Love the donuts. But I got a iced macchiato with the brewer's choice of flavor. It was good and just what I needed.

Have not been here in a few years. Service was great. The lady who helped me was fast and efficient. The donuts and hot chocolate was delicious!!! Pretty sure we will be making time every Sunday for this treat going forward.

My coworker ordered off the dunkin app, it was ready as soon as we got there. I don't usually get dunkin but im pleased with the service. On a different occasion there was a single worker and she was getting it done.

Donut 🍩 was good. But my only complain is the lady in the Drive thru. She is mean. I know she is busy. Every time we go there is a line of cars. I have not being able to oder anything different because when I try to ask a question she gets mad and says "only what's in the menu!" or "if is not in the menu we don't have it!" The thing is you feel so rush you don't get to read everything in the menu and my phone does have signal in that area so I have to do the drive thru for me to order. If I want to get a dozen donuts I will not go there because of the attitude of the employee. I will just by at Smiths.

Excellent place to get some great donuts and K-cups (Dunkin Donuts Dark Roast is not sold in stores) but you can get those here. Also their holiday drinks & lattes are great. Make sure to grab a extra dozen donuts for your co-workers!😉👍🏻

Yummy in my tummy. I always go with the everything bagel and coffee, sometimes a Boston Kreme to top it all off. Great service. Not long wait. Only problem is the drive thru is always packed. But it shortly lowers in packed-ness.

Great food service workers are very impersonal not friendly they seem colder then their iced coffees. If I go back my energy is gonna match theirs.

My friends and I were there for a good two hours just talking buying drinks, Bagels, and Donuts. Catching up. The staff offered ice water and was very kind. Super nice service and place to hang out

Went in and got 10 dozen donuts, there seemed to be a rush happening. They were quick, polite, efficient and the place was clean!

Dont know how many times I can review DD since I could drink their coffee every day and sometimes do. But this one was a new one, and in typical Dunkin fashion the coffee was excellent as well as the service. Building was clean on the outside since I went through the drive thru. Employees as usual were friendly and nice.

Very good place to get cheap and affordable coffee and breakfast 🍳 The staff are very kind and they stay busy, I used to be a Starbucks girl but I will be coming here more often lots of good perks on the app as well!

I recently went through the drive up. I challenged the team to make a specialized Cappuccino. One simple quad shot, vanilla, dry Cappuccino hot. Never cold. As I pulled up to widow. The woman Barista spoke: “We typically don’t make dry cappuccino’s. I was the only one that knows how to make it.””so I took the liberty of I make it.” I thanked her so greatly and I drank this wonderful cappuccino the way I like it. Definitely not the best donuts in town but they are open late. Toasted everything bagel with cream cheese is delicious and their breakfast items are pretty decent.

I come here when i get a chance. The Munchies (doughnut holes) are always fun to get.

It's not 5 star gourmet, but in a pinch they've got a tasty iced coffee at a reasonable price. Can't go wrong! Just wish people could form more orderly lines in the slightly awkward drive thru

1st time going to Dunkin Donuts 🍩 there was a LONG line but it moved pretty quickly. We ordered a dozen of the glazed with strawberry frosting and rainbow sprinkles for a birthday get together. But when we opened it there wasn't rainbow sprinkles but yellow star sprinkles. But all in all they were good.

The service this morning was all positive vibes. They always have friendly service.It does get a little annoying at times when they are cleaning the latte machine but I always come back for the Macha latte and the everything bagel bites.

I've been coming to Dunkin for years with my family! It is always a great welcoming experience for all age groups, and coffee is always great! Haven't had a not so great experience.

when i worked with a commercial painting company the boss would get me a pumpkin spiced coffee from here and it was usually pretty good, tho, busy.

Never has the doughnuts or bagels i order but when they do they are the best. Dont order food late at night they are lazy so they tell you they ran out. Oh one time they had no doughnuts lol

Sometimes they get the order wrong. Drive thru Staff seems to always be in a rush so they feel impersonable. Of course its DD so donuts and coffee are always good.

I recommend downloading the dunkin app and ordering via that option. You don't have to wait in a ridiculous line and they have a set up where you just walk in and usually, if you order ahead in a decent time, they will have your order waiting on the counter. Saves so so so much time. Aside from that, the reason for my 3 star review is because they use to offer new flavors on their coffee every month or so. Now their flavors are basic vanilla, hazelnut and mocha all the time. They use to do cookies and cream and other new flavors every so often, but it has been 3-4 years since I've seen them try. They rebranded their name and dropped the donuts to put the focus on their drinks, but they're definitely lagging from what was offered 3-4 years ago. Idk if it is management that has changed and they're to blame for the menu options, but their coffee flavor options are meh.

