I only go there because it's close to my house...there you go!!! The average quality isn't bad...but I think the prices are too high overall. Choose your fruit and vegetables carefully because you often find them overpriced with surprises... I must also say that they're willing to accept refunds for spoiled produce in the produce section. The staff is improving their customer relations.

Italmark in Flero (BS) is definitely a supermarket suitable for the medium- to upper-middle-income segment. The fruit and vegetable and cured meats/cheeses section offers a wide selection, but the prices are quite high. The butcher's section offers limited selection and is always quite high. All other sections have brand-name products, but always with limited selection. Other chains in the same category typically charge several cents more for the same product, which affects the total cost. It's certainly a good supermarket, but not suitable for everyone, especially during these times.

This delicatessen should be shut down by the NAS!!! I've repeatedly had to throw away newly purchased products, from the Venere rice with zucchini and tuna thrown in the garbage as soon as I got home because of the indescribable smell! My mom got food poisoning from the vegetarian lasagna a few days ago. I bought a bagged focaccia from the bakery counter, opened it at home and there were already moldy disks on the bottom!!! Not to mention the eggplant parmigiana, which not even my chickens would eat!! They keep re-presenting leftover products in increasingly smaller trays instead of throwing them away; they're basically trying to sell the leftovers too! Those who say it's an excellent delicatessen should take a look at what they're used to eating at home.

Terrible experience with store management. The girl (I think the assistant manager) ranted near the checkout barrier about what she would do at her house, ignoring the customers (in a vulgar manner). I then witnessed her attack a driver in the parking lot, who had apparently dropped a receipt from her pocket. Still screaming and ranting, she ordered the driver to take it back. Highly discouraged. PS: Your staff should be a little more polite in this case if they fill roles like this...
