Food came out great, but I ordered for pick up, and they had the doors locked at 9pm, when they should be open until 10pm. I knocked on the door and the employee just pointed towards the drive thru window and didn’t want to open the lobby door, kind of inconvenient when I requested to pick it up in store.

Orderd a hot n ready they had none. They said they had other pizzas ready I asked for the same price he said no . I told him but you're supposed to have it ready n it's not my fault u don't so I had to pay for a higher price pizza bcuz manager said they could'nt give it to us for the hot n redy price bcuz it had more ingredients. Does this little Caesars ever actually have hot and ready pizza? Everytime I have ever come, I'm always told "it'll be about 5 minutes do you mind pulling to the front and we will bring it out?" Come on, seriously, keep your heaters stocked, that's what the company is known for, hot and READY, not hot and GO WAIT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES, because it's never even the 5 they say.

Might as well go get better pizza at pizzahut... A hot ready is 9$now. You can get 2 pizzas at the hut for 14$ And it is so much better. And they be making you wait forever. And when I drive in the back there is always 2 to 3 guys in the back smoking pot. You can smell it so bad when you go to the drive thru.....

Waited in drive thru close to 10 minutes ,, probably the worst pizza in town ,, hot and ready ,, well ready but not hot !!!!

Watch your receipt was in there and cashier added her own tip to my order. Then wanted to act like she didn't know what happened when I asked for receipt.

Late at night the past couple times I’ve been there, nobody has any urgency or awareness, have headphones in and ignored us sitting at the drive through window for 5+ mins until I finally called. They came to the window to answer the phone and that’s when we finally got service. Love this place but just had bad experiences the past couple times w customer service.

Worker Felicia g is very rude!!!! I asked for my money back due to app not giving g me a pickup time for my food and I didn’t want to wait an hour for it. She did not appreciate me asking for my money back she shoved my receipt at me then slammed the window shut . She is very ugly I called to speak to a manager just for her to tell me she is the district manager which is very hard to believe

Usually when I got I enjoy my food well enough. I always order a package of crazy bread. I've been buying a pack when I don't have leftovers on my way back from work so I'll have it for lunch the next day. Yesterday when I went I ordered the crazy bread as usual but it came back in a box. I was concerned at first and asked if it was my crazy bread. The cashier said it was so I trusted her. This morning I got the forethought to check what I was given just to make sure. Lo and behold, Italian Cheese Bread. I'm lactose intolerant. I literally can't eat that for lunch. I have no other options. Do you see my dilemma.

This use to be one of the few places in Floresville that had decent service. Please get rid of the night girl, she has a horrible attitude and can't fire up the crew around her. Nasty attitude and another nasty dried up over cooked pizza. Floresville wants to pull people in to boost the economy, but the business owners need to hire people that make you want to come back.