I've had Dunkin' donuts on many road trips (there are none where I live), the chocolate cream filled is my favorite donut over all others. However I was seriously disappointed in the miniscule amount of filling in any filled type we purchased at this location. When only one bite has filling, you've cheaped out too far.

Cashier was fairly new. She didn't know her product at all. Wasn't welcoming. Caramel Frap didn't have much caramel- all coffee .. Donuts weren't as good as I've had at other locations. . Disappointed. .

Late hours for this place definitely helps it's rating. They have the good coffee you expect from a Dunkin Donuts. They have a good selection of donuts. They do offer bagels and hot breakfast. They are not the best donuts in town.

Nice people but a bit clueless. Told me to my face they took the cheese off my breakfast sandwich but they hadn’t. Told them the parking lot was icy and they weren’t that interested. So you can’t get out of your car without sliding even though the sidewalk is clear.

I wasn’t aware I had to tell the employees to put cream in a Boston cream donut or to put coffee in a mocha. 2 stars for being nice atleast.

The staff was very friendly, though my issue is that I ordered a dozen donuts and it only had 10 in the box. I also ordered a bacon avocado sandwich and asked for egg and cheese to be added to it. They charged extra for that, but did not put it on the sandwich. I guess I should have checked before I left drive thru, and was disappointed when I got home.

Farmington location desperately needs to figure out how to streamline their drive through. Line is constantly all the way through the (large) parking lot to the point where cars are blocking traffic because people are waiting in line in the street. Additionally, I was unable to pay ahead because my billing address is a PO Box and the app doesn't allow PO Boxes. The doughnuts are tasty and the coffee is awful. Typically the customer service is mediocre. I'll stick with Johnny O's.

Favorite place for coffee. But they have a schedule of cleaning the latte machine at around 530 am and I don't see how that's conducive when they have a line at that time in the morning. Really disappointing waiting in line to be told that when I'm on my way to work in Durango. Please clean machine at an earlier time when people don't go to work..

Don't ever ask for strawberry cream cheese. You won't get it. 7th time this has happened. Imagine your in your car happy that you now have food, open the bag and..... You get catfished.

Donuts are ALWAYS way too dry, barely any filling, and employees ALWAYS so short and impatient. I don't know why I keep going back expecting different results. I'm not going back again.

We ordered 2.5 dozen donuts on our way out of town. Of those two dozen were great, the half dozen. Well not so much so we drove back thinking they would have no problem helping us out. We ordered old fashioned. Old being the key word. They had next to no moisture in them. (My favorite kind of donut too!) they told us they were made at 6:00 am the same as all the others. Ok if that’s the case and people like a dry donut then then good for them. This is the place to go. We suggested trading for some fresh donuts at first they said no and then when we said we would just give them back they decided to trade. Nice you think? Me too! until they said you bit into one so we can only give you five. Truth be told the donut was all there. There was no bite it was broke in half to see if the inside had moisture. (It had a smidgeon) I suppose if I wanted to dip it in coffee I wouldn’t know the difference but I don’t drink coffee so it was just to dry to chew and swallow. I would not have left a review if they didn’t charge me for a broken donut they took back. Makes one wonder if they took them back to resell?? Isn’t that not conscientious of they next guy? I didn’t touch them all, I didn’t sneeze, I don’t have covid but do they know that? I won’t be going here in the future. They don’t care about their customers! So sad! I’d give a pic but in this case a picture isn’t worth a thousand words! You can’t tell how old a donut is by a picture. I gave them two stars because the other donuts are fresh. I would have given them 5 if they were nice.

After waiting in the drive-thru for nearly a 20 minutes, we finally received our order. The coffee was horrible, even with extra cream and sugar it was so bitter a couldn't hardly drink it. I ordered an apple fritter, it was over cooked almost to the point of being burnt. I would have gone back to have it replaced, but I was not waiting in that drive-thru line again.

Went there at about 9 PM. Its opened 24 hours but they had zero donuts? Its Duncan donuts for crying outloud. And the cashier kind of laughed we were actually wanting s donut. I just came from Connecticut and theres s Duncan on every corner. All of them great. Ours is s disappointment.

