Jets is our go-to pizza place in Lewisville/Flower Mound! Their pizza is delicious and is reasonably priced. Our go to is the Best of Jets Pepperoni Pizza. Tonight I accidentally ordered the wrong pizzas, and they didn’t hesitate to remake it. Cody and Catherine were so helpful!

I first tried Jet’s Pizza at my son’s birthday party when the trampoline park ordered from them—and wow, it instantly became my favorite. Since then, I’ve been hooked! I recently ordered their half-and-half 8-corner pizza online and devoured every bite. I love that they let you customize the crust, so I added sesame seeds and butter for that extra crunch. Absolutely delicious!

Best Darn Pizza , just needed a bit more sauce. I haven't ordered from this location in about 3 years because last time I did,they told me they didn't deliver to my home which is less than 2 miles away . I decided to give it a second chance and my goodness gracious! It was cooked to my exact specifications. The order was done correctly. And it tasted amazing. My only complaint if you can call it that ,is that it needed a bit more sauce. Otherwise it was dang near perfect... We love a (well done) pizza, I love the corners of the deep dish Detroit style pizza. The price was amazing , The delivery gentleman was very polite. He text me when he was here. They must be under new management because the last time I ordered I did not get this type of service. Thank you for the massive improvements.It's much appreciated and I will definitely be ordering again.My order was 1/2 pepperoni-1/2 Hamburger -w/ onion, mushrooms , green peppers and black olives on both sides Papa John's could never.

I'm finding out that Detroit style pizza is my favorite and it's delicious here at Jets. The 8-corner pizza is very much appreciated since everyone knows the crispy edges are the best part. We also tried the cinnamon sticks and I could appreciate that they used butter and tasted like cinnamon toast you make at home. We literally ate ourselves sick because it was so good.

The customer service at Jet's is unparalleled. Having recently moved from NYC, we have not found many restaurants here that truly serve the customer, are extremely timely and provide a premium product except for Jet's pizza. For example: they give you an option to choose from a variety of sauces, that sauce doesn't come in a throw away, 1oz plastic cup, it comes in a large condiment bottle with their logo on it. Not only was this an A+ in marketing but I was so appreciative of their attention to detail, that they became my #1 food recommendation in conversation. Jet's, thank you for caring about the consumer, keeping a mom and pop style of operation alive and providing delicious food. We wish you years of success!

Got a free pizza flyer so went in to try it, I also order another pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was awesome! The only problem was a few pieces of both pizzas tasted like cinnamon, not sure why maybe the pan wasn’t properly cleaned after use. But I will definitely be back!

Take a look at the bathroom. If this is how the bathroom looks then how much pride and concern do they have for the places the customers can’t see?

I don’t come here much and never had an issue but today I ordered a calzone for 12 and walked to pick it up then walked all the way back to my work to notice the didn’t give me my ranch. So I then walked all the way back and the person didn’t even apologize for the mistake they just made. I would love some acknowledgment form their mistake since I had to make unnecessary trips even though it states ranch on the receipt. I mean I guess it’s my fault for not checking before leaving but I just assumed that my order would be correct since that is what I paid for. Probably won’t come here again if that is the customer service this place has.

Good pizza but ordering is a scam. They state on their website that an 8 corner 1 topping pizza is $14.99 (only certain toppings qualify). Yet when you click to order it only toppings that cost an extra $2.48 are available. You literally cannot choose any of the included toppings to make a $14.99 pizza. Total fraud.

We have given ALL of our pizza business exclusively to Jets since moving to Flower Mound almost five years ago. Soon after moving here I discovered that some of my health issues I had been experiencing were due to a gluten intolerance and for a short time stopped eating pizza. Soon after, we learned that Jets offers GF pizza so we ordered it and it was okay, but quite dry with very little sauce, but we put up with it to have an option for me. On several occasions while ordering we have commented on how dry the gluten free pizza is, so last night, my husband ordered us individual GF pizzas, and requested that they each come with EXTRA sauce and was charged additionally for that request which we didn't have a problem with. When we opened the box, not only was there not any extra sauce, it had even LESS than usual. There was MAYBE a teaspoon of sauce on each of the individual pizzas so to be charged extra for something and then get less of it is ridiculous. We're already paying extra for gluten free crust so, congratulations! You have succeeded in permanently driving us off.

I got a delivery. Delivery person was friendly. It was done on time. Pizza was hot. It looked great. Crust just tasted doughy. Driver was friendly just I was disappointed with pizza. Taste was just missing something. For the price I thought it would taste better. I got a take and bake from Walmart and it was tastier. Maybe I just got a bad pizza that day.

I have been going here for over 4 years. Every Sunday this [place has been our Sunday evening order, take it home and enjoy. Now the ordering menu has changed and is terrible to use. Besides that, the price for the two pizzas and cookie that I order went from 46.00 to 54.00. Then.... the employees can't get the proper ingredients on the pizza anyhow! It is mis-made the majority of the time. I will not stand there while they make it properly, and they won't deliver to me as I make a 14 mile trip to come get it. This has turned into a zoo with lack of management and customer service. I will never go back.

I called to see about getting a replacement and returning the incorrect pizza. The manager doubled down, blamed me for not disabling their default sauce setting, and hung up on me—despite the fact that I was clearly unhappy with how little consideration they showed for what’s obviously a common flaw in their system. Their online ordering process automatically adds a default sauce—even when you actively choose a different one. If a customer is selecting a sauce, why in the hell should they have to manually set the default to “no sauce” just to avoid a conflict? That’s backwards UX, and it’s not clearly communicated. Unless you catch it by chance or already know to watch for it, you end up with something you didn’t actually want. The pizza we did sample that was correct was barely passable—edible, but bland and forgettable. It had the texture and flavor profile of something pulled from the frozen section at a grocery store. Stand by for their standard response: something about how you’re the problem, not them. “Customer error,” “policy,” “nothing we can do.” Instead of saying, “We hear you. We’ll address the system flaw and work to improve the customer experience,”—you won’t see that, I bet. Between the subpar product and the dismissive service, this is hands-down the worst fast food pizza joint in the area. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
