Three senior citizen ladies. Two of us first time here on a Thursday afternoon. The man taking our orders was friendly and helpful. Two buffets and one bbq sandwich all three of us say the food was very good and buffet was fresh. Kristy was awesome. She personally took great care of us. Visiting and telling us about the different dishes there especially on Friday Saturday and Sunday. After visiting with us and taking good care of us, we all agreed we will definitely return and bring other friends l. She really helped make the experience fun thanks 😊

I have been riding past this place for a good year. I finally stopped. Best decision. The food was so good. Like homemade good. Momma in the kitchen and the kids outside running good. They have an outdoor sitting area, the kids would love. Buffet style. Shrimps are real not the frozen flat ones. The price was so reasonable. Ain't nothing better than southern hospitality. Man, 10 stars hands down. Oh and they had the fight for free.

Went there this afternoon for dinner. Best barbeque ever. People, staff were awesome. Food was so good and the peach cobbler is the best. Everything was fresh and home made. Veggies were fantastic. You have to go. I'm so full and happy.

LC Container LLC stop by here on the way home from Rocwall for a quick bite to eat. We had a great time playing on the playground, enjoying good food and a lot of free entertainment. They have an awesome buffet for the kids and for adults and the barbecue is good too. I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing. Definitely will be coming back here as this is close to our house and on the way to our shopping trips.

This was my first time going to this place and I must say, it didn't disappoint at all. The food tasted down home as if love was put into it. The smothered beef and the spaghetti was to die for. I travel 30+ minutes to try this place and I am very well pleased.

Searched around for a Texas BBQ place that wasn't in a strip mall and found this gem. Everything about this establishment was great. The food was excellent, service was very friendly and the live music was an added bonus. I highly recommend the ribs, brisket and sausage. And omg the green beans were to die for.

From beginning to end this was a fantastic meal, atmosphere, and venue. The management was very helpful and answered all my questions; especially since I am a non-meat eater at a meat heavy restaurant. Walking in, not only are there plenty of pic ops, but it also smells great! There is a 2nd floor that offers more privacy or a great place for a party. There is also an outdoor event center where bands come to entertain! You will undoubtedly notice the open bars of food. They have plenty of sides that do not have meat, so a non-meat eater will not starve here, that is for sure. They also have just a salad bar if you are vegan. Which is a total plus! I was with a party of four, everyone else ate meat, and loved it! I had mac n cheese, beans, mashed potatoes, mixed peppers & squash, and corn…along with a salad! Yes, my eyes were much bigger than my stomach! Everything was fresh and phenomenal. There is a piano in the eatery hall, and I did confirm they offer FREE piano lessons on Thursdays at 7pm! Lastly, the staff! Every single person I met, from the management to the waitstaff and in between were SUPER NICE! It was refreshing to be able to talk to people and not feel as though you were putting them out with your questions. They were all super helpful with identifying what foods used meat and what ones did not so I could avoid a tummy issue later! Now as far as the bill...are you ready?! For my husband and I to eat it was less than $35 - for both of us! All In All; I would totally recommend this place for singles, couples, friends, and families to go enjoy food and music! This place has the nicest hosts in the world. Always smiling and helpful. The potato bowl 👀 it's mmmmm good. The ribs and brisket, goodness gracious good! Now here's why I gave an overall 4 🌟 I had the buffet, now this is just for me. I HATE HATE HATE spicy food. I've never grasped the concept of why my mouth has to be hot when I eat my food. That's a "Holy" No for me. So the green were tastefully spicy, so I had a bite. 🔥 Green beans to much garlic or salt. Cabbage, delicious! Catfish 🔥 spicy! I've never had spicy Catfish and never will again. I strongly believe it would have tasted amazing. Chocolate chip cookies, not sweet enough for me. It was like they used the nestle chips and didn't put any sugar in the dough. I love sweet and this is just my opinion. Sugar cookies or not, I don't know they were ok. Overall, I think you should give this place a try. Oh my, i almost forgot the manager, he's a good looking white man (no offense) with a beautiful personality. He has a servants heart. He made some banana pudding that was magically delicious! Now that was 5 stars! I will visit again.

The lady that took our order was really sweet and helpful. Her and her daughter have matching tattoos which is how I can describe her. The food was good I give it 8/10. This place actually owns up to its photos because the sandwiches are HUGE!! The kids meals are perfect size and those sliders are dull of meat. I love the play area for the kids. We enjoyed this place and will be back.

This was our first time here, and we were genuinely excited to find an authentic Texas BBQ spot so close to our new home. The atmosphere looked great when we walked in, and we had high hopes. We ordered a half pound of brisket, a half slab of ribs, and a quart of mashed potatoes. When they handed us the order in a to-go bag, it felt surprisingly light. I checked before leaving and realized it only contained the potatoes — glad I looked. They let us know the rest would be right out. They also almost forgot the gallon of sweet tea we ordered. When we got home and opened the brisket, unfortunately it was almost entirely fat (see photo). The ribs were pretty good, and the mashed potatoes were good as well, though they didn’t include any gravy. The final disappointment was that there were no dinner rolls included as listed on the menu, and no condiments like pickles or onions in the bag. It’s really too bad because we were excited about the buffet option and had already talked about bringing the whole family. We truly wanted this to be our new go-to BBQ spot and hope they can tighten up the execution.

I've been here before its been a while and it was good but today was the worst experience ever!! I got a wrong order of crawfish they were kinda cold by the way. I knew it wasnt right but figured they were going to bring the rest of my order. I got the buffet wasnt as full as it use to be. They took forever to bring my son his order I had to ask twice for it. The second time I asked for it 3 people were standing around just talking I finally asked for the rest of my order which was shrimp. The guy had to go look then he noticed they brought out the wrong order and I told him I knew something was right. They finally brought out my sons order after the lady said his order would be coming out twice and there wasnt alot of people there. I noticed it was all new people from when I use to go. I wanted to celebrate my sons graduation from boot camp from the Marines because he loved this place before and it was a terrible experience!!!! I was so disappointed in the food and service. I dont know what happened but it will be a while till I consider going back again. 🫤

I don't review places ever.. their salad and rolls are good. As far as bbq goes, I got chopped brisket and it was straight fat. Probably my fault I didn't ask for lean but I expected at least 50//50 and I was wrong. The buffet was dry, heat lamps inches from food and no flavor was found in fried foods. Gumbo wasnt bad. Ratings were disappointing because they gave false hope. For $87, we shouldve went elsewhere. But live and learn
