This place is under new management. They are nice and friendly so that is why I am giving 2 stars, but I always come here and order the weekly specials about every two weeks, so I'm a frequent customer. I was informed recently that they the "New Owners" no longer offer the weekly specials. The quality also seems off compared to before. The fries are NOT the same. I liked when they got rid of the waffle fries! Now it seems they are on another type of fries that are what I call soggy. I like my fries crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside, like the ones they had right before the New Owners!

We decided to give this Dickey's another try as it has new owners and we had stayed away for a couple years with previous ownership issues and performance. The menu has changed a lot. The meats were okay but definitely not hot as you would hope and just warm. The sides were disappointing, the hand cut fries were very dark but also not crisp on the outside or fluffy in the middle. Definitely miss their old waffle fries. We got kids meals and while they used to give a free kids meal with each paying adult they only gave one kids meal free. We got a baked potato and since they were smaller they gave two of them but they were barely warm and we were concerned about their food safety. The ice cream machine was down which was a big disappointment to the kids as it is one of their highlights. The staff were friendly and trying but the execution of the food was lacking. We were hoping to add them back to our restaurant rotation for the family but it seems like we will continue staying away for now.

My wife drug me to a bad BBQ place... You should not be surprised that I gave a bad review for overpriced, bad, chain restaurant BBQ, with a dining room that is tiny, and crammed shoulder to shoulder with bad BBQ eating lunatics. The coupon they gave us for a free pork sandwich almost made it palatable to avoid doing dishes for my family of 4 that night...so keep the coupons coming... I guess. Why anyone would pay full price for this food is beyond me. The service was very friendly however so thank you to your employees.

Food quality is horrible. No seasoning and presentation looks nothing like the pictures. Food does not take smoked and taste undercooked. Roll was stale and quality of food was very poor

I placed a Curbside order with a pickup time of 1:15 PM. I arrived at 1:07 PM and parked directly in front of the door. At 1:17 PM I attempted to make contact with the store however the phone number on the website is invalid. I waited for several more minutes before entering the store and announcing that I had a curbside order. At which time the female employee that was assembling boxes for a catering order advised "We don't do curbside order anymore,that was for COVID." I replied that the option is on the website and should be taken down and the phone number is also invalid. She then advised me that the phone has not worked for months and that she was working alone. She handed me my order but did not have the drinks ready. When I inquired about the drinks, she literally pointed at the cups, which aren't even the signature yellow Dickeys cups. I took the cups and walked to the drink dispensary. The lemonade was water, the Coke Cola was flat, and there was no Sweet Tea. As if things couldn't get worse, the okra and brisket were both overcooked. This is not my first bad experience at this location but it will be my last.

Had a coupon for buy 1 combo plate get 1 free that I received that same day. Wouldn't take the code online or in store. Manager ended up giving us 1/2 off of ONE combo meal, which saved us $8 instead of $17.35...after leaving a $5 tip, we basically paid full price. The brisket was so dry I couldn't swallow it, my husband's chicken was dry and way too smokey, the sausage was a weird grayish brown color and barely edible and the ribs were like rubber. The only thing that was good were the sides. We will not be coming back. Sucks bc most Dickeys in other states are fire.

The brisket tonight tasted like unseasoned beef roast. There was no hint of any smoke. There's no smoke ring and the brisket itself looked rather gray. There's no seasoning on the fatty parts at the top of the brisket slices, so I didn't even eat this $37 Uber Eats order from Dickey's in Fayetteville. I've been there before but it was never this bad. The cost of the brisket itself was about 16 bucks for half a pound, no problem paying that if it's good brisket. I've been to other Dicky's locations (including a few here in Georgia and Colorado) and have never had an issue with the food.

I ordered 2 large Brunswick stew and a gallon of sweet tea. While I realize that Brunswick stew recipes vary greatly from local to local their recipe is ridiculous. I received 2 containers that were 90% or more potatoes. And not only, but I would swear these were "leftover" potatoes. Very poor. Extremely poor. Just to keep it real, nothing wrong with the ice tea.

Went there last month and the hostess cried as she served my food because she was there all alone. She had no help and had to cancel several orders that had been placed via Internet further. She had to wait for a manager to get there eventually to refund the money from the cancelled orders. Yesterday I attempted to order via website. I was then called and told that they were out of jalapeño sausage, so I replaced the sausage. Then I was told they were out of chicken for the chicken sandwich so l substituted the sandwich for barbecue. Then I was told they were out of bread, ALL bread. So I got a shredded barbecue plate instead with fries. I was then told they were out of french fries so l attempted to substitute with sweet potato casserole, which I was informed they were out of as well. I just canceled the order and I'm waiting for it to be refunded to my credit card. If you don't have anything then, why even open for the day? Also I was charged for the order anyway which I had to dispute with the CC company.

Please close this location. Understaffed and half of the menu wasn’t available. The only drinks available were water and sweet tea. Got the sweet tea and it wasn’t sweet. Ready to leave with the tea and they had no lids for the cup. It was one disappojntment after the other. The guy behind the counter was clearly trying but it wasn’t enough.

Man where do I start, I want to say the meat was a day or days old or either over cooked. I had the 3 meats with ribs and brisket, meat taste like smoke with no season. I was real disappointed after eating some of it because I definitely didn't eat it all. The sides was alright that was about it. The spicy bbq sauce was just red pepper Flakes. No type of sweet taste or anything. They have to do better.