Weird that they had to charge me 2 dollars more to split and order of 25 doughnut holes into two boxes. And on top of that it would have been 10 in each box and 5 in a cup! What happened to great customer service?

Lady at drive through was rude and rolled her eyes when we asked for extra cream. She was rude while we ordered as well. She was also rushing us while ordering. Very upsetting. Drink wasn’t even made well and didn’t have the stuff we wanted they were out so we got it plain.

My son and I went to get coffee and breakfast before school. We ordered as we were on our way so it would be hot when we got there. They were fast so it was ready but it wasn't hot. A couple minutes after leaving I took a drink of my cappuccino and it wasn't even slightly warm. I had my son try his drink and same thing. I wasn't going to turn around as he had to be at school so we stopped at our house on the way to heat up our drinks. My sons cup literally was half whip cream which also goes to show how not hot it was. Very disappointing as we are new to town and really wanted to like them. My son got the sausage and egg croissant which was warm and he liked it and I got the coffee roll which was also good but the drinks not being even warm was a let down. Might try them again in the future and hopefully a different outcome.

They don’t make the jelly or powder munchkins here. I asked and they said the baker doesn’t want to make them. This is the only Dunkin I have been to all over the country that don’t make all the donuts because they don’t want to. Since the remodel, it has gone down in service and quality.

I feel like Dunkin hasn't been that great lately. I decided to come back again after I've been avoiding it for a bit and let me say I am disappointed. My drinks haven't tasted the same and the donuts don't feel fully cooked. Although, I say this, there is one worker with glasses and shorter hair that has always done such a wonderful job of making drinks and taking orders. Tbh everything I go, I always hope that they're going be there. Kudos to them honestly.

Server's were friendly but honestly the worst donuts anywhere. It's obvious there's no completion in Farmington. 8am and the donuts are hard as a rock and they act like there's a shortage of frosting. Note to the owner: read this review, I am an entrepreneur and this leaves me thinking I should open a donut shop here.

Rude employees little that took my order didnt seem to want to work because everything I asked for "they were out of it" when I told her to hold on so I can call and let the people that wanted dunkin know they didnt have nothing she told me that she couldn't jus stand there waiting on me. won't be returning there. Out of all my 43 years of living, I've never been told by any business serving refreshments that light ice wasn't possible on an iced drink. Even when I requested the ice be served on the side, they said no and quickly dismissed me by saying if I wanted my iced drink cancelled. Never again.

This place is run by bad people, middle of the summer and 100 degrees out and the worker says they can’t even SELL me a large cup of ice water. People like that don’t deserve your money.

The person working the front not was rude, she didn't make eye contact. Didn't udder a word only the price of my tea, then literally pushed my change into my Palm. RUDE!

Pretty bad service, she closed the window on us and then I asked for a cup of whip cream and she didn’t tell us why she couldn’t. She said they can’t give out cups of whip cream, I even offered to pay dollars for it and she said no. They proceeded to say they couldn’t give out their names. Honestly it seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. It ruined our night and honestly it could’ve been handled a different way. Then the shift lead came and just gave us more attitude and didn’t try fixing the problem. . I came at 9:30 pm, I’ve never gotten such bad service before from Dunkin.

Their drive though is to die for. And I mean that literally. You’ll loose so many years of your life waiting in line. The line usually goes all the way to the side street, and then a block down. It takes forever to even order. It’s really a waste of time to wait. Once you do get to order, it’s just a Dunkin’ Donuts. Nothing special, nothing better than others. Only reason to go it’s because it’s the only cheap donut place in town

I cannot believe the portions of the donuts! "Pay more, get less" should be the NEW motto. Less than a month ago, the portion size has decreased. It used to be a good "late night hang out", but that stops tonight. So sad that we will not be patronizing this location. Hopefully, the other stores are not so frugal. We will now have to go locate A NEW place. Sorry, DD... you're now have 4 less customers.

Why is the dining area still closed? Having to wait in line in the drive thru for donuts is ridiculous! I hate going through the drive thru at any place, especially when there are already 8-10 cars in line. Pretty ridiculous! I’m going on 10 minutes. If I was able to walk in, I could have had my donuts on been on my way 8 minutes ago!

Finally got to try this coffee they've been playing up, it was pretty nasty. Donuts were okay, nothing remarkable. It'll probably be a few years before I try Dunkin' again, not really my thing. I, for some reason, attempted to get a donut from this place again. Stood in front of the register long enough to notice that I hadn't been greeted, been told just a moment, or even made eye contact with. I find it both off and off-putting that of the half dozen employees that I could see, not one made an attempt at customer service or even just act like a normal person and say hi. I'm gonna go to spudnutz now, their coffee is decent an they generally don't ignore customers.

