Great food and customer service! I’ve been coming here since they opened, and have never had a complaint. The staff and owner are always very friendly and helpful, and the ingredients are always fresh.

SoBol Farmingdale is one of if not the best SoBol locations(I've been to a lot of them). Everyone is friendly the food is on point and service is top notch.

Great experience here. Their bowls are amazing. Just a bit pricey but that’s everywhere. When I made my Prichard it was around 1 p.m and no one was there. I was the only customer. The place looks clean and very well organized. The young ladies are very sweet. Highly recommend 👌🏻

Lauren and Felicia made my order and it was delicious! I had a problem with my doordash order (door dashes fault not Sobols) and Lauren and Felicia quickly resolved it and remade my order after my doordash driver dropped it and it exploded all over the bag. They’re super friendly and great hard workers. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again :)

Great acai and green bowls - lots of parking, clean shop, pleasant service. There is a big step at the front door, so I'm not sure how mobility challenged folks get in to the store.

I go here more often than I should. The açaí bowl with peanut butter is my favorite. It’s so good! Staff is awesome and I also enjoy the empanadas as well. Great place to stay and eat or take outside on a nice day to enjoy.

I didn't want to give this place any less than 5 stars even though their "snack" counter is just a bunch of chips. Other places have more to offer but BECAUSE I love Acai bowls way too much, it gets a pass. Hospitable staff who answered my ridiculous questions.

Summary: I'd choose other locations over this one. Cons: Mango is never ripe. Big step in front of store. Music not always kid friendly. 1) This location is not as good as others I've been to. Out of the dozen times I've been here, I add mango to my bowl and not once had it been ripe..always hard and bitter, and I'm left disappointed I wasted money adding the unsatisfying fruit. 2) There is a big step in the front of the shop, which basically prohibits wheelchair bound people from entering the shop and makes it extremely difficult for mothers with strollers to get in. Another customer just got up to help a mother inside because she couldn't balance the heavy door and her stoller up the big step at the same time. 3) Eating with my 3 year old listening to Mask Off by Future wasn't exactly the wholesome lunch I hoped for.

It’s fine if your friend came to visit you at work, but take my order first and go back to your yapping afterwards. It was rude and unprofessional. The receipt said Lisa and she was telling the other employees what to do so I don’t know if she was the manager or owner or what, but your behavior today is not how you treat customers visiting the store.

Sobol response to me is FALSE. Look at their website. Each bowl is to the top and some over flow. I have been ordering the EXACT same for years and it was always filled to the top. My server called the manger LISA who started to blame it on her own employee not being trained right, which was awful for her to say about her own employee. Then she went on to tell me that expenses have gone up and they can’t serve as much as they have in the past. This was NUTS for a manager to tell a customer. I spent $17.62 and they fill up my bowl 3/4 of the way. I asked them to fix it and they gave me such an attitude and a hard time. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. In service, it’s not the problem, it’s how you handle the problem. And it was done terribly. See the picture of the 3/4 bowl
