lets me start by saying I only order from here on Sundays due to the fact that the deli I usually order from is closed on Sundays . every time I order from this place my order is messed up the food is cold or hard. eachtime I got the food delivered I had to bring it back to either get a refund or fixed. I've ordered from here and my order was always wrong to the point I received credit that I never used. the food is okay but I would say if you have no choice but to go here please go in don't get anything delivered .

Overall, the sandwich we as ok. But the service won't have me coming back. I asked to confirm my order, and they're like "You get what you order." How rude. Also, they charge $1 for ice?

The only reason I give 2 stars is the cup of coffee was good. I order a simple sandwich . 2 eggs over medium with ham and ketchup on a roll. I recieved a bacon and egg instead. So they took the bacon off and added the ham removing most of the yolk on my now dry egg sandwich that taste like bacon now cause they were to cheap to make a new sandwich. $2.35 for a small cup if coffee that is free at the bagel place in airport plaza. First and last time coming here. Sandwich is always in abundance at the bagel place in airport plaza.

This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had. They forgot a bagel in my delivery and I called back and they kept passing me off and hanging up on me. I don’t know what happened to this place, but it definitely went down. The food isn’t even the same. This will be my last time ordering from them.

I was pretty disappointed with my order today. The bagels were skimpy on the cream cheese, which is a key part of enjoying a good bagel. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese, and there was hardly any sausage on it. It felt like they were cutting corners on ingredients, which left me feeling unsatisfied.

We used to love this place but not anymore. Went today for turkey and ham on a flagel, chicken wrap and 2 cookies. Paid $30 for 2 pieces of turkey and ham and a cookie with a bite out of it that was hard as a rock. The woman in front of me got chicken salad on a bagel and when they handed it to her she said “pretty skimpy on the chicken salad!” They looked at her and said nothing. Seems like they are trying to save money by putting minimal amounts on sandwiches. Not sure what happened to this place, but won’t be going back! Check out the photos

For the first time I visited here, my son had a game in the area. Thou the sandwich looked delicious tasted ok. It was a manager or owner response when I questioned the cost of a BLT (cold). Her response was we live in New York. My son didn’t like the sandwich, it was over packed with pork bacon. I asked if the sandwich was toasted how much would it cost she said it would cost more. I wouldn’t purchase here again not because of the food it was ok but the cost and way the manager spoke.

Changed the way everything used to be and it is honestly taking away more of the history/the way the "OLD FARMINGDALE" used to be,because fing new management and bars and stuff like that...! Plastic floors and wverything and also...they are out of almost everything and are so not nice/rude DON'T COME HERE