I asked for a kids hot chocolate while standing next to my two year old daughter and they made it as hot as my drink. I checked it before giving it to her but if I didn't it would of burned her pretty bad. Never been to a place where a kids drink didn't denote a cooler temp.

I ordered a large coffee with almond milk and a cheese twist. I feel robbed, they charged me additional $1.75 for a dash of almond milk. Nasty attitude also

I went to Dunkin this evening and specifically asked for a xl hot coffee with a scoop of ice and went to take a drink and it burnt my tongue. No I have no sense of taste on my tongue. Very frustrating that the employee did not listen to my request as I said it clear as day. Would not recommend this place unless you want to burn your tongue.

Drive thru employee Abigail was super rude. I didn't like the drink I ordered because it was really thick and syrupy, so I requested a hot chocolate as a replacement. I was being nice about everything and explained my issue with the drink, and all she said was "It's thick because you ordered it with oat milk and the chai is thick too." Which is fine, the point was that I wasn't satisfied with the drink. She was very rude and I didn't get an apology or anything. On top of that, I paid over $5 for the original drink and for the replacement she gave me a Medium hot chocolate which costs $2.50. Terrible customer service. I said thank you at the window and she just closed it in my face. Not sure how these entitled kids are getting hired.

I couldn't understand the girl at the counter because she mumbled to me through her mask. The biggest disappointment was finding out my cream filled donuts didn't have a single drop of filling in them. No, chocolate, no vanilla, no cream, nothing. Very disappointing.

These donuts are delicious... way better than the ones in Albuquerque(on central). I also love the strawberry cream cheese <3 . The best bagel I've ever had was one prepared by Laura, she also makes the best coffee, lattes and macchiatos ever! The staff is very friendly and quick. However, I notice that sometimes they may take a while to respond to customers, but its nothing too bad Update: the service here is absolutely horrendous. The lady with the fake drawn in eyebrows and the black mask ripped the bag out of my hands after I said we ordered the sprinkled donut. I can't beleive they would take food back in even though there's a pandemic that's so unsanitary.

It’s my first time at Dunkin’ and we ordered 2 large Matcha Latte & it was 3/4 foam and ice was filled to the top. The manager said she can only remake one but the other one we had to deal with ingesting air bubbles. The place is a joke. I will be sticking to Durango Joes. Doughnuts were dry as well.

I went through the drive through today and I know I have a loud vehicle so I always turn it off to be mindful. she rung my order up wrong so I nicely corrected her and she gave me attitude, by the end of my order I gave up on trying to correct her and just pulled up when I got to the window to pay she was extremely rude saying she couldn’t hear me over my vehicle.

I'd like to give this more stars....However, there was over six people working. It took forever to get through the line of two people myself and someone else. The OIL smells burnt and the whole place smelt like the oil in the back. The donut had an odd old oil taste. Not one of them can say we'll be right with you or stop and look at you. They don't even acknowledge you exist. None of them are smiling or happy

So this morning we had a staff meeting my boss pre ordered donuts and coffee worth 50$ and specifically asked for certain donuts, went inside to pick it up and they weren't ready, started the meeting without them and later was ready. me & my sister go to Dunkin all the time , and they are always rude, I work at Starbucks so I’ve always been so nice to them because what if they are having a bad day? but I go there all the time and they are always so mean yesterday I ordered a iced tea and got a latte instead and I had just asked it is possible to just get the tea instead and the lady at the window SIGHED in front of me and gave me attitude and basically shoved the iced tea in my hand and slammed the window , mind you I didn’t get charged a tea I got charged a latte, I’ve could’ve been way more complicated and gotten a refund and charged the right amount but no I asked politely, they just need to be more polite here. :(

I waited for her to open the window so I could ask for the GM’s name. She said the GM’s name is Owen; Owen you need to retrain this employee on how to engage with guests.

I have ordered thru the app 3 times now 15-20 mins ahead of time before I get there. The one gal and even on the day when two workers are working they NEVER have it ready and I have to sit at the intercom for at least 3-5 mins before asking what I need and then when I tell them it’s mobile order they just then start making it. I have to be to work at a certain time why can’t my order pre made with plenty of time be made already!? This is really ridiculous and then is soooo slow about it too!
