Pedido a recoger por fast la verdad fueron puntuales, Las pizzas dejaron un poco que desear, una cremosa bourbon sin casi bourbon, una carbonara casi sin salsa carbonara.... Que bueno aún con los inconvenientes, estaban ricas 😋 Lo que no recomiendo para nada son los "panes de ajo con queso" que son básicamente una rebanada de pan con ajo en polvo y un trozo minúsculo de loncha de queso, la verdad que la foto del producto en la web no engaña.... Pero por una vez esperaba fuesen mejor en la realidad, con lo cual : Supuestos Panini de Domino's NO PEDIR las pizzas está vez un poco distinto a lo que solía pedir..... Pero comestibles....

The food was good, and the waiter who served us was attentive, quick, and friendly. But at 4:30 in the afternoon, he was all alone, trying to take payments, serve, cook, and practically divide the ingredients among himself. It was a complete disaster. All the tables were dirty and uncleaned, and that was with only two tables. I don't know if it's reasonable to have only one person on a Saturday, but the poor guy is doing a lot considering the mess he's left with. And that's not even mentioning how the place is falling apart and deteriorating. Since it opened, I don't think they've done more than mop it occasionally.

Echaron a dos amigos porque no pidieron nada, te obligan a pedir todos lo mismo y no puedes pagar por separado, las pizzas grasosas y un poco seco el trato

I hereby wish to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at your establishment in Ferrol on January 24, 2026. Upon arrival, due to high occupancy, we were forced to take the first table near the entrance. This location was extremely uncomfortable due to the constant drafts and the uninterrupted flow of customers. For this reason, as soon as a table became available inside, we decided to move to continue our meal in more comfortable conditions. To our surprise, the staff categorically refused to change tables, displaying a disproportionate attitude and a complete lack of customer service, treating us as if we were committing a serious infraction. It should be noted that: The destination table was empty: There were no customers waiting, nor any reservations indicated. Lack of signage: There is no visible sign or rule prohibiting changing tables. When we asked the staff to show us where this prohibition was displayed, they pointed to a sign whose content made no reference whatsoever to this restriction. Given the intransigence and poor treatment we received, we decided to leave the establishment with two pizzas but without the service we had paid for. Furthermore, we had been informed beforehand of a lack of basic ingredients (bread dough, onions, etc.), which already significantly limited the value of the promotional offer we had purchased. I believe that changing tables for the customer's convenience in no way justifies such appalling service. Situations like this could be easily resolved with a professional attitude and open communication, avoiding the need for formal complaints. I hope you will take the necessary steps to prevent these types of incidents from happening again and improve staff training in customer service.

Terrible service. I arrived a little while ago, sat at a table near the door where they were bothering me, changed tables, and the waitress came over and said, "Look, you can't change tables." I asked why, and she simply said that's all. After I paid, she refused to serve us. I asked where the sign said that changes weren't allowed, and she said it was right there. I took a picture to see if it was really written there, but it was a lie; there was nothing saying that changes weren't allowed. So I paid and didn't get the service, and everyone was staring at me as if I had done something serious to avoid being served, but I did nothing, I just changed tables. In conclusion, I felt robbed because they refused to serve us, and I had already paid for the pizza. (For me, the Dominus in Ferrol was the worst experience I've ever had. I never intend to go back, and I don't advise friends to go so they don't get treated like I did today.) I hope management sees what happened here in Ferrol... Well, a simple table change ruined my fun night. I'm never going back.

It's a scam...not a huge rip-off! The app sends me a promo saying 3 medium pizzas for 7 euros each, only through the app...but it turns out you have to pay 30 euros...by phone, a medium pizza with 2 toppings costs 10 euros...A scam...you're all liars...the pizzas are more expensive through the app than ordering by phone.

I used to love the pizzas they made. We ordered the goat cheese pizza, but they practically poured cream on it. It was very undercooked, the goat cheese was practically nonexistent, and the caramelized onions were nowhere to be seen. A disappointment. Now they're incredibly expensive; at least we should expect the same quality. We won't be ordering again. It's a shame…

Yesterday, my partner and I went to Domino's in Ferrol for dinner. As soon as we sat down, we were served immediately, and we ordered two "eat and drink" pizzas. The person who served us very politely told us that it wasn't possible to order original crust pizzas or Pepsi from the machine because they were taking inventory or something like that. My partner and I decided to stay anyway, but while we were eating, we noticed people ordering takeout, and another table behind us was ordering pizzas with original crust. So, when I saw them going around with pizzas with original crust, I asked the guy if they had any original crust pizzas, and he replied, "I don't know where they came from; there were only two crusts, and we gave them to that table." He also told me that for takeout and delivery, original crust pizzas were available, but not for the "eat and drink" combo. Is this a joke? First, he told us there was no original crust available, but when I started seeing people ordering takeout with original crust pizzas, I asked the guy, and he replied that it was available for takeout? The manager was a disgrace. When the guy was telling people there was no original dough, she came out behind him and said, "Yes, yes, to go, yes." Well, a disaster, really.
