money

The absolute worst McDonalds in Monroe County. Employees are rude. Items always missing from order, especially for delivery orders. There is always a long wait no matter how many cars in line. This place needs corporate to step in and take over.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through with no cars behind me.. Literally, nobody else in the drive-through at all. Had to walk into the restaurant and ask where my food was. Employee came out granted and stuffed the food into the window. No apology nothing. Finally got home order wasn’t even right anyway. Completely missed a big Mac. I understand time issues and even mistakes happen when you’re busy, but there was literally nobody else there and you guys couldn’t even get it right

Placed my take out order today at 9:42 AM today; finally received my order at 10:17 AM but my order was incorrect and had to wait for them to correct it. I finally left with my correct order at 10:19 AM. Received no apologies from any staff member for my time and trouble, and this was NOT my first problem at this McDonalds. I will no longer do any more business with this McDonald’s location. PLEASE don’t use this McDonalds location! PLEASE! The Manager and the entire staff should be removed, better yet CLOSE it down.

Should have know better. My husband made a surprise breakfast stop weeks ago heading home from Wegmans. We live 25 minutes away and when he called to report it - the female manager said we had to bring the sandwiches back to price inaccuracy. No apology. He explained our distance. She said that’s the policy. We decided we were avoiding that location moving forward as this is not the first mistake but this time was a big one. This evening on route home, my husband said the kids wanted McDonald’s. I changed my route and stopped in Penfield - not by choice but by route location convenience. Waited from 5:25 - 6:15pm in the drive through then directed to wait longer in front of the building. No custom requested order. It was a simple order. NO Apology for the wait. Never again Penfield. And to the manager - whoever you are you d lady…you’ve got some work to do. On yourself, and your restaurant.

They consistently get my family’s orders wrong. I ask for a plain burger, specify I want nothing on it. they instead give me a cheeseburger, with mustard, pickles, katsup, etc. the only things they don’t get wrong are things you can’t customize, like Chicken Nuggets and fries or drinks.

0 stars. Received insanely cold fries, no straw for the milkshakes, missing kids toy, missing sauces that I paid extra for and got a thing of nuggets for the inconvenience? Or got someone else's order. Last time we got food here was for breakfast like 6 months and they forgot ALL the hash browns (7). They wouldn't even refund us and wanted us to drive all the way back to pick them up. I hate this location!

Waited 15 mins for sausage McMuffin and scrambled eggs. The eggs were not cooked and had juice on them. Completely disgusting and I threw them out. Should have gone back for a refund but didn’t want to waste more time. The floors are slimy and slippery. Every time I go to a McDonald’s I say it will be my last but this is really it.

If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I went through the drive thru to get a shamrock shake and some food since they just made a comeback in time for St Patrick’s day. I had probably about 10 sips of the shamrock shake and then gave it to my fiancé to have the rest. As he was drinking he said he felt something weird in his mouth, he reached his finger in his mouth to see what it was and it was what looks like either a acrylic nail from someone or nail polish. I called to say something and the only thing they’d offer was a refund for the shake or a replacement one. At this point obviously he didn’t want a new one and we were so disgusted we don’t even feel like eating our food now. The point is it’s absolutely disgusting and to make matters worse, they didn’t even give us a receipt so we have no proof of anything besides pictures I took of the shamrock shake and the nail or whatever it is that was in the shamrock shake. We’re so disgusted and will never be back to this location. Making sure to call the health department too so hopefully nobody else gets sick. We were also laughed at over the phone when I explained the situation to the MANAGER ! and even said I was considering suing if either one of us got sick.
