my order was first. a toasted twist with butter and snack bacon. tell me why I waited for 2 people behind me to leave until they started making my food 10 minutes later and i still had 2 cut and butter my own bagel because they don't know how to without cutting themselves... Please train people to cut bagels properly!!! at least my bacon wasn't raw

The donuts were poorly made. Chocolate Frosting was all uneven on mine and really ruined it

I mean why should they it’s prob a first job out of many but PLEASE try and hire decent people who care. If you make someone’s drink wrong you offer to make them another. That’s what the CUSTOMER pays for.

Owner is very rude! He did not honor the 2$ late deal charged full price even though we are daily customers! Rude staff as well

worst service ever, they never asked if i needed something after being at front for 5 minutes waiting and when I placed my order they never heard what i wanted just did whatever they think i want and didn't receive the donut i paid for until i get out of the store and came back

I went to buy $50 worth of gift cards today and was turned away because I was paying with credit. I was told they are only accepting cash for gift cards.

Says they're open to 11:00 p.m. on here but really closes at 10 came here for no reason 0 stars for False advertisement

Every time i order from this store through the doordash app, they put cheese on my sandwich after selecting NO CHEESE. I am lactose intolerant so every time they mess up my order (which is every time i order) i have to either give my food away or throw it out after paying 4$ for something so simple. I am so tired of these HUGE INCONVENIENCES every god damn day. No longer ordering from this store and i will make sure everyone i know doesn’t either.

Hate them all employee's R rude you ask them a question they go dumb dont. Speak English.they dont have napkins they throw your pastery in nonsanitary bag. You ask dip ice cream of your choice they dont comply why not if im paying 4 it. So we ask for a refund and are told to “call Uber”…we say well how does that work is there something on your end so you can confirm all this and the guy just goes “I don’t know” I mean…I’m not expecting Harvard scholars but some slight common sense would be nice…
